Abstract
The invention relates to a cylindrical roller type rotary drum test device, and belongs to the technical field of test sample preparation equipment. The underframe of the device supports a C-shaped turning seat through limit rollers at two sides, and the C-shaped turning seat is in transmission connection with an transposition driving mechanism; the two inner sides of the opening of the C-shaped turning seat are respectively connected with a rotary support through a rotary bearing, the rotary bearing is in transmission connection with a rotary drum driving mechanism, a drum body with one end being a funnel-shaped cone is arranged in the rotary support, the opening of the cone is matched with one end of a displaceable charging basket, the other end of the charging basket is arranged on a liftable charging basket seat positioned on a guide table cylinder, and the guide table cylinder is arranged on the rotary support. The invention has compact structure, no need of complex external auxiliary facilities, simple operation and high automation degree, and the whole drum test process runs in a sealed state, thereby avoiding serious pollution of material throwing, scattering and dust raising, ensuring accurate test result and no environmental pollution.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an automatic rotary drum device, in particular to a cylindrical roller type rotary drum test device, and belongs to the field of physical detection of ores and cokes.
Background
The rotary drum test device is used for testing physical characteristics such as the strength of materials such as ores and cokes in a rolling state. According to the knowledge of the applicant, the known automatic rotary drum is a structure which is improved to increase a lifting device on the basis of the traditional manual rotary drum and adopts top feeding and test rear side lower discharging.
For example, chinese patent publication No. CN2650116Y discloses an automatic drum, in which drum doors are opened on the circumference of the drum body, and upper and lower feeding and lower discharging are performed, and the first-generation simple automatic drum has limited functions and unreliable performance.
The Chinese patent publication with publication number of CN2909228Y discloses an automatic coke drum device, wherein an opening is arranged at one end of a drum for discharging, and an electric push rod is closed or discharged at a specific position and is still an upper feeding and lower discharging structure. Although the first generation of simple type is greatly improved, a series of auxiliary facilities such as a frame, an electric push rod system and the like are added around, the equipment is complex, the failure rate is high, pollution cannot be eliminated, the open discharging is carried out, and the result accuracy is not high.
In a word, the obvious disadvantage of the prior art is that the rotation direction of the rotary drum is different from the feeding and discharging direction, so that complicated peripheral auxiliary facilities are required to be matched, and the reliability is poor during working; especially, the rotary drum can not be sealed in the whole process of feeding, discharging and testing, so that dust pollution is serious, and the weight error of the feeding and discharging drum is large due to material throwing and scattering, so that the accuracy of a test result is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at: aiming at the defects in the prior art, the cylindrical roller type rotary drum test device is compact in structure, concise in operation and sealed in operation, so that the test result is accurate and the environment is prevented from being polluted.
In order to achieve the purpose, the cylindrical roller type rotary drum test device disclosed by the invention has the basic technical scheme that the cylindrical roller type rotary drum test device comprises a bottom frame, wherein a C-shaped turnover seat is supported on the bottom frame through limit rollers at two sides, and is in transmission connection with an transposition driving mechanism; the two inner sides of the opening of the C-shaped turning seat are respectively connected with a rotary support through a rotary bearing in a transmission way, the rotary support is provided with a drum body with a funnel-shaped cone at one end, the opening of the cone is matched with one end of a displaceable charging basket, the other end of the charging basket is arranged on a liftable charging basket seat positioned on a guide table cylinder, and the guide table cylinder is arranged on the rotary support.
During the rotary drum test, firstly, a charging basket is inserted and placed on a charging basket seat below a cone of a drum body at a vertical position, and then a guide table cylinder is lifted, so that the charging basket and the cone are closed in a involution manner; then, starting an indexing driving mechanism to enable the C-shaped overturning seat to rotate 180 degrees, and pouring materials in the charging basket into the drum body completely through the cone; then, the indexing driving mechanism drives the C-shaped overturning seat to reversely rotate by 90 degrees, and the rotating shaft of the drum body is positioned at the horizontal position; thereafter, the drum drive mechanism may be activated to perform the desired drum test. And after the test is finished, all the tested materials fall into the charging bucket through the operation opposite to the previous operation, the guide table cylinder is lowered, and the charging bucket is taken out for screening and weighing, so that result data can be obtained.
