Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment 1 of the present invention provides a method for processing consumable chip data, including:
s101, judging whether the consumable chip receives written information which is sent by a printer and has insufficient consumable allowance;
s102, judging whether the initialization frequency of the consumable chip is less than a preset limit value or not;
s103, when the consumable chip receives write-in information that the consumable allowance is insufficient and the initialization frequency is less than a preset limit value, initializing the consumable information, and switching the currently running serial number into a coverage serial number by the consumable chip so that the printer covers the recorded serial number of the printer with the coverage serial number;
s104, writing the consumable material allowance insufficiency information into the consumable material information when the initialization times are larger than or equal to a preset limit value;
and S105, when the initialization of the consumable information is completed and the consumable chip switches the currently running serial number into the coverage serial number, accumulating the initialization times according to a preset accumulated value.
Specifically, the override sequence number is one of the sequence numbers preset in the memory. Or, the covering serial number is a serial number generated according to an algorithm.
More specifically, in S103, the overwriting the serial number with the serial number recorded by the printer includes: and the consumable chip responds to a serial number acquisition command of the printer to operate the covering serial number, and the printer covers the serial number recorded by the printer after acquiring the covering serial number. More specifically, the overlay process may be implemented by copying an overlay sequence number to a storage location of a recorded sequence number and replacing the recorded sequence number;
in step S105, the preset accumulated value may be 1 or other value. For example, the preset cumulative value is 1, i.e., the number of times of initialization is increased by 1. The preset limit value is set according to the service life of the imaging box, and the printing effect of the general imaging box after being used for 6 times is not qualified, so the preset limit value can be set to be 6. The consumable balance insufficiency information includes low consumable amount information or consumable exhaustion information.
The overriding serial number overrides the serial number already recorded by the printer, for example, the overriding serial number overrides the currently used serial number, so that the current serial number is not recorded by the printer, that is, after each override, the overriding serial number can be used as a new serial number, and thus the current serial number can be reused.
When the consumable amount is less than the set value of the printer, for example, less than 10%, the printer writes low consumable amount information or consumable exhaustion information, for example, 10% of the low consumable amount information, or a mark of consumable exhaustion, into the consumable chip, so that the printer can prevent the printing operation of the user after identifying. And after initializing the consumptive material information each time, the consumptive material information can all resume sufficient consumptive material state, if the original consumptive material state before using, for example, the consumptive material volume resumes to 100%, at this moment, the formation of image box that the printer discerned is equivalent to a new sufficient formation of image box of consumptive material surplus.
In conclusion, after the recorded serial number and the initialized consumable information of the printer are covered, the printer judges the imaging box as the imaging box with sufficient consumable allowance after recognizing the imaging box information, so that the imaging box is recycled, the resource waste is avoided, and the printing cost is saved. On the other hand, the number of times of recycling of the imaging box can be controlled within a reasonable value by calculating the number of times of initialization, and the printing quality is guaranteed.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 2, the method for processing consumable chip data according to this embodiment is suitable for a case where a printer records only a plurality of serial numbers, and includes:
s80, when the consumable chip is first operated, the consumable chip runs the second serial number to make the printer work normally;
s101, judging whether the consumable chip receives written information which is sent by a printer and has insufficient consumable allowance;
s102, judging whether the initialization frequency of the consumable chip is less than a preset limit value or not;
s103, when the consumable chip receives write-in information that the consumable allowance is insufficient and the initialization frequency is less than a preset limit value, initializing the consumable information, and switching the currently running serial number into a coverage serial number by the consumable chip so that the printer covers the recorded serial number of the printer with the coverage serial number;
s104, writing the consumable material allowance insufficiency information into the consumable material information when the initialization times are larger than or equal to a preset limit value;
and S105, when the initialization of the consumable information is completed and the consumable chip switches the currently running serial number to the coverage serial number, accumulating the initialization times according to a preset accumulated value, and returning to S101.
Of course, when the consumable chip does not receive the written information that the remaining amount of the consumable is insufficient, which is sent by the printer, the consumable chip continues to maintain communication with the printer.
Wherein the override serial number is a newly selected or newly generated serial number different from the second serial number and a serial number already recorded by the printer.
Because the printer records a plurality of serial numbers, the override serial number is a serial number which is reselected or generated before each override and is different from the previous serial number and the plurality of serial numbers recorded by the printer. Based on this, after the consumptive material information initialization of printer, make the printer discern and judge this formation of image box after the formation of image box information for the sufficient formation of image box of a consumptive material surplus to realize the recycling of formation of image box, avoid extravagant resource, save the printing cost moreover.
