本发明公开了一种基于太阳能发电的水利灌溉装置,包括箱体、出水管、底座、控制器、入水管和太阳能蓄电池,所述箱体顶部通过连接座安装搅拌电机,所述搅拌电机一侧通过螺栓安装太阳能蓄电池,所述箱体一侧设有入药口,且入药口底部通过安装架安装温湿度显示器,所述温湿度显示器底部设有出水管,且出水管顶部具有抽水管,且抽水管一侧具有高压水泵,所述抽水管顶部通过螺杆安装360度旋转蝶形雨状喷头,且360度旋转蝶形雨状喷头位于温湿度显示器底部,所述抽水管与箱体连接端通过安置架安装电动开关阀,所述箱体另一侧设有入水管。该种基于太阳能发电的水利灌溉装置功能强大,设计科学,操作方便,稳定性好,可靠性高,适合广泛推广。

本发明涉及一种灌溉装置,特别涉及一种基于太阳能发电的水利灌溉装置。
背景技术
目前水利灌溉大多以开挖渠道引水为主,这样不仅破坏原有的生态环境,还会造成大量的垃圾污染,浪费人力物力,后期的维护费用以及作业时的用水量都很高。为此,我们提出一种基于太阳能发电的水利灌溉装置。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种基于太阳能发电的水利灌溉装置,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种基于太阳能发电的水利灌溉装置,包括箱体、出水管、底座、控制器、入水管和太阳能蓄电池,所述箱体顶部通过连接座安装搅拌电机,所述搅拌电机一侧通过螺栓安装太阳能蓄电池,所述箱体一侧设有入药口,且入药口底部通过安装架安装温湿度显示器,所述温湿度显示器底部设有出水管,且出水管顶部具有抽水管,且抽水管一侧具有高压水泵,所述抽水管顶部通过螺杆安装360度旋转蝶形雨状喷头,且360度旋转蝶形雨状喷头位于温湿度显示器底部,所述抽水管与箱体连接端通过安置架安装电动开关阀,所述箱体另一侧设有入水管,且入水管与箱体连接处通过螺栓安装压力调节阀,所述入水管一侧通过连接杆安装自动抽水泵,所述入水管底部通过螺钉安装控制器,所述箱体内顶部一侧设有液位器,且液位器一侧设有搅拌杆,所述搅拌杆一端与搅拌电机工作端相连,所述搅拌杆底部设有温度感应器,且温度感应器与温湿度显示器电性相连,所述温度感应器底部设有加热棒,所述箱体底部设有底座。
进一步地,所述箱体表面设有水玻璃层。
进一步地,所述底座内通过安置架安装气垫减震器。
进一步地,所述底座底部通过螺杆安装可制动万向轮。
进一步地,所述太阳能蓄电池与控制器和搅拌电机电性相连,所述控制器与电动开关阀和自动抽水泵电性相连。

一种基于太阳能发电的水利灌溉装置,通过入药口的设置,可以向箱体中投入一些灌溉时需要的药物,通过温湿度显示器与温度感应器的设置,便于工作人员了解箱体内以及箱体外的温湿度情况,便于工作人员及时调整作业计划,通过液位器的设置,便于了解水箱内液位情况,通过360度旋转蝶形雨状喷头的设置,可以使水利灌溉的覆盖面更广,节省灌溉时间,提高灌溉效率,通过电动开关阀的设置,可以便于控制箱体内的水进入出水管,通过可制动万向轮的设置,便于设备的移动和运输,通过气垫减震器的设置,起到了很好的减震作用,使得设备在作业时更加的稳定,通过加热棒的设置,可以给箱体内水加热,便于药物的快速融合,通过水玻璃层的设置,使得箱体的耐腐蚀性更强,通过控制器的设置,便于控制电动开关阀和自动抽水泵的工作,通过太阳能蓄电池的设置,可以给控制器和搅拌电机供电,通过自动抽水泵和压力调节阀的设置,可以通过入水管抽水,给箱体内供水,通过高压水泵和抽水管的设置,可以向360度旋转蝶形雨状喷头中注水,便于360度旋转蝶形雨状喷头有足够的水源喷洒。

