Abstract

本发明涉及一种高聚物改性防水保温一体化板，包括保温芯材层、设于所述保温芯材层下表面的水泥基卷材层、设于所述保温芯材上表面的高聚物改性自粘防水卷材层，所述高聚物改性自粘防水卷材层由下至上依次为自粘胶料层一、聚酯胎布层、自粘胶料层二、PE隔离膜层，所述PE隔离膜层两侧设置有搭边。本发明能够很好的保护保温芯层，兼顾防水保温于一体。

技术领域
本发明涉及建材工程技术领域，具体来说，涉及一种高聚物改性防水保温一体化板。
背景技术
现有技术下的防水保温一体化板由于保温芯层的外围缺少必要的保护结构，使得防水保温一体化板在运输或施工过程中，很容易造成保温芯层损伤或腐蚀，进而极大的影响防水保温一体化板的防水保温效果。
针对相关技术中的问题，目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
针对相关技术中的上述技术问题，本发明提出一种高聚物改性防水保温一体化板，能够很好的保护保温芯层，兼顾防水保温于一体。
为实现上述技术目的，本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
设计一种高聚物改性防水保温一体化板，包括保温芯材层、设于所述保温芯材层下表面的水泥基卷材层、设于所述保温芯材上表面的高聚物改性自粘防水卷材层，所述高聚物改性自粘防水卷材层由下至上依次为自粘胶料层一、聚酯胎布层、自粘胶料层二、PE隔离膜层。
优选的，所述PE隔离膜层两侧设置有搭边。
优选的，所述保温芯材层为硬泡聚氨酯层。
优选的，所述水泥基卷材层厚度为0.5mm。
本发明的有益效果：
1、一道工序，多种功能：独特的“三明治”式的构造，一次性解决防水保温问题，还兼顾防火与抗压特性。
2、最优选型，最佳组合：选用市面上优质的防水卷材高聚物改性防水卷材，硬泡聚氨酯是全球公认的最好的有机保温隔热材料，水泥基卷材具有很好的施工性能，三种优质材料通过先进的生产工艺，复合成优异的防水保温一体化系统。
3、高效节能，性能持久：由于硬泡聚氨酯不吸水，保温系统不进水，不窜水，使防水保温系统功效持久，节能高效。
4、施工简便，节省工期：将传统的找平、隔汽、保温、防水、保护层等多道施工工序简化为一道施工工序，简化了构造层次，大大缩短工期。
5、年限持久，性价比高：至简的屋面构造层次，可减少水泥砂浆找平层、隔汽层、细石混凝土压置层等工序，简约的施工工艺达到优异的防水保温效果，极大地提高了安全系数，增加系统的使用寿命。
6、节能减排，安全环保：相比传统的屋面系统，无论是材料生产环节、施工安装环节，还是后期的维护保养环节，尽显其节能减排、安全环保的本质特点。
7、特殊环境，从容应对：在屋面、地库侧墙及顶板等工程中，无论雨季等特殊环境下可抵御不利因素的破坏。

如图1-2所示，根据本发明实施例所述的一种高聚物改性防水保温一体化板，包括保温芯材层1、设于所述保温芯材层1下表面的水泥基卷材层2、设于所述保温芯材1上表面的高聚物改性自粘防水卷材层3，所述高聚物改性自粘防水卷材层3由下至上依次为自粘胶料层一31、聚酯胎布层32、自粘胶料层二33、PE隔离膜层34，所述PE隔离膜层34两侧设置有搭边341。
在本优选实施例中，所述PE隔离膜层34两侧设置有搭边341。
在本优选实施例中，所述保温芯材层1为硬泡聚氨酯。
在本优选实施例中，所述水泥基卷材层2厚度为0.5mm，水泥基卷材具有很好的施工性能及粘结强度。
本发明保证了屋面防水效果，消除了保温隔热层与基层、保温隔热层与防水层之间的窜水层，一站式解决了保温隔热和防水的问题，简化了施工工艺，降低了系统风险，极大地提高了综合节能效果。

1.一种高聚物改性防水保温一体化板，其特征在于，包括保温芯材层（1）、设于所述保温芯材层（1）下表面的水泥基卷材层（2）、设于所述保温芯材（1）上表面的高聚物改性自粘防水卷材层（3），所述高聚物改性自粘防水卷材层（3）由下至上依次为自粘胶料层一（31）、聚酯胎布层（32）、自粘胶料层二（33）、PE隔离膜层（34）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高聚物改性防水保温一体化板，其特征在于，所述PE隔离膜层（34）两侧设置有搭边（341）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高聚物改性防水保温一体化板，其特征在于，所述保温芯材层（1）为硬泡聚氨酯层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高聚物改性防水保温一体化板，其特征在于，所述水泥基卷材层（2）厚度为0.5mm。
