when the cleaning liquid in the space on one side of the partition plate 910 needs to be taken out and replaced, the three-way valve 912 is adjusted to connect another air inlet pipe 911 with the connecting air pipe 914 of the air supply interface of the blower 913, the granular plastic is collected by the recovery sleeve 906 corresponding to another air inlet pipe 911 at this time, the cleaning liquid in another space divided by the partition plate 910 is filtered and cleaned, at this time, the previous recovery sleeve 906 is rotated to detach the recovery sleeve 906 through the threaded engagement of the connecting thread 908 and the connecting screw hole 905, so that the water liquid is discharged from the joint of the recovery sleeve 906 and the filter water tank 902, and the granular plastic in the recovery sleeve 906 is poured out, after the collection is finished, the recovery sleeve 906 is installed through the threaded engagement of the connecting thread 908 and the connecting screw hole 905, and the new cleaning liquid is poured in through the exhaust hole 917, the whole environment-friendly assembly 9 achieves the continuous function of filtering the polluted gas through the three-way, make the filter effect better to collect the graininess plastics through retrieving sleeve 906, effectively avoid the graininess plastics along with the secondary pollution that the washing liquid discharge caused.
As shown in fig. 1 and 11, a storage assembly 10 is mounted at a position on the top end of the ring box 401 corresponding to one side of the material taking port 403, and the storage assembly 10 includes a mounting column 1001, a finished product storage plate 1002, a top block 1003, a blanking chute 1004 and a guide chute 1005;
the top end of the annular box 401 is welded with a plurality of mounting columns 1001, the middle of each mounting column 1001 is welded with a plurality of finished product containing plates 1002 at equal intervals, the number of the mounting columns 1001 is four, the four mounting columns 1001 are respectively located at four corner positions of each finished product containing plate 1002, high stability of each finished product containing plate 1002 after installation is guaranteed, stable storage of injection-molded finished products is guaranteed, a top block 1003 is welded at the top end of each mounting column 1001, a blanking chute 1004 is formed in the top end of each top block 1003, and a guide slideway 1005 is welded on the surface of one side of each top block;
when taking out the deburring finished product of moulding plastics, place unqualified product inside the unloading spout 1004 in kicking block 1003 for the material slides down to guide slide 1005 along unloading spout 1004, and then by the export roll-off of guide slide 1005 bottom, realizes the concentrated collection to unqualified product, and the recycle in the later stage of being convenient for is placed qualified finished product of moulding plastics in finished product storage plate 1002 top and is deposited temporarily simultaneously.