如图1-2所示,一种基于太阳能发电的水利灌溉装置,包括箱体1、出水管9、底座10、控制器15、入水管16和太阳能蓄电池19,所述箱体1顶部通过连接座安装搅拌电机20,所述搅拌电机20一侧通过螺栓安装太阳能蓄电池19,所述箱体1一侧设有入药口2,且入药口2底部通过安装架安装温湿度显示器3,所述温湿度显示器3底部设有出水管9,且出水管9顶部具有抽水管22,且抽水管22一侧具有高压水泵21,所述抽水管22顶部通过螺杆安装360度旋转蝶形雨状喷头8,且360度旋转蝶形雨状喷头8位于温湿度显示器3底部,所述抽水管22与箱体1连接端通过安置架安装电动开关阀7,所述箱体1另一侧设有入水管16,且入水管16与箱体1连接处通过螺栓安装压力调节阀18,所述入水管16一侧通过连接杆安装自动抽水泵17,所述入水管16底部通过螺钉安装控制器15,所述箱体1内顶部一侧设有液位器6,且液位器6一侧设有搅拌杆4,所述搅拌杆4一端与搅拌电机20工作端相连,所述搅拌杆4底部设有温度感应器5,且温度感应器5与温湿度显示器3电性相连,所述温度感应器5底部设有加热棒13,所述箱体1底部设有底座10。
其中,所述箱体1表面设有水玻璃层14,起到了很好的耐腐蚀作用。
其中,所述底座10内通过安置架安装气垫减震器12,可以起到减震的作用,使得设备在运行时更加稳定。
其中,所述底座10底部通过螺杆安装可制动万向轮11,便于设备的移动和运输。
其中,所述太阳能蓄电池19与控制器15和搅拌电机20电性相连,所述控制器15与电动开关阀7和自动抽水泵17电性相连,太阳能蓄电池19可以给控制器15和搅拌电机20供电,通过操作控制器15可以控制电动开关阀7和自动抽水泵17的开关。
需要说明的是,本发明为一种基于太阳能发电的水利灌溉装置,工作时,工作人员应优先观察温湿度显示器3,察看目前的室外温湿度是否适合作业,符合作业的话,再将入水管16接入外部水源中,通过调节控制器15,打开自动抽水泵17开始抽水,当箱体1内水源快要注满时,压力调节阀18会自动关闭入水管16,从入药口2向箱体1内注入所需药物,打开搅拌电机20,搅拌杆4开始搅拌,若水源温度过低的话,可以打开加热棒13,便于药物快速与水融合,在通过调节控制器15,打开电动开关阀7,箱体1内的水会进入出水管9,再通过高压水泵21、抽水管22和360度旋转蝶形雨状喷头8进行灌溉,灌溉时观察液位器6,当箱体1内水源不足时需要继续对箱体1内注水,箱体1表面设有水玻璃层14,起到了很好的耐腐蚀作用,底座10内通过安置架安装气垫减震器12,可以起到减震的作用,使得设备在运行时更加稳定,底座10底部通过螺杆安装可制动万向轮11,便于设备的移动和运输。
360度旋转蝶形雨状喷头8为余姚市青鸟工具厂生产,自动抽水泵17为成都气海机电制造有限公司产品,压力调节阀18为杭州泉通仪表阀门有限公司产品,高压水泵21为天津市海盛泵业制造有限公司产品。

1.一种基于太阳能发电的水利灌溉装置,包括箱体(1)、出水管(9)、底座(10)、控制器(15)、入水管(16)和太阳能蓄电池(19),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)顶部通过连接座安装搅拌电机(20),所述搅拌电机(20)一侧通过螺栓安装太阳能蓄电池(19),所述箱体(1)一侧设有入药口(2),且入药口(2)底部通过安装架安装温湿度显示器(3),所述温湿度显示器(3)底部设有出水管(9),且出水管(9)顶部具有抽水管(22),且抽水管(22)一侧具有高压水泵(21),所述抽水管(22)顶部通过螺杆安装360度旋转蝶形雨状喷头(8),且360度旋转蝶形雨状喷头(8)位于温湿度显示器(3)底部,所述抽水管(22)与箱体(1)连接端通过安置架安装电动开关阀(7),所述箱体(1)另一侧设有入水管(16),且入水管(16)与箱体(1)连接处通过螺栓安装压力调节阀(18),所述入水管(16)一侧通过连接杆安装自动抽水泵(17),所述入水管(16)底部通过螺钉安装控制器(15),所述箱体(1)内顶部一侧设有液位器(6),且液位器(6)一侧设有搅拌杆(4),所述搅拌杆(4)一端与搅拌电机(20)工作端相连,所述搅拌杆(4)底部设有温度感应器(5),且温度感应器(5)与温湿度显示器(3)电性相连,所述温度感应器(5)底部设有加热棒(13),所述箱体(1)底部设有底座(10)。
