Claims (5)
1. The application of the dyeing device in the suit cloth dyeing process is characterized in that the dyeing process comprises the following specific steps:
step one, putting the suit cloth (5) into a container filled with clear water for soaking for 30min, then adding 30wt% of hydrogen peroxide and 150g of soda ash into the container, taking out after soaking for 2h, putting the suit cloth into the clear water for cleaning, drying the suit cloth by a fan, and winding the dried suit cloth (5) onto a cloth placing roller (3) of a dyeing device;
secondly, the cloth releasing motor (26) drives the cloth releasing roller (3) to release cloth, when the suit cloth (5) passes over the cutting plate (24), the cutting motor (27) is started, the cutting motor (27) drives the cutting shaft (7) to rotate, two cutting blades (8) on the cutting shaft (7) are used for cutting two sides of the suit cloth (5) respectively, and burrs are removed;
step three, when the suit cloth (5) passes through the lower part of the movable roller (17), starting the driving cylinder (16), enabling an output rod of the driving cylinder (16) to extend out and drive the second connecting arm (23) to rotate upwards, driving one end of the first connecting arm (18) to rotate downwards through the connecting rod (19) by the second connecting arm (23), enabling the movable roller (17) to descend, enabling the suit cloth (5) to be tightened, heating the dye liquor in the dye liquor tank (22) through the electric heating plate (28), and dyeing the suit cloth (5) through the heated dye liquor;
fourthly, when the dyed suit cloth (5) passes below the drying mechanism (9), starting an air knife (92) and driving air to enter from an air inlet (94), raising the temperature of the air in the air knife (92) under the heating of an electric heating pipe (93) and blowing out through an air blowing port below the air knife (92) to dry the suit cloth (5) below, and winding the dried suit cloth (5) through a cloth collecting roller (10);
the dyeing device comprises two vertically arranged mounting plates (1), a support frame (2) is mounted on one side of each of the two mounting plates (1), a cloth placing roller (3) is mounted on each support frame (2), one end of each cloth placing roller (3) is connected with a cloth placing motor (26), an output shaft of each cloth placing motor (26) is fixedly connected with one end of each cloth placing roller (3), two fixing arms (4) are fixedly connected to the top of each support frame (2), and two first guide rollers (6) are mounted between the two fixing arms (4);
two second guide rollers (12) are arranged between the two mounting plates (1), the two second guide rollers (12) are distributed up and down, a first supporting roller (13) is also arranged between the two mounting plates (1), and the top of the second guide roller (12) on the upper side and the top of the first support roller (13) are positioned at the same level, a cutting shaft (7) is arranged between the first supporting roller (13) and the second guide roller (12) at the upper side, two ends of the cutting shaft (7) are arranged in the two mounting plates (1), a cutting motor (27) is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of one of the mounting plates (1), the cutting motor (27) is fixedly connected with one end of the cutting shaft (7), two cutting blades (8) are fixedly mounted on the cutting shaft (7), and the two cutting blades (8) are respectively arranged on two sides of the suit cloth (5);
a second supporting roller (15) is arranged between the two mounting plates (1) and on one side of the first supporting roller (13), a supporting plate (14) is horizontally fixed on one side of the second supporting roller (15), the supporting plate (14) is fixedly mounted at the tops of the two mounting plates (1), a drying mechanism (9) is fixedly mounted above the supporting plate (14), side plates (11) are fixedly mounted at one ends of the two mounting plates (1) far away from the supporting frame (2), a cloth collecting roller (10) is mounted between the two side plates (11), and one end of the cloth collecting roller (10) is connected with a cloth collecting motor on the outer wall of one side plate (11);
the bottom of the two mounting plates (1) is horizontally fixed with a bottom plate (20), a pad seat (21) is fixedly mounted on the bottom plate (20), a dye solution tank (22) is fixedly mounted above the pad seat (21), a movable roller (17) is arranged on the inner side of the dye solution tank (22), two ends of the movable roller (17) are connected with first connecting arms (18), one ends of the two first connecting arms (18) are fixedly connected with a connecting rod (19), two ends of the connecting rod (19) respectively penetrate through the two mounting plates (1) and extend to the outer sides of the corresponding mounting plates (1) and are fixedly connected with second connecting arms (23), one end of each second connecting arm (23) is hinged to the end of an output rod of a driving cylinder (16), and one end of the driving cylinder (16) is hinged to the outer wall of the mounting plate (1);
a cutting plate (24) is horizontally arranged below the cutting shaft (7), two ends of the cutting plate (24) are respectively fixed with the inner walls of the two mounting plates (1) through welding, and a corresponding strip-shaped through groove (241) is formed in the position, corresponding to the cutting blade (8), of the cutting shaft (7);
the drying mechanism (9) comprises a shell (91), two sides of the bottom of the shell (91) are fixedly connected with the two mounting plates (1) respectively, an air knife (92) is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the upper side of the shell (91), one end of the air knife (92) is provided with an air inlet (94), the air inlet (94) penetrates through the shell (91) and is communicated with the outside, and an electric heating pipe (93) is mounted on the inner side of the air knife (92);
an electric heating plate (28) is arranged at the top of the inner side of the pad seat (21), and the electric heating plate (28) is used for heating the dye liquor in the dye liquor tank (22).
