Abstract

本发明涉及一种车辆电子水泵自散热机构,依次包括泵壳、耐磨垫片、叶轮转子总成、电机总成、橡胶支架、控制器总成、密封圈、电机后盖,所述电机总成内设有电机内腔,所述叶轮转子总成上设有使水或防冻液流入电机内腔以实现自循环冷却的流道及流孔,所述电机内腔与叶轮转子总成的外径之间留有间隙。与现有技术相比,本发明中的电子水泵体积无需增加,散热块,不易损伤水泵,大大延长电子水泵使用寿命。通过在叶轮转子总成上设有能够使水或防冻液进入电机内腔实现自循环冷却的流道及流孔,以及电机后盖采用铝材材质和控制器通过导热硅脂经电机后盖进行散热。

技术领域
本发明涉及车辆电子水泵技术领域,具体为一种车辆电子水泵自散热机构。
背景技术
电子水泵广泛应用于汽车散热循环系统中,在散热循环系统中提供散热介质的循环流动动力。现有的汽车电子水泵中,通过控制器控制转子与定子相互配合,带动叶轮转动,控制器中的电路板工作时会产生大量热量,现有技术中的电子水泵中的电路板通过空气流通散热,散热效果一般,运行过程中在电子水泵的泵壳内积聚大量的热能,影响了电子水泵的工作效率,严重时可能烧毁电子水泵的电路板,因此较大功率的电子水泵往往需要大体积的散热片或者采用内置风扇进行散热,但是这样会导致电子水泵整体体积随功率的增加而增大,增加成本。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种车辆电子水泵自散热机构,目的在于在不增加电子水泵整体体积的情况下,实现电子水泵的自散热。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种车辆电子水泵自散热机构,依次包括泵壳、耐磨垫片、叶轮转子总成、电机总成、橡胶支架、控制器总成、密封圈、电机后盖,所述电机总成内设有电机内腔,所述叶轮转子总成上设有使水或防冻液流入电机内腔以实现自循环冷却的流道及流孔,所述电机内腔与叶轮转子总成的外径之间留有间隙。
进一步地,所述电机后盖采用铝材材质制成。
进一步地,所述控制器总成上涂有导热硅脂。
进一步地,所述叶轮转子总成上的流道及流孔均呈圆周均布。
本发明的有益效果是:
与现有技术相比,本发明中的电子水泵体积无需增加,散热块,不易损伤水泵,大大延长电子水泵使用寿命。通过在叶轮转子总成上设有能够使水或防冻液进入电机内腔实现自循环冷却的流道及流孔,以及电机后盖采用铝材材质和控制器通过导热硅脂经电机后盖进行散热。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合附图以及实施例对本发明进一步阐述。
如图1所示,一种车辆电子水泵自散热机构,依次包括泵壳1、耐磨垫片2、叶轮转子总成3、电机总成4、橡胶支架5、控制器总成6、密封圈7、电机后盖8,所述耐磨垫片2安装在叶轮转子总成3的端部,所述叶轮转子总成3与电机总成4连接,所述橡胶支架5包裹在电机总成4的外部,所述控制器总成6安装在电机后盖8上,所述泵壳1与电机后盖8相互卡合形成一个将耐磨垫片2、叶轮转子总成3、电机总成4、橡胶支架5、控制器总成6罩住的壳体,所述密封圈7位于两者之间,两者通过螺钉9进行连接。
如图2和图3所示,所述电机总成4内设有电机内腔10,所述电机内腔10的内壁与叶轮转子总成3上外径之间留有间隙,该间隙为0.6mm。
如图4所示,所述叶轮转子总成3上设有流道11及流孔12,所述流道11及流孔12各自对应设有三个,且均呈圆周均布在叶轮转子总成3中的叶轮上,所述流道11及流孔12的作用在于,使水或防冻液通过其进入到电机内腔10中,使电子水泵中的电机能够自循环,使水泵达到冷却降温的目的。
另外所述电机后盖8采用铝材材质制成。所述控制器总成6上涂有导热硅脂13,能够使得控制器的所产生的热量通过导热硅脂13与导热性良好的铝壳电机后盖8连接从而导致散热块,避免控制器总成6被烧毁。
使用过程中,叶轮中的水或防冻液从流道11及流孔12流入电机内腔10,再经过间隙进行自循环冷却,降低电机的温度,另外,在控制器总成6在使用过程中产生的热量通过导热硅脂13与电机后盖8快速散热,降低控制器总成6的温度。

1.一种车辆电子水泵自散热机构,依次包括泵壳(1)、耐磨垫片(2)、叶轮转子总成(3)、电机总成(4)、橡胶支架(5)、控制器总成(6)、密封圈(7)、电机后盖(8),其特征在于:所述电机总成(4)内设有电机内腔(10),所述叶轮转子总成(3)上设有使水或防冻液流入电机内腔(10)以实现自循环冷却的流道(11)及流孔(12),所述电机内腔(10)与叶轮转子总成(3)的外径之间留有间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车辆电子水泵自散热机构,其特征在于:所述电机后盖(8)采用铝材材质制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种车辆电子水泵自散热机构,其特征在于:所述控制器总成(6)上涂有导热硅脂(13)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种车辆电子水泵自散热机构,其特征在于:所述叶轮转子总成(3)上的流道(11)及流孔(12)均呈圆周均布。
