When the puncture needle or the endoscopic instrument is inserted into the sealing member 10, the puncture needle or the endoscopic instrument is firstly contacted with the upper protection sheet 102, but not directly contacted with the sealing ring 103, so that the puncture needle or the sharp object on the outer surface of the endoscopic instrument can be effectively prevented from puncturing the sealing ring 103 in the inserting process; when the sealing member 10 is pulled out of the puncture needle or the endoscopic instrument, the barb on the outer surface of the puncture needle or the endoscopic instrument is brought into contact with the lower protection sheet 104 at first, not directly with the sealing ring 103, so that the sealing ring 103 can be effectively prevented from being pierced by the barb on the outer surface of the puncture needle or the endoscopic instrument during the pulling-out.

The balloon tube 211 has a balloon tube body and a balloon 2110 located at the lower portion of the tube body; the balloon tube 211 is sleeved on the sleeve body of the sleeve 200, the balloon tube 211 and the sleeve 200 are fixed by the fixing rope 210, the balloon tube 211 and the sleeve 200 are sealed by the sealant 209, and the gas in the gas storage chamber 2000 can reach the balloon 2110 of the balloon tube 211 through the gas groove 2001.
