The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the process of implementing the embodiment of the present invention, some technologies may prompt a group message related to a user (for example, a group message of an @ user), but the group message of the @ user is not necessarily a group message in which the user is interested; in order to obtain the interested group message, the user still needs to jump to the first unread group message in the message window and read the unread group message one by one to select the interested group message from the unread group message. However, reading and selecting the unread group message consumes a lot of time of the user, so that the efficiency of information learning is low.
The embodiment of the invention provides a message processing scheme which can receive group messages of a group; determining a target group message from the group message; and displaying the target group message; the display mode of the target group message is different from the display mode of the group message.
The embodiment of the invention determines the target group message from the received group message, and displays the target group message by adopting a display mode 2 different from the display mode 1 of the group message; thus, multi-dimensional display of group messages can be realized, wherein one dimension (dimension 1 for short) is used for original message communication and message record display, and the other dimension (dimension 2 for short) is used for target group message display; the embodiment of the invention can display the target group message, so the group message needed by the user can be automatically extracted and displayed, and the group message not needed by the user can be filtered, thereby fragmenting the group message of which the time of the user is not trivial, saving the time of the user and improving the efficiency of acquiring the information. Meanwhile, in order to avoid missing message reception for the user, the group message is still displayed conventionally through dimension 1 in the embodiment of the present invention, so that the user can determine whether to check all the group messages according to the user's own needs.
In the embodiment of the invention, the group is a combination of certain things with the same characteristics. A group message may refer to a message sent by any group member in a group. The group of the embodiment of the invention can be applied to scenes such as instant messaging, social contact and the like, and it can be understood that the embodiment of the invention does not limit the specific application scene of the group.
The message processing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1, as shown in fig. 1, the client 100 and the server 200 are located in a wired or wireless network, and the client 100 and the server 200 perform data interaction through the wired or wireless network.
Optionally, the client 100 may run on a terminal, which specifically includes but is not limited to: smart phones, tablet computers, electronic book readers, MP3 (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III) players, MP4 (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV) players, laptop portable computers, car-mounted computers, desktop computers, set-top boxes, smart televisions, wearable devices, and the like. The client 100 may correspond to a website, or APP (Application).
Method embodiment one
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating a step of a first embodiment of a message processing method according to the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
At least one step of the embodiment shown in fig. 2 may be performed by a server and/or a client, and of course, the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific execution subject of each step.
For example, the server may receive group messages for a group, determine a target group message from the group messages, and periodically send the target group message to the client to cause the client to display the target group message. Alternatively, the client may receive a group message of a group, determine a target group message from the group message, and display the target group message, and the like.
In step 201, at least one group may exist in the client. The group message of step 201 may originate from any group. It should be noted that, the group message in the embodiment of the present invention may include: the group message received at the current time may further include: the previously received history group message, that is, the group message of the embodiment of the present invention may include: the starting time of the group message received in the preset time period may be determined by those skilled in the art according to actual application requirements, and the ending time of the preset time period may be the current time.
The embodiment of the invention can provide a setting interface so that a user can set the preset time period through the setting interface; that is, the embodiment of the present invention may receive the preset time period set by the user through the setting interface. For example, the user may set at least two items of information of a start time, an end time, and a length of a preset time period through the setting interface.
Optionally, the historical group message may be acquired from a local or cloud server, so that the historical target group message meeting the user extraction rule may be conveniently extracted from the local or cloud end, so that the user may review and view the historical target group message.
In step 202, the target group message may characterize the group message desired by the user. Alternatively, the target group message may be determined from the group messages according to a preset rule. The preset rules may be preset by a user or may be preset by one skilled in the art.
Optionally, the preset rule may be related to a keyword, and/or, a sending user, and/or, a message type.
1) Keyword
The keywords are used to index the group messages. Optionally, a keyword setting interface may be provided to enable the user to set the keyword through the keyword setting interface. Alternatively, the keywords set by the user may be applicable to one group or a plurality of groups, and may be set by the user, that is, the user may set the effective range corresponding to the keywords. The keywords set by the user may be one or more, etc.
Optionally, the matching manner corresponding to the keyword may include: at least one of exact matches, fuzzy matches, and phrase matches.
An exact match is that the keywords are identical to the corresponding text of the group message. The accurate matching means that the keywords are used as fixed phrases for retrieval, and the positioning information can be accurately found through the accurate matching.
Fuzzy matching means that a keyword appears regardless of its position. Fuzzy matching can automatically split keywords into unit concepts and carry out logic and operation.
