Abstract
The invention relates to a removable connecting nut component which comprises a connecting nut, a movable blocking piece, a guide pin and a sleeve, wherein a blocking piece groove I is formed in the rear end of a connecting nut shell along the circumferential direction of the connecting nut shell, one end of the movable blocking piece is fixed in the blocking piece groove I through the guide pin, the movable blocking piece can rotate inwards or outwards of the connecting nut in the blocking piece groove I around the guide pin, and the movable blocking piece is circumferentially positioned through compression joint of the sleeve. The invention can be detachably assembled with the plug shell or the socket shell, is simple to install and disassemble and easy to operate, can conveniently replace the sealing ring in the plug shell or the socket shell, does not increase the overall dimension of the connector, and is very suitable for the working condition that the overall dimension of the connector is limited.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a removable connecting nut component, in particular to a removable connecting nut component.
Background
The plug and socket joint of the connector plug and socket usually uses a rubber sealing ring to realize sealing requirements, the rubber sealing ring is used as a key part with a sealing function and is sensitive to thermal aging and radiation aging, and when the service life requirement of the connector is high, if the rubber sealing ring is designed to be a replaceable part, the sealing reliability of a product can be improved by regularly replacing the rubber sealing ring.
When the connecting nut is assembled in front, the connecting nut is fixed by an inner retainer ring which is not detachable; when the dismounting requirement is met, the dismountable inner retainer ring is often used for fixing. The removable inner retainer requires a large operating space, which increases the overall size of the connector, and is obviously not suitable for an environment where the installation space of the connector is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above drawbacks, the present invention provides a removable connection nut assembly, which enables a front-mounted connection nut to be removable under the condition that the overall dimension of a connector is limited, so that a rubber seal ring in the connector can be conveniently replaced.
The invention solves the technical problem by adopting the following technical scheme, and the detachable connecting nut component provided by the invention comprises a connecting nut, a movable baffle, a guide pin and a sleeve, wherein a baffle groove I is formed in the rear end of a connecting nut shell along the circumferential direction of the connecting nut shell, one end of the movable baffle is fixed in the baffle groove I through the guide pin, the movable baffle can rotate around the guide pin in the baffle groove I to the inside or the outside of the connecting nut, and the movable baffle realizes circumferential positioning through the compression joint of the sleeve.

When the connecting nut component is detached from the plug shell, the check ring is clamped in the stop ring groove II, the movable stop piece is picked out from the stop ring groove II after the movable stop piece is exposed by the movable sleeve, and the connecting nut and the plug shell are pulled open.
Preferably, the retainer ring is a circlip.

the invention adopts a detachable mode of the connecting nut and the plug or the socket shell, the connecting nut is provided with a movable baffle which can rotate towards the inside or the outside of the connecting nut, when in assembly, the movable baffle rotates outwards to ensure that the front end of the plug is inserted into the connecting nut, when a baffle groove II on the plug shell is aligned with a baffle groove I on the connecting nut, the movable baffle rotates inwards to ensure that the movable baffle falls into the baffle groove II to realize the axial positioning of the connecting nut, and after the sleeve covers the movable baffle, the circumferential positioning of the movable baffle can be realized. And finally, the elastic retainer ring is clamped into the retainer ring groove I to realize the axial positioning of the sleeve. When the plug is disassembled, the check ring is clamped into the stop ring groove II by the stop ring groove I, the sleeve can be moved to expose the movable blocking piece, and the connecting nut and the plug shell can be separately replaced by using a tool after the movable blocking piece is picked out. The invention has simple assembly and disassembly and easy operation, can realize the replacement of the rubber sealing ring in the connector under the condition of not changing or increasing the overall dimension of the connector, and is particularly suitable for the working condition that the overall dimension of the connector is limited.

