本发明涉及日常厨房用具技术领域,尤其是一种自动化备菜的切割机械,包括U型支撑架和自动切菜装置,所述限位槽下端的U型支撑架上固接有第一U型固定架且第一U型架下端中间设置有通孔,所述自动切菜装置由电机、从动槽轮、主动拨盘、机架、圆销、转轴、凸轮、T型滑槽、T型活动杆、弹簧、刀片、螺纹杆、U型活动架、螺纹孔、方形槽和弹性夹持块组成。本发明结构设计合理,通过电机带动凸轮转动一圈,螺纹杆带动U型活动架向右运动其直径的1/4圈,实现了自动均匀切割,且切割后的蔬菜沿斜板滑入菜盘中,节省人力,具有良好的发展前景。

本发明涉及日常厨房用具技术领域,尤其是一种自动化备菜的切割机械。
背景技术
目前现有的切菜多为人工切菜,面对人数较多的时候,手腕用力过久易损伤、手腕劳动强度大且刀片过于锋利易切伤手指,且切菜后需人工装盘,工作量大。公告号CN208714047U的一种切菜装置,通过动力单元提供动力并带动刀片做往复运动,刀片对食材进行切割,降低了人工劳动强度,提高了切菜效率。但该装置一方面需手动推动蔬菜进行切割,切割大小不均匀且切割到末尾易切到手指,另一方面对于切割好的蔬菜需人工装盘,工作量大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述技术缺点提供一种自动化备菜的切割机械,本发明结构设计合理,通过电机带动凸轮转动一圈,螺纹杆带动U型活动架向右运动其直径的1/4圈,实现了自动均匀切割,且切割后的蔬菜沿斜板滑入菜盘中,节省人力。
本发明解决技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种自动化备菜的切割机械,包括U型支撑架、第一U型固定架、第二U型固定架和自动切菜装置,所述U型支撑架内部中空且上下板体内部左端设有凹槽,所述U型支撑架下板体的上端前后两侧均设置有第一滑槽,U型支撑架右上端设置有限位槽且限位槽左端与U型支撑架内部相通,保证U型活动架的运动轨迹为水平直线且避免凸轮转动过程中与U型支撑架产生运动干涉,所述限位槽下端的U型支撑架上固接有第一U型固定架且第一U型架下端中间设置有通孔,对刀片运动轨迹进行限位,保证其竖直上下运动,所述自动切菜装置由电机、从动槽轮、主动拨盘、机架、圆销、转轴、凸轮、T型滑槽、T型活动杆、弹簧、刀片、螺纹杆、U型活动架、螺纹孔、方形槽和弹性夹持块组成,所述电机左端固接在U型支撑架内侧的左上端且其输出轴固接有主动拨盘,所述主动拨盘下端外凸锁止弧处固接有机架且机架左下端固接有圆销,且圆销左端插接在从动槽轮的内凹锁止弧内,所述从动槽轮右端固接有螺纹杆且螺纹杆右端插接在凹槽内,所述U型活动架右端中间设置有螺纹孔且螺纹孔内螺纹连接有螺纹杆,所述U型活动架前后两侧板分别插接在第一滑槽内且其上端内侧均设置有方形槽且方形槽,且方形槽内固接有弹性夹持块,对蔬菜尾部进行夹持固定并向右推进蔬菜的运动,实现均匀有序的切割,所述主动拨盘右端固接有转轴且转轴右端穿过限位槽插接在凹槽内,所述限位槽内的转轴上固接有凸轮且凸轮中间设置有T型滑槽,所述T型滑槽内卡接有T型活动杆且T型活动杆下端依次穿过弹簧和通孔与刀片固接,所述U型支撑架右下端固接有开口向右的第二U型固定架且第二U型固定架左上端固接有斜板,所述U型支撑架左上端的前侧固接有电源盒且电源盒上端固接有开关,所述电机、开关与电源盒电性连接。
进一步的,所述斜板左上端与U型支撑架上端处于同一水平面且位于刀片正下方右侧的1cm处,将菜盘放入斜板右下端,方便且后的蔬菜沿斜板自动滑入菜盘中,自动装盘,节省人力。
本发明所具有的有益效果是:本发明结构设计合理,通过电机带动凸轮转动一圈,螺纹杆带动U型活动架向右运动其直径的1/4圈,实现了自动均匀切割,且切割后的蔬菜沿斜板滑入菜盘中,节省人力,解决了切割不均、易伤手和切割后的蔬菜需要人工装盘的技术问题。