Phrase matching refers to the complete inclusion of keywords in the text corresponding to the group message and the insertion and reversal of keywords. For example, the keyword "english training" forms phrase matching with the group message corresponding text "english training", "english training summer class", "which english training institution is good", "training english", "training of english", and the like; or the keyword "english training" and the group message corresponding text "english tutoring", "computer training" and the like cannot form phrase matching.
In an application example of the present invention, suppose that user a pays attention to a number of groups related to "beijing noisiness", "buying rooms", "talent introduction", etc., and the group messages generated by these groups are numerous each day; then the user a can set keywords, such as "beijing fellow", "talent introduction", etc., and set a matching manner: exact match, and effective range is set: all groups; the embodiment of the invention can automatically match the group message of each group with the keywords and display the successfully matched group message as the target group message.
In another application example of the present invention, user B is very interested in the Information Technology (IT) about the Information Technology (IT) published by user C in the group, and within a certain time, all the group messages about IT published by user C are extracted and displayed to the user, so that the user can review and view conveniently.
2) Sending user
A sending user may send a group message. The user may set the sending user according to a requirement, for example, a friend user with a better relationship, and the like. The embodiment of the invention can automatically display the group message sent by the sending user in each group as the target group message.
3) Message type
The message types may include: pictures, text, video, etc. The user can set the type of message desired.
In step 203, the target group message may be displayed; wherein the display mode of the target group message and the display mode of the group message can be different. In this way, a multidimensional display of group messages can be realized, wherein one dimension (dimension 1 for short) is used for the original message exchange and the display of message records, and the other dimension (dimension 2 for short) is used for the display of target group messages.
Step 203 may have a trigger condition, which may include, for example: the next cycle arrives, or the trigger condition may include: the number of target group messages exceeds a number threshold, etc., wherein the period may be determined by one skilled in the art or by a user according to actual application requirements. Of course, step 203 may have no triggering condition, and if step 202 outputs the first or new target group message, step 203 may be triggered to display or update the target group message. If the user does not view the group messages within a time period, a lot of target group messages may be acquired within the time period, and all the target group messages may be displayed to the user.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the displaying manner adopted by the step 203 to display the target group message may specifically include:
the display mode 1 is to display the target group message through a covering layer; or
And a display mode 2, displaying the target group message through a first display area, wherein the first display area is different from a second display area used for displaying the group message.
For display mode 1, an overlay refers to a temporary Interface that is opened on a current Interface (UI). Regardless of the current interface, the embodiment of the present invention can display the target group message through the overlay layer, that is, the embodiment of the present invention can display the overlay layer on any interface, thereby achieving the timeliness of displaying the target group message.
These temporary interfaces can accomplish suggestive or context-dependent tasks that are less disruptive and maintain a more consistent use experience for the user. The cover layer may include: a floating layer, a popup window, etc. Wherein, the popup is modal and disappears after the user operates the popup. The floating layer refers to a feedback information layer which automatically disappears after a period of time, and does not force a user to interact with the floating layer, so that the user is disturbed more weakly. It is to be understood that embodiments of the present invention are not limited to a particular cover layer.
The embodiments of the present invention do not impose limitations on the specific current interface. The APP corresponding to the current interface and the APP corresponding to the target group message may be the same or different.
Under the condition that the APP corresponding to the current interface is the same as the APP corresponding to the target group message, the sources corresponding to the current interface and the target group message may be matched, for example, the current interface may be an interface of group a, and the target group message also originates from group a.
Or, under the condition that the APP corresponding to the current interface is the same as the APP corresponding to the target group message, the sources corresponding to the current interface and the target group message may not be matched. For example, the current interface may be the interface of group a, with the target group message originating from group B; as another example, the current interface may be the first level interface (i.e., the primary interface of the APP), and the target group message originates from any group.
Under the condition that the APP corresponding to the current interface is different from the APP corresponding to the target group message, the APP corresponding to the current interface may be a first APP, and the APP corresponding to the target group message may be a second APP. For example, the first APP may be a desktop APP, and the second APP may be an instant messaging APP; for another example, the first APP may be a first instant messenger APP, and the second APP may be a second instant messenger APP, for example, the first instant messenger APP and the second instant messenger APP may be any one of a WeChat APP and a QQAPP, respectively.
It should be noted that, the specific position and the specific size of the overlay layer are not limited by the embodiments of the present invention, and the specific position and the specific size of the overlay layer may be set by a person skilled in the art or a user, for example, the position of the overlay layer may be a position that does not affect the current interface or has a small effect on the current interface, such as a corner position, a blank position, and the like of the current interface. The size of the overlay layer may be determined by the display area occupied by the target group message.
