Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the beer barrel refrigeration frequency conversion system is provided with the butt joint component directly connected with the beer barrel, after the system is in butt joint with the beer outlet of the beer barrel, the beer can enter the beer pipeline from the beer barrel under the driving of the power source after the beer outlet switch and the power source are started, the temperature of the beer in the beer pipeline is reduced after heat exchange with the refrigeration system in the process of flowing to the beer outlet switch, and the beer becomes cool beer after passing through the long and thin beer pipeline and then flows out of the beer outlet switch, so that the demand of consumers for instant boiling and drinking is met. The invention is a direct current frequency conversion technology, can enable the temperature precision of beer to be higher, and better ensures the taste. Meanwhile, compared with a mode of transferring beer to other containers for unified cooling, the mode of obtaining cool beer by adopting the beer barrel refrigeration frequency conversion system is simpler and more convenient, and the time spent is shorter.

referring to fig. 1, a beer barrel refrigeration frequency conversion system for cooling beer in barrel according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown, which includes a housing 10, a beer delivery system 1, a refrigeration system 2 for cooling beer in the beer delivery system 1, a heat sink 3 for dissipating heat of a heating device in the refrigeration system 2, a fan 4 for dissipating heat of the heat sink 3, a control panel 5 for setting a temperature value of required beer, and a controller are disposed in the housing 10. The control panel 5, the controller and the refrigerating system 1 are electrically connected in sequence; the controller receives the signal from the control panel 5 and controls the amount of cooling capacity of the refrigeration system 2.
Specifically, the beer delivery system 1 includes a beer conduit 11 for delivering beer and a power source 12 for drawing beer from the beer keg 200 into the beer conduit 11. The outlet of the beer pipeline 11 is provided with a beer outlet switch 6, and the inlet of the beer pipeline 11 is provided with a butt joint component connected with the beer outlet of the beer barrel 200. In this embodiment, the outlet of the beer pipe 11 is located at the top of the housing 10, the wine outlet switch 6 protrudes out of the housing 10, and the inlet of the beer pipe 11 matches the position of the wine outlet of the beer barrel 200, which is located at the center of the bottom of the housing 10. The beer pipe 11 is formed in a meandering shape or a spiral shape in order to extend a cooling path of beer.
The power source 12 of the embodiment is an air pump, the pressure of the pump body is 1.2KG, and the pump body is provided with a filtering device 14; when the beer pipeline 11 is made of hard material, the power source 12 is communicated with the beer pipeline 11, and the power source 12 can provide power to suck beer up from the beer barrel 200 so that the beer flows upwards into the beer pipeline 11. When the beer pipeline 11 is made of flexible material, the power source 12 is communicated with the interior of the beer pipeline 11 or communicated with a sealed space outside the beer pipeline 11. In practical application, the power source 12 may also be an extrusion module, the beer pipeline 11 is made of a flexible material, and the extrusion module can continuously extrude the beer pipeline 11 during operation. The pressure difference between the beer pipe 11 and the interior of the beer keg 200 is created by the squeezing, so that the beer in the beer keg 200 flows upwards into the beer pipe 11.
Refrigerating system 2 is compressor refrigerating system, and compressor refrigerating system includes compressor 21 and the double-deck pipeline 22 of evaporimeter, and the double-deck pipeline 22 of evaporimeter is attached on beer pipeline 11 embeds the outer peripheral edges. Therefore, the beer can be cooled on the whole flowing path of the beer, and the cooling effect and efficiency are ensured.
The docking assembly comprises two resilient retaining clips 71, two handles 72 and a pressure hand 73. The pressing hand 73 is in transmission connection with the two elastic fixing clamps 71, the pressing hand 73 is pressed downwards to lift the elastic fixing clamps 71 upwards, the two handles 72 are respectively arranged on two outer side edges of the two elastic fixing clamps 71, the two elastic fixing clamps 71 are respectively positioned on two side edges of the beer pipeline 11, and the two elastic fixing clamps 71 can be folded by squeezing the two handles 72. The elastic fixing clip 71 in this embodiment has a transmission part 711 and a fastening part 712, and the fastening part 712 is located at the bottom end of the transmission part 711 and is bent relative to the transmission part 711. The two elastic fixing clips 71 are oppositely arranged, the transmission part 711 penetrates through the whole shell 10, and the top end of the transmission part forms a lever structure with the pressing hand 73 through a pivoting part; pressing the pressing hand 73 can lift the two elastic fixing clips 71 upwards, and the buckling part 712 is clamped with the opening of the beer barrel 200 after being lifted upwards, thereby achieving the sealing effect. To further enhance the sealing performance, a sealing member such as a gasket may be provided between the elastic fixing clip 71 and the opening of the beer barrel 200.
Preferably, the fan 4 is installed near the radiator 3 to blow air flow to accelerate the heat dissipation speed of the radiator 3. The refrigerating system 2 adopts a direct-current variable-frequency power supply system, so that the temperature precision of the beer can be higher, and the taste can be better guaranteed.

Meanwhile, a gas cylinder 13 is further arranged in the beer barrel refrigeration frequency conversion system, compressed carbon dioxide is arranged in the gas cylinder 13, the gas cylinder 13 is communicated with the beer barrel 200, and after the gas cylinder 13 is opened, the high-pressure carbon dioxide extrudes beer in the beer barrel 200, so that the beer flows into the beer pipeline 11. It can be seen that the gas cylinder 13 can be used as another mode of the power source, and carbon dioxide can be dissolved in beer, which is beneficial to the foamability of the beer, and when a consumer drinks, the carbon dioxide is gradually released, so that the beer gives a fresh and refreshing feeling to the consumer, and the special aroma of the beer can be smelled.
Example two:
referring to fig. 2, a beer barrel refrigeration frequency conversion system for cooling beer in a barrel according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown. The present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that:
the refrigerating system of the beer barrel refrigerating frequency conversion system of the embodiment adopts a plurality of semiconductor refrigerating devices 2 ', and the plurality of semiconductor refrigerating devices 2' are attached to the outer periphery of the beer pipeline 11. The semiconductor refrigerating device 2' is electrically connected with the controller and the control panel 5, and the controller receives signals from the control panel 5 and controls the refrigerating capacity of the refrigerating system.
