本发明驱动缸1带动拉杆4,方形压销13和端部压头19动作,而后带动固定套5,定位齿套6,压齿环8,定位齿环9,压齿套10,压套11,密封圈12及前端固定齿套14,前端密封圈15,前端压齿环16,前端定位齿环17,前端压齿套18动作,使多处封堵孔两侧的聚氨酯密封 7同时胀起,实现多级内涨封堵。
本发明定位齿套6,压齿环8,定位齿环9,压齿套10相互咬合,所述定位齿套6和所述压齿套10之间的轴向间距,与所述定位齿环9和所述压齿套10之间的轴向间距一致,前端固定齿套14,前端压齿环16,前端定位齿环17,前端压齿套18相互咬合,所述前端固定齿套14和所述前端压齿套18之间的轴向间距,与所述前端定位齿环17和所述前端压齿套18之间的轴向间距一致,保证聚氨酯密封环7的胀量固定并相同。