In the display mode 2, the first display area for displaying the target group message is different from the second display area for displaying the group message. The second display area may be an area where a message window (that is, a chat window of a group) is located, that is, performing conventional display on the group message through dimension 1 may specifically include: and utilizing a second display area to carry out conventional display on the group message.
In contrast to display mode 1, which uses a temporary overlay, display mode 2 may set a first display area in the interface, where the first display area is used to display the target group message.
According to an embodiment, the first display area and the second display area for displaying the group message may be different from each other, and specifically include: the first display area is located on a first level interface, and the second display area is located on a second level interface. The first-level interface may be a main interface, the second-level interface may be an interface where a message window of a group is located (hereinafter referred to as a group interface), and the first-level interface may be accessed through a return key when the second-level interface is located.
In an application example of the present invention, a first display area may be set on a main interface of an instant messaging APP; for example, after a certain group a acquires a plurality of target group messages within a certain period of time, a user is reminded of the target group messages in a display bar where the group a is located in a main interface (for example, a main interface of WeChat or QQ), and a viewing interface is provided; the user can trigger the viewing interface under the condition that the user does not enter the group A, call the first display area on the main interface, and display the target group message meeting the preset rule in the group A to the user.
According to another embodiment, the first display area is different from the second display area for displaying the group message, and specifically may include: the first display area and the second display area are both located on the second-level interface, and the first display area and the second display area are different in position. For example, a part of the area on the group interface (the area can be set by a person skilled in the art or a user), such as above or below the second display area where the message window is located, can be drawn out as the first display area for displaying the target group message.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the step 203 of displaying the target group message may specifically include: displaying a status bar corresponding to the target group message; and responding to the triggering operation of the user on the status bar, and displaying the target group message. Under the condition that the user does not trigger, in order to avoid the target group message from occupying the screen space, the first display area corresponding to the target group message can be folded, the status bar is displayed, the user is prompted to include the target group message currently, and if the user triggers the status bar, the target group message can be displayed.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the method may further include: and deleting the target group message viewed by the user from the first display area. That is, if the user views a certain group message, the group message may be deleted from the first display area, specifically, the embodiment of the present invention may delete the read target group message, and display the unread target group message according to the receiving time. Of course, the above-mentioned deleting the target group message viewed by the user from the first display area is only an optional embodiment, and actually, the target group message viewed by the user may be retained for a preset time period and deleted after the preset time period is exceeded.
It should be noted that, the embodiments of the present invention may display the target group messages for the groups respectively, that is, the target group messages between different groups are displayed independently. Or, the embodiment of the present invention may perform mixed display on target group messages of different groups, and the like.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the method may further include: and sending the target group message to a preset electronic account according to a preset period. The preset electronic account can be an electronic account set by a user, and the target group message can be sent to the preset electronic account in an e-mail mode in the embodiment of the invention. The target group message may be used as the text content of the e-mail, or may be carried in an attachment, and optionally, a corresponding page or document may be generated for a group of target group messages, so as to facilitate the user to view. The length of the preset period may be 5 minutes, 10 minutes, etc., and it is understood that the specific preset period is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
To sum up, the message processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention determines a target group message from received group messages, and displays the target group message in a display mode 2 different from the display mode 1 of the group message; thus, multi-dimensional display of group messages can be realized, wherein one dimension (dimension 1 for short) is used for original message communication and message record display, and the other dimension (dimension 2 for short) is used for target group message display; the embodiment of the invention can display the target group message, so the group message required by the user can be automatically extracted and displayed, namely the group message not required by the user can be filtered, thereby the group message fragmentation that the time of the user is not trivial can be realized, the time of the user can be saved, and the information acquisition efficiency can be improved
In addition, the embodiment of the invention can extract the valuable information required by the user through the preset rule on the basis of mass chat data, and can reduce the missing of the valuable information by the user to a certain extent while saving time for the user.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention displays the target group message through a special dimension, so that the time of the user (especially a plurality of obsessive-compulsive users) is not fragmented by trivial group messages, and more time can be used for work or study. When the acquired target group messages reach a certain number threshold, the target group messages can be automatically displayed or sent to a preset electronic account.