Example 3
Based on the method for processing consumable chip data described in embodiment 1, the method for processing consumable chip data provided in this embodiment is suitable for a case where a printer only records a plurality of sets of serial numbers, and with reference to fig. 3, the method includes:
s90, when the consumable chip is first installed, the consumable chip runs the first serial number to make the first serial number cover the serial number recorded by the printer;
s91, when receiving a specific signal, switching the currently running first serial number to a second serial number to make the printer work normally, wherein the specific signal may be an action signal of detecting that the printer performs writing operation on the consumable chip, or an action signal of accumulating the writing operation on the consumable chip by the printer to a predetermined number of times, or an action signal of reading operation on a specific address of the consumable chip by the printer;
s101, judging whether the consumable chip receives written information which is sent by a printer and has insufficient consumable allowance;
s102, judging whether the initialization frequency of the consumable chip is less than a preset limit value or not;
s103, when the consumable chip receives write-in information that the consumable allowance sent by the printer is insufficient and the initialization times are less than a preset limit value, initializing the consumable information, and switching the currently running serial number into a coverage serial number by the consumable chip so that the printer covers the recorded serial number of the printer with the coverage serial number, wherein the consumable chip and the printer continue to be in communication when the consumable chip does not receive the write-in information that the consumable allowance sent by the printer is insufficient;
s104, writing the consumable material allowance insufficiency information into the consumable material information when the initialization times are larger than or equal to a preset limit value;
and S105, after the initialization of the consumable information is completed and the consumable chip switches the currently running serial number into the coverage serial number, accumulating the initialization times according to a preset accumulated value, and returning to S101.
Example 4
Based on the method for processing consumable chip data described in embodiment 1, the method for processing consumable chip data provided in this embodiment is suitable for a case where a printer records only one set of serial numbers, and with reference to fig. 4, the method includes:
s90, when the consumable chip is first installed, the consumable chip runs the first serial number to make the first serial number cover the serial number recorded by the printer;
s91, when receiving a specific signal, switching a currently running first serial number to a second serial number to make the printer work normally, where the second serial number may be a serial number different from the first serial number and recorded by the printer;
s101, judging whether the consumable chip receives written information which is sent by a printer and has insufficient consumable allowance;
s102, judging whether the initialization frequency of the consumable chip is less than a preset limit value or not;
s103, when the consumable chip receives write-in information that the consumable allowance sent by the printer is insufficient and the initialization frequency is less than a preset limit value, initializing the consumable information, switching the currently running serial number into a first serial number by the consumable chip so that the printer can cover the recorded second serial number by the first serial number, and certainly, when the consumable chip does not receive the write-in information that the consumable allowance sent by the printer is insufficient, keeping communication between the consumable chip and the printer;
s104, writing the consumable material allowance insufficiency information into the consumable material information when the initialization times are larger than or equal to a preset limit value;
and S105, after the initialization of the consumable information is completed and the consumable chip switches the currently running serial number into the coverage serial number, accumulating the initialization times according to a preset accumulated value, and returning to S91.
After S90 and S91 are executed, the printer identifies the consumable chip, and the consumable chip is verified through the communication of the printer, so that the consumable chip and the printer can normally communicate, it needs to be explained that the printer can operate the secret key corresponding to the serial number when operating the serial number generally, and the printer performs communication verification through operation on the secret key, which is the prior art and is not repeated herein. And in S90 and S91, the second serial number is used for communication authentication of the printer and is used in normal printing use of the printer, and the first serial number is used for overwriting the serial number record of the printer, in particular, for preventing the second serial number from being recorded by the printer.
Because the printer only records 1 group of serial numbers, only needs a serial number to cover, on this basis, the effect of first serial number is to cover the serial number that a former group recorded, covers the back of accomplishing, switches into the second serial number with current first serial number, the second serial number can make the consumptive material chip pass through the communication verification of printer, guarantees that consumptive material chip and printer can normally communicate. The printer records the second serial number firstly, when the second serial number is switched to the first serial number, the first serial number covers the record of the second serial number, and when the second serial number is switched to the second serial number next time, the second serial number is used as a new serial number which is not recorded, so that the imaging box can be recycled, and the waste of resources is avoided.