如图1~3所示,本发明包括U型支撑架1、第一U型固定架2、第二U型固定架3和自动切菜装置,所述U型支撑架1内部中空且上下板体内部左端设有凹槽1-1,所述U型支撑架1下板体的上端前后两侧均设置有第一滑槽1-2,U型支撑架1右上端设置有限位槽1-3且限位槽1-3左端与U型支撑架1内部相通,保证U型活动架4-12的运动轨迹为水平直线且避免凸轮4-6转动过程中与U型支撑架1产生运动干涉,所述限位槽1-3下端的U型支撑架1上固接有第一U型固定架2且第一U型架下端中间设置有通孔2-1,对刀片4-10运动轨迹进行限位,保证其竖直上下运动,所述自动切菜装置由电机4、从动槽轮4-1、主动拨盘4-2、机架4-3、圆销4-4、转轴4-5、凸轮4-6、T型滑槽4-7、T型活动杆4-8、弹簧4-9、刀片4-10、螺纹杆4-11、U型活动架4-12、螺纹孔4-13、方形槽4-14和弹性夹持块4-15组成,所述电机4左端固接在U型支撑架1内侧的左上端且其输出轴固接有主动拨盘4-2,所述主动拨盘4-2下端外凸锁止弧处固接有机架4-3且机架4-3左下端固接有圆销4-4,且圆销4-4左端插接在从动槽轮4-1的内凹锁止弧内,所述从动槽轮4-1右端固接有螺纹杆4-11且螺纹杆4-11右端插接在凹槽1-1内,所述U型活动架4-12右端中间设置有螺纹孔4-13且螺纹孔4-13内螺纹连接有螺纹杆4-11,所述U型活动架4-12前后两侧板分别插接在第一滑槽1-2内且其上端内侧均设置有方形槽4-14且方形槽4-14,且方形槽4-14内固接有弹性夹持块4-15,对蔬菜尾部进行夹持固定并向右推进蔬菜的运动,实现均匀有序的切割,所述主动拨盘4-2右端固接有转轴4-5且转轴4-5右端穿过限位槽1-3插接在凹槽1-1内,所述限位槽1-3内的转轴4-5上固接有凸轮4-6且凸轮4-6中间设置有T型滑槽4-7,所述T型滑槽4-7内卡接有T型活动杆4-8且T型活动杆4-8下端依次穿过弹簧4-9和通孔2-1与刀片4-10固接,所述U型支撑架1右下端固接有开口向右的第二U型固定架3且第二U型固定架3左上端固接有斜板3-1,所述U型支撑架1左上端的前侧固接有电源盒5且电源盒5上端固接有开关5-1,所述电机4、开关5-1与电源盒5电性连接。
本实施例中,所述斜板3-1左上端与U型支撑架1上端处于同一水平面且位于刀片4-10正下方右侧的1cm处,将菜盘放入斜板3-1右下端,方便且后的蔬菜沿斜板3-1自动滑入菜盘中,自动装盘,节省人力。
使用时,将待切水果或蔬菜的尾部通过两弹性夹持块4-15夹持固定,将菜盘放入斜板3-1右下端,打开开关5-1,电机4带动主动拨盘4-2和凸轮4-6转动一圈,凸轮4-6带动刀片4-10上下运动一个来回,同时主动拨盘4-2带动从动槽轮4-1和螺纹杆4-11转动1/4圈,螺纹杆4-11带动U型活动架4-12向右移动螺纹杆4-11的1/4圈,实现了自动均匀切割,且切割后的蔬菜沿斜板3-1滑入菜盘中,节省人力,解决了切割不均、易伤手和切割后的蔬菜需要人工装盘的技术问题。

1.一种自动化备菜的切割机械,包括U型支撑架、第一U型固定架、第二U型固定架和自动切菜装置,其特征在于:所述U型支撑架内部中空且上下板体内部左端设有凹槽,所述U型支撑架下板体的上端前后两侧均设置有第一滑槽,U型支撑架右上端设置有限位槽且限位槽左端与U型支撑架内部相通,所述限位槽下端的U型支撑架上固接有第一U型固定架且第一U型架下端中间设置有通孔,所述自动切菜装置由电机、从动槽轮、主动拨盘、机架、圆销、转轴、凸轮、T型滑槽、T型活动杆、弹簧、刀片、螺纹杆、U型活动架、螺纹孔、方形槽和弹性夹持块组成,所述电机左端固接在U型支撑架内侧的左上端且其输出轴固接有主动拨盘,所述主动拨盘下端外凸锁止弧处固接有机架且机架左下端固接有圆销,且圆销左端插接在从动槽轮的内凹锁止弧内,所述从动槽轮右端固接有螺纹杆且螺纹杆右端插接在凹槽内,所述U型活动架右端中间设置有螺纹孔且螺纹孔内螺纹连接有螺纹杆,所述U型活动架前后两侧板分别插接在第一滑槽内且其上端内侧均设置有方形槽且方形槽,且方形槽内固接有弹性夹持块,所述主动拨盘右端固接有转轴且转轴右端穿过限位槽插接在凹槽内,所述限位槽内的转轴上固接有凸轮且凸轮中间设置有T型滑槽,所述T型滑槽内卡接有T型活动杆且T型活动杆下端依次穿过弹簧和通孔与刀片固接,所述U型支撑架右下端固接有开口向右的第二U型固定架且第二U型固定架左上端固接有斜板,所述U型支撑架左上端的前侧固接有电源盒且电源盒上端固接有开关,所述电机、开关与电源盒电性连接。
