本发明公开了一种面料,包括:面料本体,所述面料本体的下方设置有面料底层,所述面料底层的上表面设置有吸水层,所述吸水层和面料本体之间由下到上设置有保温层和防水层;所述吸水层为三维网状高分子聚合物构成的高分子吸水树脂,所述聚合物的单体为海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素和丙烯酸,所述海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素和丙烯酸的质量比为0.11:0.07:1;所述保温层为保温涂料,所述保温涂料包含有天然橡胶35~45重量份、水性环氧树脂3~7重量份、水性酚醛树脂2~6重量份、成膜助剂5.5~10.5重量份、分散剂2~3重量份、颜填料32~54重量份、水21~24.5重量份。通过上述方式,本发明所述的面料,具有耐磨、防水、保温、吸水和质地柔软的效果。

一种面料
技术领域
本发明涉及面料加工技术领域,特别是涉及一种面料。
背景技术
天气较冷的季节,当人们在野外进行运动时,所穿的衣服面料防水、保温效果不佳,导致外部的潮气容易进入衣服内部,使人体感觉不清爽,外部的凉气容易与人体接触,容易使人生病,而一般的野外运动服面料不具有抑菌效果和吸水效果,容易使运动服表面粘有大量的细菌,而人体因运动产生的汗水不容易散发,停止运动一段时间后,汗水与人体接触,容易使人生病,需要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种面料,加工容易,通过在面料本体和面料底层之间设有吸水层、保温层和防水层,使面料具有吸汗、保暖和防水的效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种面料,包括:面料本体,所述面料本体的下方设置有面料底层,所述面料底层的上表面设置有吸水层,所述吸水层和面料本体之间由下到上设置有保温层和防水层;
所述吸水层为三维网状高分子聚合物构成的高分子吸水树脂,所述聚合物的单体为海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素和丙烯酸,所述海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素和丙烯酸的质量比为0.11:0.07:1;
所述保温层为保温涂料,所述保温涂料包含有天然橡胶 35 ~ 45 重量份、水性环氧树脂 3 ~ 7 重量份、水性酚醛树脂 2 ~ 6 重量份、成膜助剂 5.5 ~ 10.5 重量份、分散剂2 ~ 3 重量份、颜填料 32~ 54重量份、水 21 ~ 24.5 重量份;
所述防水层为防水涂料涂布制成的。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述面料本体为尼龙纤维、锦纶单丝、棉纤维和抑菌单丝针织而成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述面料底层为植物纤维线和涤纶丝平纹编织而成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述植物纤维线包括芯纱和两根包芯纱,所述包芯纱平行设置且缠绕在所述的芯纱表面,所述的芯纱为化纤长丝,所述的包芯纱为植物纤维丝。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抑菌单丝为纳米银离子抗菌纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述芯纱和两根包芯纱的包覆度为550~580圈/米。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种面料,具有耐磨、防水、保温、吸水和质地柔软的效果。

一种面料,包括:面料本体1,所述面料本体1的下方设置有面料底层20,所述面料底层20的上表面设置有吸水层3,所述吸水层3和面料本体1之间由下到上设置有保温层4和防水层5;使用本发明的面料制作成衣服,通过吸水层3的使用,当人体流出汗水时,容易被吸水层3吸收掉,使人感觉清爽,通过保温层4的使用,提高了面料的保暖效果,通过防水层5的使用,可以使面料具有较好的防水效果,本发明的面料制作成衣服时,适合户外运动穿着。
所述吸水层3为三维网状高分子聚合物构成的高分子吸水树脂,所述聚合物的单体为海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素和丙烯酸,所述海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素和丙烯酸的质量比为0.11:0.07:1;通过海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素和丙烯酸使用适合的配比,弱强了吸水效果。
所述保温层4为保温涂料,所述保温涂料4包含有天然橡胶 35 ~ 45 重量份、水性环氧树脂 3 ~ 7 重量份、水性酚醛树脂 2 ~ 6 重量份、成膜助剂 5.5 ~ 10.5 重量份、分散剂2 ~ 3 重量份、颜填料 32~ 54重量份、水 21 ~ 24.5 重量份。
所述防水层5为防水涂料涂布制成的,加工容易,防水效果好。
所述面料本体1为尼龙纤维、锦纶单丝、棉纤维和抑菌单丝针织而成,提高了面料的抗撕裂和耐磨的效果,通过抑菌单丝的使用,使面料具有抑菌的能力。
所述面料底层20为植物纤维线21和涤纶丝22平纹编织而成,所述植物纤维线21包括芯纱211和两根包芯纱212,所述包芯纱212平行设置且缠绕在所述的芯纱211表面,所述的芯纱211为化纤长丝,所述的包芯纱212为植物纤维丝,结构简单,加工容易,触感柔软,此种编织方式增强了纱线的牢固性。
所述抑菌单丝为纳米银离子抗菌纤维,增强了抑菌的效果。
所述芯纱211和两根包芯纱212的包覆度为550~580圈/米,增强了结构的牢固性。
综上所述,本发明指出的一种面料,加工容易,通过在面料本体和面料底层之间设有吸水层、保温层和防水层,使面料具有吸汗、保暖和防水的效果。

所述吸水层为三维网状高分子聚合物构成的高分子吸水树脂,所述聚合物的单体为海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素和丙烯酸,所述海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素和丙烯酸的质量比为0.11:0.07:1;
所述保温层为保温涂料,所述保温涂料包含有天然橡胶 35 ~ 45 重量份、水性环氧树脂 3 ~ 7 重量份、水性酚醛树脂 2 ~ 6 重量份、成膜助剂 5.5 ~ 10.5 重量份、分散剂2 ~ 3 重量份、颜填料 32~ 54重量份、水 21 ~ 24.5 重量份;
所述防水层为防水涂料涂布制成的。