For convenience of explanation, the left end in fig. 1 and 5 is defined as the front end and the right end is defined as the rear end, but terms indicating the orientation such as "front" and "rear" in the present invention are only based on the illustrated orientation or positional relationship, are only for convenience of description of the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the connecting nut assembly of the present invention includes a connecting nut, a movable blocking piece, a guide pin and a sleeve, wherein two blocking piece slots i 2 are formed in a housing at the rear end of the connecting nut 1 along the circumferential direction thereof, a movable blocking piece 4 is fixed in each blocking piece slot i through a guide pin 3, guide pin holes are formed in the connecting nut and the movable blocking piece, the guide pin is fixed on the connecting nut in a force-fitting manner, one end of the movable blocking piece is fixed in the blocking piece slot i, and the movable blocking piece can rotate around the guide pin in the blocking piece slot i of the connecting nut toward the inside or outside of the connecting nut. The inner diameter of the sleeve is matched with the outer diameter of a shell (a shell at the rear end of the connecting nut) at which the movable blocking piece is located on the connecting nut, and the sleeve can be pressed on the shell at the rear end of the connecting nut and covers the movable blocking piece to realize circumferential positioning of the movable blocking piece. The connecting nut is further provided with a stop disc 13 for axially limiting the front side of the sleeve, and the stop disc 13 is positioned in front of the movable baffle, as shown in fig. 1.
Taking the plug housing as an example, fig. 1 and 4. The outer wall of the plug shell is sequentially provided with a sealing groove 6 (the rubber sealing ring is a known technology, and the rubber sealing ring is not shown in fig. 1 and 4) for installing the rubber sealing ring, a baffle groove II 7 for enabling a movable baffle to fall into so as to realize the axial positioning of the connecting nut, a baffle groove I8 for enabling the baffle ring to be in a locking position, and a baffle groove II 9 for enabling the baffle ring to be in an unlocking position from front to back.
When the connecting nut component is assembled with the plug shell, the retainer ring 11 is firstly clamped in the retainer ring groove II, then the movable retainer plate rotates outwards from the connecting nut, the sleeve is sleeved at the front end of the plug shell (the front end of the plug shell is provided with the rubber seal ring in advance), and then the connecting nut is sleeved on the plug shell from the front end of the plug shell; when the baffle slot I is aligned with the baffle slot II, the movable baffle rotates towards the connecting nut to enable the movable baffle to fall into the baffle slot II, and axial positioning of the connecting nut is achieved; then the sleeve is pushed forwards (towards the direction of the connecting nut) to be pressed at the rear end of the connecting nut shell and cover the movable blocking piece to realize the circumferential positioning of the movable blocking piece; and finally, the retainer ring is clamped in the retainer ring groove I (the retainer ring is in a locking position), and the axial positioning of the sleeve is realized through the retainer disc and the retainer ring positioned in the retainer ring groove I, as shown in fig. 5.
When the rubber sealing ring needs to be replaced, the retainer ring is clamped into the retainer ring groove II (the retainer ring is located at the unlocking position) through the retainer ring groove I by using the opening expanding pliers, then the sleeve is moved backwards (moved towards the plug shell) to enable the movable separation blade to be exposed, the movable separation blade is picked out by using a tool and is rotated outwards towards the connecting nut, the connecting nut is moved out from the front end of the plug shell, the rubber sealing ring on the plug shell is exposed, and then the rubber sealing ring can be replaced.
The retainer ring of the present invention is preferably a circlip, an example of which is shown in fig. 5.
The connecting nut component can be detachably assembled with the socket shell, and correspondingly, a sealing groove, a baffle plate groove II, a baffle ring groove I and a baffle ring groove II with the same functions are arranged on the socket shell. The method for assembling and disassembling the connecting nut component and the socket shell is the same as the method for assembling and disassembling the connecting nut component and the plug shell, and the description is omitted.
It should be noted that the inner and outer curvatures of the movable blocking piece need to be calculated or simulated, and the following two conditions are satisfied, that is, the ① part of the movable blocking piece falling into the blocking piece groove II of the plug or socket shell is enough to realize the axial positioning of the connecting nut, and the ② outer curvature of the movable blocking piece can not interfere the sleeve to be sleeved.
The movable blocking sheets are provided with at least one, preferably two. At least one baffle groove I is arranged. Fig. 1 shows that two movable blocking pieces and two blocking piece grooves I are arranged.

the plug is characterized in that a baffle groove II is formed in the outer wall of the plug shell, after the connecting nut assembly and the plug shell are assembled in place, the baffle groove I corresponds to the baffle groove II, and the movable baffle is clamped in the baffle groove II to realize axial positioning of the connecting nut; the sleeve is sleeved outside the connecting nut and covers the movable blocking piece to realize the circumferential positioning of the movable blocking piece;
when the connecting nut component is detached from the plug shell, the movable blocking piece is picked out from the blocking piece groove II after the movable blocking piece is exposed by the movable sleeve, and the connecting nut and the plug shell are pulled open.

The removable coupling nut assembly according to claim 1, defining the end of the plug housing where the seal ring is mounted as a front end, wherein the outer wall of the plug housing is provided with, in order from front to rear, a seal groove for mounting the seal ring, a stopper groove ii, a stopper groove i for positioning the stopper ring in the locking position, and a stopper groove ii for positioning the stopper ring in the unlocking position; after the connecting nut assembly and the plug shell are assembled in place, the movable blocking piece is clamped in the blocking piece groove II to realize the axial positioning of the connecting nut; the sleeve is sleeved outside the connecting nut and covers the movable blocking piece to realize the circumferential positioning of the movable blocking piece; the retaining disc on the connecting nut and the retaining ring clamped in the retaining ring groove I jointly act to axially position the sleeve;
when the connecting nut component is detached from the plug shell, the check ring is clamped in the stop ring groove II, the movable stop piece is picked out from the stop ring groove II after the movable stop piece is exposed by the movable sleeve, and the connecting nut and the plug shell are pulled open.
5. The removable coupling nut assembly of claim 4 wherein the retainer ring is a circlip.

The removable coupling nut assembly of claim 1 wherein the inner and outer radii of the movable tabs are such that ① the portion of the movable tabs that fall into tab slot ii is sufficient to effect axial positioning of the coupling nut and ② the outer radii of the movable tabs do not interfere with the sleeve being received.
7. The removable coupling nut assembly of claim 1 or 4 wherein the receptacle housing is assembled and disassembled from the coupling nut assembly in the same manner as the plug housing is assembled and disassembled from the coupling nut assembly.