Therefore, the invention has the advantages of compact structure, no need of complex external auxiliary facilities, simple operation, high automation degree and no pollution to environment, and the whole drum test process runs in a sealed state, thereby avoiding serious pollution caused by material throwing, scattering and dust raising, and ensuring accurate test results.
The invention is further perfected that the plate chain at the periphery of the C-shaped overturning seat is meshed with a driving chain wheel, and the driving chain wheel is in transmission connection with the internal rotation motor of the underframe through a chain.
The invention is further perfected in that the driving sprocket is coaxial with the limit roller.
The invention is further perfected in that the slewing bearing is coaxial with a large gear which is meshed with a small gear driven by a drum motor arranged on the C-shaped turning seat.

Detailed Description
Example 1
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the cylindrical roller type rotary drum test device of the embodiment supports a C-shaped turnover seat 3 on a chassis 1 through limit rollers 2 on two sides, a plate chain 20 on the periphery of the C-shaped turnover seat 3 is meshed with a driving sprocket wheel coaxial with the limit rollers 2, an indexing motor 4 positioned in the chassis 1 is in transmission connection with a driven sprocket wheel 7 on a main transmission shaft 8 through a driving sprocket wheel 5 and a first-stage chain 6, and is in transmission connection with the driving sprocket wheel through a sprocket wheel 9 and a second-stage chain 10, so that the C-shaped turnover seat is in transmission connection with an indexing driving mechanism.
The two inner sides of the opening of the C-shaped overturning seat 3 are respectively used for supporting a rotary support 14 of the fence structure through a rotary support 11, the rotary support 11 is coaxial with a large gear, and the large gear is meshed with a small gear driven by a rotary drum motor 12 arranged on the C-shaped overturning seat 3, so that the rotary support 11 is in transmission connection with a rotary drum driving mechanism.
The rotary support 14 is provided with a standard test drum body 15 with a funnel-shaped cone 16 at one end, a small end opening of the cone 16 is matched with one end of a displaceable charging basket 17, the other end of the charging basket 17 is arranged on a liftable charging basket seat 18 positioned on a guide table cylinder 19, and the guide table cylinder 19 is arranged on the rotary support 14.
In the test, firstly, as shown in fig. 3, the drum body outlet is turned to be right below, the material barrel is automatically or manually put into the material barrel by means of a mechanical arm, and the material barrel is lifted by a guide table cylinder so as to be sealed in a butt joint way with the cone opening; then, as shown in fig. 4, the indexing motor is started, the driving chain wheel is driven to rotate through the transmission mechanism, the rotary support is rotated 180 degrees anticlockwise, the outlet of the drum body is rotated to be right above, and the materials are completely poured into the drum; then, as shown in fig. 5, the indexing motor is controlled to enable the rotary support to rotate 90 degrees clockwise, the rotating shaft of the drum body is in a horizontal state, and then the drum motor is started to drive the drum body to rotate along the axis of the drum body, so that a drum test is performed, and the drum test is stopped until the drum test is finished; finally, as shown in fig. 6, the indexing motor drives the rotary support to continuously rotate 90 degrees clockwise, so that the outlet of the drum body is rotated to be right below, all samples after the test fall into the charging bucket, the guide table cylinder descends and loosens, the charging bucket is taken out, and the screening and weighing are carried out to obtain test data.
Experiments prove that the cylindrical roller type rotary drum test device of the embodiment has compact structure and stable operation, overcomes the defect of complex supporting facilities of loading and unloading of various manual and automatic rotary drums, has simple operation, combines a full-flow charging basket and a rotary drum into a whole, rotates together, is sealed and environment-friendly, and ensures the accuracy of test data. And the rotary drum feeding and discharging are all at the lowest position of the same charging basket, so that the full-automatic inspection assembly line is particularly suitable for being matched with a robot.
In addition to the embodiments described above, other embodiments of the invention are possible. All technical schemes formed by equivalent substitution or equivalent transformation fall within the protection scope of the invention.