Method embodiment two
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of steps of a second embodiment of a message processing method according to the present invention is shown, which specifically includes the following steps:
With respect to the first embodiment of the method shown in fig. 2, the process of determining the target group message from the group message in this embodiment specifically includes: and classifying the group messages to obtain target group messages matched with preset classes. The preset category can be determined by a person skilled in the art according to the actual application requirement, and the classification of the group messages can obtain the target group messages matched with the preset category, so that the classified display of the target group messages can be realized, thus the user can make the deep-level information of the target group messages more clear, and the convenience and the efficiency for the user to obtain the information are improved.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the step 302 of classifying the group message may specifically include: matching the group message of at least one group with the category key word, and if the matching is successful, dividing the group message into preset categories corresponding to the category key word, so that classified display of the target group message can be realized, for example, the target group message A belongs to the preset category A, the target group message B belongs to the preset category B, and the like, wherein the target group messages corresponding to the preset category A and the preset category B can be independently displayed. The category keywords correspond to preset categories, where one preset category may correspond to one or more category keywords.
In an application example of the present invention, suppose that user a focuses on the qq group and the WeChat group as follows: "Commodity room policy exchange group", "Beijing talent introduction drop-house exchange group", "Tianjin talent introduction drop-house exchange group", "Beijing second-hand room information group", "Tianjin second-hand room information group", and so on, the group messages of these groups are ten thousand or more per day, and these group messages are often unordered, fragmented, redundant or repetitive. The embodiment of the invention can support the user to set the category keywords: talent introduction, buying and selling second-hand houses, score drop and the like, and can support the matching mode of setting category keywords by a user: fuzzy matching; the embodiment of the present invention may perform word segmentation on category keywords, for example, the word "talent introduction" is segmented into "talents", "introduction", and the like, the word "second-hand buying room" is segmented into "buying and selling", "second-hand buying room", "second-hand selling room", and the like, and the word "lost point" is segmented into "lost point", "lost user", and the like. In this way, if a group message matched with the category keyword or the participle of the category keyword exists, the group message can be divided into the preset categories corresponding to the category keyword, and further classified display based on the category keyword can be realized.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the group messages may be classified according to the category keywords and the matching manner of the category keywords; the matching mode corresponding to the category keyword may include: at least one of exact matches, fuzzy matches, and phrase matches.
In one embodiment, the category key may be written to a database, which may include: a local cache database or a database of a server. Optionally, for the category keyword and the matching manner corresponding to the category keyword, a corresponding keyword (key) may be generated, for example, the category keyword + the category keyword ID + the matching manner is mapped to obtain the key, and the mapping algorithm may include: hash Algorithm, MD5 (fifth version of Message Digest Algorithm, Message Digest Algorithm MD5), etc. Thus, the target group message of the trigger key can be stored in the corresponding value, forming a key-value. Stored in the value is a chronological queue of messages that is also ultimately presented to the user. It should be noted that a category key may correspond to a message queue.
The process of determining the target group message that triggers the key may include: and generating a corresponding key word key 'according to the matching mode corresponding to the group message and the category key word, matching the key and the key', and if the matching is successful, taking the group message as a target group message of the trigger key. The key 'and the key are generated in a similar manner, and therefore, the key' and the key are not described herein again and can be referred to each other.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the step 303 of displaying the target group message may specifically include: and displaying the preset category and the number of the target group messages included in the preset category. Under the condition that the user does not trigger, in order to avoid the target group message from occupying the screen space, the first display area corresponding to the target group message can be folded, the preset category and the number of the target group messages included in the preset category are displayed, and the user is prompted that the preset category currently includes the number of the target group messages.
Optionally, the method may further include: and responding to the trigger operation of the user on the preset category, and displaying the target group message included in the preset category. For example, for the group of user a, there are 20 target group messages corresponding to "talent introduction", 10 target group messages corresponding to "buy and sell second-hand house", and 30 target group messages corresponding to "score drop", etc. The target group messages belonging to one group and included in the preset category can be displayed independently, and the target group messages belonging to a plurality of groups and included in the preset category can be displayed in an integrated manner.
It can be understood that the above-mentioned displaying of the preset category and the number of the target group messages included in the preset category are only optional embodiments, and actually, the target group messages included in the preset category may also be directly displayed without being triggered by the user.
It should be noted that the category keyword is a classification feature used for classifying the group message, and the determination of the category keyword may specifically include: at least one of the foregoing keywords, sending users, and message types, such that the group messages may be classified using any one or a combination of the keywords, sending users, and message types. It is understood that in the case of using a plurality of classification features, one classification feature may correspond to a preset category, for example, 20 target group messages belonging to a certain user, 15 target group messages matching a certain keyword, and the like, and the number of included messages is displayed after each preset category.
In addition, the matching of the group message of the at least one group with the category keyword is only an optional embodiment for classifying the group message, and actually, the group message may be classified by using a machine learning model, and the machine learning model may train training data to have a classification capability of a preset category, where the training data may include: and presetting a group message sample corresponding to the category.
