The corresponding stroke of the pressing cylinder 6 can be set by adjusting the up-down position of the cylinder stroke adjusting screw 7 on the thread of the stroke measuring rod 8.
The displacement sensor 10 is composed of a housing, a spring and an inductive pin arranged in the housing. The upper end of the sensing needle is elastically contacted with the spring, and the sensing needle in a normal state is in an extending state relative to the shell under the action of the internal spring. The housing of the displacement sensor 10 is fixed on the cylinder support 9 of the cylinder 6. The lower end of the sensing needle is always in elastic contact with the upper surface of the cylinder rod end connecting platform 11, but the sensing needle and the upper surface are not fixed. When the cylinder rod of the air cylinder 6 moves upwards, the cylinder rod and the connecting platform 11 are driven to move upwards; the sensing pin compresses the spring inside the displacement sensor 10 under the action of the external force of the connecting platform 11, so that the spring moves upwards.
