In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the auxiliary righting system includes two auxiliary righting cylinders 61 and a righting hydraulic system connected between the two auxiliary righting cylinders 61; the two auxiliary righting cylinders 61 are arranged at intervals in the width direction of the T-shaped groove platform, and the distance between the two auxiliary righting cylinders is smaller than the width of the box-type part to be processed; the lowest height of the auxiliary righting cylinder 61 is lower than the height of the cushion block 2 when vertically arranged, and the highest height is higher than the height of the cushion block 2; the centralizing hydraulic system comprises two three-position four-way valves 62 which are respectively connected with the auxiliary centralizing oil cylinder 61, an oil inlet of each three-position four-way valve 62 is connected with an oil pump 63, and two oil outlets are closed when a valve core of each three-position four-way valve 62 is in a middle position; a two-position four-way valve 64 is also connected between the two auxiliary righting cylinders 61, the two-position four-way valve 64 comprises an O-shaped functional position with an oil port fully sealed and an H-shaped functional position with an oil port fully communicated, and the middle position is the O-shaped functional position; the rod cavity of one auxiliary righting cylinder 61 and the rodless cavity of the other auxiliary righting cylinder 61 are respectively connected to two oil ports opposite to each other on the two-position four-way valve 64; a two-position two-way valve and a first one-way valve 65 which is in one-way circulation towards the two-position four-way valve 64 are arranged in parallel between the rod cavity of one auxiliary righting cylinder 61 and the two-position four-way valve 64, a two-position two-way valve and a second one-way valve 66 which is in one-way conduction towards the rod cavity are arranged in parallel between the rodless cavity of the other auxiliary righting cylinder 61 and the two-position four-way valve 64, the two-position two-way valve comprises a functional position with a closed oil port and a functional position with a conduction oil port, and the oil port in the middle position is conducted.
By adopting the structure, the box body can be assisted and righted by adopting the following method steps: before the box body is hoisted in place, the two-position four-way valve is kept at the functional position of the middle O-shaped valve, so that an oil way between the two auxiliary righting oil cylinders is disconnected; two auxiliary righting cylinders are respectively arranged through two three-position four-way valves, so that the piston rod of one auxiliary righting cylinder is completely retracted, and the piston rod of the other auxiliary righting cylinder is completely retracted; returning the three-position four-way valve to the middle position, closing both oil outlets, and regulating the valve core of the two-position four-way valve to the H-shaped functional position; lifting the box body above the two auxiliary righting cylinders by using a crane, slowly lowering the box body to enable the bottom of the box body to be in contact with the auxiliary righting cylinders with the piston rods extending completely, and compressing the piston rods of the auxiliary righting cylinders downwards until the piston rods of the other auxiliary righting cylinders are in contact with the bottom of the box body; the valve core of the two-position two-way valve with the piston rod extending out of the shorter auxiliary righting oil cylinder is adjusted to the functional position with the oil port closed, the lower box body is continuously and slowly controlled until the extending lengths of the piston rods of the two auxiliary righting oil cylinders are consistent, so that the box body is adjusted to be in a horizontal state, and the two auxiliary righting oil cylinders are controlled to shrink simultaneously until the box body falls on the cushion block. In the above steps, after the valve core of the two-position four-way valve is adjusted to the H-shaped functional position, the auxiliary righting cylinder with the piston rod extending completely contacts with the bottom of the box body, and contracts under the action of the weight of the box body, oil in the rodless cavity of the auxiliary righting cylinder is distributed to the rodless cavity of the other auxiliary righting cylinder through the H-shaped functional position, so that the piston rod of the other auxiliary righting cylinder extends, and the two auxiliary righting cylinders form a floating relation. And after the two piston rods are contacted with the bottom of the box body, the two-position two-way valve on the auxiliary righting cylinder with the piston rod extending out of the shorter auxiliary righting cylinder is closed, so that the piston rod of the auxiliary righting cylinder can only extend under the control of the one-way valve, and the piston rod of the other auxiliary righting cylinder can still shrink, thus, the piston rod of the auxiliary righting cylinder is continuously compressed downwards at the higher side of the box body, the piston rod of the other auxiliary righting cylinder is forced to extend out, and the lower side of the box body is lifted, so that the box body is righted.
When the auxiliary righting cylinder is implemented, the piston rod of the auxiliary righting cylinder is hinged with a base plate, and the bottom of the base plate is provided with an inclination sensor.
Therefore, the angle detected by the inclination angle sensor can be used for judging which piston rod of the two auxiliary righting cylinders stretches out to be shorter, and whether the stretching lengths of the two auxiliary righting cylinders are consistent with each other, so that whether the box body is righted is judged.
