Abstract

一种固定扣,用于将风扇及线缆固定于风扇支架上,所述固定扣的一端设有用于固定线缆的束线勾,所述固定扣的另一端设有凸起,所述束线勾与所述凸起之间设有凹槽,所述凹槽用以固定所述风扇支架,所述风扇通过所述凹槽与所述凸起固定于所述风扇支架上。上述固定扣能够实现避免线缆刮伤的效果。

固定扣及风扇模组
技术领域
本发明涉及一种风扇模组,特别是风扇模组中的固定扣。
背景技术
一般地,服务器中风扇是通过线缆连接到主板上取电,距离风扇较近的线缆需要在风扇支架上固定,通过其它的卡勾、开槽等方式将线缆固定到风扇支架上。然而,这种风扇及线缆固定方式使得线缆易刮伤,影响风扇正常运作。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种不易刮伤线缆的固定扣,用于将风扇及线缆固定于风扇支架上。
一种固定扣,所述固定扣的一端设有用于固定线缆的束线勾,所述固定扣的另一端设有凸起,所述束线勾与所述凸起之间设有凹槽,所述凹槽用以固定所述风扇支架,所述风扇通过所述凹槽与所述凸起固定于所述风扇支架上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述束线勾为一L形结构,所述线缆穿过所述束线勾内以固定于所述风扇支架上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述凸起远离所述凹槽的一端设有卡扣部,所述风扇抵压于所述凹槽与所述卡扣部之间。
在其中一个实施例中,所述凹槽为一U形结构,所述风扇支架卡接于所述凹槽内。
一种风扇模组,包括风扇、线缆、风扇支架及固定扣,所述风扇及所述线缆通过所述固定扣固定于所述风扇支架上,所述固定扣的一端设有束线勾,所述线缆穿过所述束线勾与所述风扇电连接,所述固定扣的另一端设有凸起,所述束线勾与所述凸起之间设有凹槽,所述风扇支架卡接于所述凹槽内,所述风扇固定于所述凹槽与所述凸起之间。
在其中一个实施例中,所述风扇上设有一通孔,所述凸起伸入所述通孔并卡接于所述风扇上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述风扇支架上设有与所述凹槽相配合的凹口,所述固定扣通过所述凹槽卡接于所述凹口内。
在其中一个实施例中,所述风扇模组还包括主板,所述主板上设有供电接口,所述线缆的一端与所述供电接口电连接,另一端穿过所述束线勾与所述风扇电连接。
上述固定扣一端设有用于固定线缆的束线勾,另一端设有用于将所述风扇固定于所述风扇支架上的凸起,所述束线勾与所述凸起之间设有用于固定所述风扇支架的凹槽。以使风扇及线缆通过固定扣的两端固定于风扇支架上,不易刮伤线缆。

需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。
请参考图1至图4,一种风扇模组20包括风扇123、线缆127、风扇支架125及固定扣10。所述风扇123及所述线缆127通过所述固定扣10固定于所述风扇支架125上。所述固定扣10的一端设有束线勾122,所述线缆127穿过所述束线勾122与所述风扇123电连接。所述固定扣10的另一端设有凸起126,所述束线勾122与所述凸起126之间设有凹槽124,所述风扇支架125卡接于所述凹槽124内。所述风扇123固定于所述凹槽124与所述凸起126之间。
具体地,所述束线勾122可选择为L形卡勾或者V形卡勾,只要所述束线勾122能够用来引导并固定所述线缆127即可。所述凹槽124可选择为U形凹槽或者V形凹槽,所述凸起126可选择为球体、圆锥体或者圆柱体与圆锥体的组合,所述固定扣10的形状可选择为以上几种的任意组合。
在一个实施例中,所述束线勾122为一L形卡勾,所述凹槽124为一U形凹槽。所述凸起126由一圆柱体及卡扣部1261连接组成,所述卡扣部1261为一圆锥体,该圆锥体与圆柱体连接侧一侧的直径大于圆柱体的直径。所述固定扣10为由所述束线勾122、所述凹槽124及所述凸起126三者形成的不规则结构。
所述风扇123上设有一通孔(附图未标示),所述凸起126伸入所述通孔并卡接于所述风扇123上。
所述卡扣部1261由弹性材料制成,且所述卡扣部1261为圆锥体结构。使得卡扣部1261可穿过所述通孔后卡接于所述通孔的一侧,且所述风扇123抵压于所述凹槽124与所述卡扣部1261之间。
所述风扇支架125上设有与所述凹槽124相配合的凹口1251,所述固定扣10通过所述凹槽124卡接于所述凹口1251内。
所述主板22上设有供电接口24,所述线缆127的一端与所述供电接口24电连接,另一端穿过所述束线勾122与所述风扇123电连接,以实现对所述风扇123进行供电。
所述风扇123为立方体结构,所述固定扣10固定于所述风扇123的一边角。所述风扇支架125的边缘为一面板,该面板能够伸入并夹持在所述凹槽124里,所述风扇的边缘也为一面板,该面板设有所述通孔,所述凸起126能够穿过所述通孔将所述风扇123、所述风扇支架125及所述固定扣10三者固定在一起。
上述固定扣10一端设有用于固定线缆127的束线勾122,另一端设有用于将所述风扇123固定于所述风扇支架125上的凸起126,所述束线勾122与所述凸起126之间设有用于固定所述风扇支架125的凹槽124。以使风扇123及线缆127通过固定扣10的两端固定于风扇支架125上,实现防止所述线缆127刮伤的效果。

Claims (8)

1.一种固定扣,用于将风扇及线缆固定于风扇支架上,其特征在于:所述固定扣的一端设有用于固定线缆的束线勾,所述固定扣的另一端设有凸起,所述束线勾与所述凸起之间设有凹槽,所述凹槽用以固定所述风扇支架,所述风扇通过所述凹槽与所述凸起固定于所述风扇支架上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固定扣,其特征在于:所述束线勾为一L形结构,所述线缆穿过所述束线勾内以固定于所述风扇支架上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的固定扣,其特征在于:所述凸起远离所述凹槽的一端设有卡扣部,所述风扇抵压于所述凹槽与所述卡扣部之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的固定扣,其特征在于:所述凹槽为一U形结构,所述风扇支架卡接于所述凹槽内。
5.一种风扇模组,其特征在于:包括风扇、线缆、风扇支架及固定扣,所述风扇及所述线缆通过所述固定扣固定于所述风扇支架上,其特征在于:所述固定扣的一端设有束线勾,所述线缆穿过所述束线勾与所述风扇电连接,所述固定扣的另一端设有凸起,所述束线勾与所述凸起之间设有凹槽,所述风扇支架卡接于所述凹槽内,所述风扇固定于所述凹槽与所述凸起之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的风扇模组,其特征在于:所述风扇上设有一通孔,所述凸起伸入所述通孔并卡接于所述风扇上。
7.根据权利要求5所述的风扇模组,其特征在于:所述风扇支架上设有与所述凹槽相配合的凹口,所述固定扣通过所述凹槽卡接于所述凹口内。
8.根据权利要求5所述的风扇模组,其特征在于:所述风扇模组还包括主板,所述主板上设有供电接口,所述线缆的一端与所述供电接口电连接,另一端穿过所述束线勾与所述风扇电连接。
