The anti-falling arresting net is further provided with rotating rods which are rotatably connected inside the base, the transverse rod and the vertical rod, grooves for the stay ropes to penetrate through are formed in the same sides of the base, the transverse rod and the vertical rod, and one ends of the stay ropes far away from the anti-falling arresting net are fixedly connected with the rotating rods.

The second bevel gear 701 is coaxially fixed on the rotating rod 4 in the vertical rod 103, and a rotating shaft 8 which penetrates through the vertical rod 103 and is coaxially fixed with the third bevel gear 702 is rotatably connected to one side surface of the vertical rod 103 departing from the slot 5.
With reference to fig. 1 and 2, an insertion hole 11 is formed in one end of the rotating shaft 8, which penetrates through the vertical rod 103, along the axis of the rotating shaft, the cross section of the insertion hole 11 is hexagonal, and a rotating handle 9 with the same hexagonal cross section is inserted into the insertion hole 11. Meanwhile, the rotating handle 9 is L-shaped, and the rotating barrel 10 is sleeved on the rod body of the rotating handle 9 parallel to the rotating shaft 8, so that the rotating handle 9 can be conveniently rotated by constructors.
The specific working process is as follows: the base 101 of the protective guard body 1 is connected to the ground above a foundation pit or poured on the ground above the foundation pit through foundation bolts, when a vehicle is in an accident or runs near the edge, the vehicle rushes towards the protective guard body 1 and collides with the anti-collision barrel 14, and when the impact force of the vehicle is not high, the anti-collision barrel 14 can effectively block the vehicle.
When the impact force of the vehicle is high and the anti-collision barrel 14 is knocked away, the anti-falling blocking net is knocked to the anti-falling blocking net, and the anti-falling blocking net moves away from the protective guard body 1 under the action of the impact force of the vehicle. In the process, the anti-falling blocking net pulls the pull rope 3 out of the rotating rod 4 in the base 101, the rotating rod 4 in the cross rod 102 and the rotating rod 4 in the vertical rod 103 respectively, meanwhile, the coil spring 12 generates elastic deformation to prevent the rotating rod 4 from continuing to rotate, the resistance of the pull rope 3 which rotates and is pulled out from the rotating rod 4 is increased, and therefore the impact of a vehicle on the anti-falling blocking net 2 is further reduced.
When the pull ropes 3 respectively wound on the base 101, the cross rod 102 and the vertical rod 103 are completely pulled out, the anti-falling blocking net and the protective guard body 1 form an anti-falling space of a vehicle through the pull ropes 3, the vehicle rushes into the anti-falling space, and the probability that the vehicle knocks off the protective guard body 1 and rushes into a foundation pit is reduced.