In practice, the hydraulic system further comprises a diverter valve 67 and a collecting valve 68, the rodless cavities of the two auxiliary righting cylinders are connected to the collecting valve 68, and the rod cavities are connected to the diverter valve 67; two-position two-way valves for controlling the on-off of the oil passage are respectively connected between the flow dividing valve 67 and the oil pump 63 and between the flow collecting valve 68 and the oil tank.
Therefore, when the extension lengths of the piston rods of the two auxiliary righting cylinders are consistent, the box body is righted, the two three-position four-way valves are kept in the middle position, and the two-position two-way valves between the flow dividing valve and the oil pump as well as between the flow collecting valve and the oil tank are connected, so that the two auxiliary righting cylinders can be controlled to synchronously descend.
In implementation, the end part of the cylinder body of the auxiliary righting cylinder 61 is hinged with a mounting seat, and the mounting seat is mounted on a T-shaped groove platform; the installation seat is also provided with a rotating motor, and an output shaft of the rotating motor is connected with a cylinder body of the auxiliary righting cylinder 61, so that the auxiliary righting cylinder 61 can be converted between a vertical state and a lodging state.
Thus, after the box body is placed on the cushion block, the auxiliary righting cylinder can be rotated to a lodging storage state.
When the auxiliary righting system is implemented, two sets of auxiliary righting cylinders 61 of the other auxiliary righting system are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the T-shaped groove platform, and the distance between the two auxiliary righting cylinders is smaller than the length of a box part to be processed.
Thus, the inclination in the longitudinal direction of the case can be righted.

Claims (4)

1. The self-alignment positioning device for the marine diesel engine box body parts is characterized by comprising a plurality of cushion blocks which are arranged on a T-shaped groove platform in a rectangular array, wherein the cushion blocks are detachably arranged on the T-shaped groove platform; the two sides of the T-shaped groove platform in the length direction are provided with self-alignment mechanisms in a right-facing manner, and the cushion block is positioned between the two self-alignment mechanisms; the self-aligning mechanism comprises a base arranged along the width direction of the T-shaped groove platform and two sliding plates slidably arranged along the length direction of the base, and one ends, facing away from each other, of the two sliding plates are provided with clamping plates which are vertically arranged; the middle part of the base is provided with a rotary table through a rotary shaft arranged along the length direction of the T-shaped groove platform, and the other end of the rotary shaft is provided with a handle arranged along the radial direction; an Archimedes spiral groove is formed in one side of the turntable, which is away from the handle, and a convex edge matched with the Archimedes spiral groove is formed on the sliding plate;
the bottom of the base is provided with a plurality of inverted T-shaped clamping blocks matched with the T-shaped grooves on the T-shaped groove platform, and the inverted T-shaped clamping blocks of the base can be slidably clamped into the T-shaped grooves on the T-shaped groove platform;
the two ends of the base are respectively provided with at least one first roller mechanism, the first roller mechanisms comprise a top support assembly with a telescopic lower end and rollers arranged below the top support assembly, and when the lower end of the top support assembly is contracted, the lower end of each roller is higher than the bottom of the base, so that the bottom of the base can fall on the T-shaped groove platform; when the lower end of the top support assembly extends out, the lower end of the roller is lower than the bottom of the base, so that the bottom of the base is separated from the T-shaped groove platform, and a gap is reserved between the inverted T-shaped clamping block and the T-shaped groove;
the base is provided with a top support assembly mounting hole and a roller accommodating hole, wherein the top support assembly mounting hole and the roller accommodating hole are sequentially arranged along the vertical direction; the top support assembly comprises a top support rod vertically penetrating through the top support assembly mounting hole, and a guide structure arranged along the axial direction is arranged between the top support rod and the top support assembly mounting hole, so that the top support rod can move along the axial direction of the top support assembly mounting hole; the upper end of the top support rod is provided with a boss which is formed by protruding outwards in the radial direction, the lower end of the mounting hole of the top support assembly is provided with a convex ring which is formed by protruding inwards in the radial direction, the top support rod is sleeved with a spiral spring, and two ends of the spiral spring are respectively abutted against the boss and the convex ring; the top support assembly further comprises a top compression rod which is pressed at the upper end of the top support assembly mounting hole through a cover plate, and the upper end of the top compression rod is connected with a rotating handle which penetrates through the cover plate; the lower end of the top pressing rod and the upper end of the top supporting rod are provided with inclined planes which are correspondingly arranged, so that when the top pressing rod rotates, the top pressing rod extrudes the inclined planes of the top supporting rod through the inclined planes to enable the top supporting rod to extend downwards;
the part of the top support rod, which is positioned at the lower end of the boss, is in a regular polygonal prism shape, the shape of the inner hole of the convex ring is matched with that of the top support rod, and the shape of the inner hole of the convex ring is matched with that of the top support rod, so that the top support rod can move along the axial direction of the top support assembly mounting hole; the upper end of the pushing rod is provided with an inner hexagonal hole, and the rotating handle is an inner hexagonal wrench.
