Abstract
本发明公开一种骨折固定锁定装置，适用于肩胛骨关节盂骨折的固定，包括能贴合在肩胛骨近关节盂处的锁定板，锁定板包括第一锁定部和第二锁定部，第一锁定部和第二锁定部均呈弧形折弯状以便与肩胛骨相贴合，且第一锁定部靠近于关节盂，第二锁定部向背离关节盂的方向延伸，第一锁定部上开设有能选择加压螺钉安装方向的长条加压孔，且长条加压孔的上端形成有长条球形扩口，第二锁定部上开设有锁定孔，且第一锁定部和第二锁定部上分别设有第一导针孔和第二导针孔。本发明通过加压螺钉和锁定螺钉分别与长条加压孔与锁定孔的配合能将锁定板紧密稳固地固定在肩胛骨关节孟骨折部位上，提高了锁定板的固定效果，缩短骨折恢复时间。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及外科医疗器械技术领域，具体涉及一种骨折固定锁定装置。
背景技术
目前，对于存在骨折的外科手术，通常需要使用骨折锁定装置例如接骨板等配合锁定钉或加压螺钉来对骨折部位进行固定。但目前市场上几乎没有出现专门针对肩胛骨关节盂骨折的固定锁定装置，利用现有的接骨板等来进行肩胛骨关节盂骨折部位固定时，经常发生螺钉会打进关节面或贴合不紧密，固定不稳固的情况，从而容易导致恢复效果差，恢复时间长等问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种骨折固定锁定装置，其锁定板的第一锁定部和第二锁定部均呈弧形折弯状，且第一锁定部上开设有能选择加压螺钉安装方向的长条加压孔以避开关节面，第二锁定部上开设有能定向锁入锁定螺钉的锁定孔，通过加压螺钉和锁定螺钉能将锁定板紧密稳固地固定在肩胛骨关节盂骨折部位上。
为达到上述目的，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种骨折固定锁定装置，适用于肩胛骨关节盂骨折的固定，包括能贴合在肩胛骨近关节盂处的锁定板，锁定板包括相连接的第一锁定部和第二锁定部，第一锁定部和第二锁定部均呈弧形折弯状以便与肩胛骨相贴合，且第一锁定部靠近于关节盂，第二锁定部向背离关节盂的方向延伸，第一锁定部上开设有至少一个能选择加压螺钉安装方向的长条加压孔，且长条加压孔的上端形成有长条球形扩口，第二锁定部上开设有至少一个能定向锁入锁定螺钉的锁定孔，且第一锁定部和第二锁定部上分别设有第一导针孔和第二导针孔。
进一步，所述第一锁定部和第二锁定部由锁定板一体折弯成型。
进一步，所述第一锁定部上设有两个长条加压孔和一个第一导针孔，第二锁定部上设有两个锁定孔和一个第二导针孔。
进一步，锁定板为纯钛材质锁定板或钛合金材质锁定板或医用不锈钢材质锁定板。
本发明所述的骨折固定锁定装置，具有如下优点：
本发明的锁定板的第一锁定部和第二锁定部均呈弧形折弯状，能与肩胛骨紧密贴合，且第一锁定部靠近于关节盂，第二锁定部向背离关节盂的方向延伸，且第一锁定部上开设有长条加压孔，长条加压孔的上端形成有长条球形扩口，使加压螺钉能根据手术实际情况选择安装方向，以便于加压螺钉与肩胛骨稳定连接并避开关节面，加压螺钉通过将锁定板紧紧地压向骨膜以形成对骨端面的加压，但加压螺钉的抗剪切力的能力较弱，剪切力容易导致加压螺钉松弛降低了加压效果，因此在向背离关节盂的方向延伸的第二锁定部上开设有能定向锁入锁定螺钉的锁定孔，锁定螺钉对剪切力具有较高的抵抗力，在该抵抗力的作用下，通过加压螺钉和锁定螺钉分别与长条加压孔与锁定孔的配合能将锁定板紧密稳固地固定在肩胛骨关节盂骨折部位上，提高了锁定板的固定效果，缩短骨折恢复时间。

在本发明的描述中，需要理解的是，术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系，仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述，而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作，因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
请参照附图1至附图5，本实施例中，一种骨折固定锁定装置，适用于肩胛骨关节盂骨折的固定，包括能贴合在肩胛骨2近关节盂21处的锁定板1，锁定板1包括相连接的第一锁定部11和第二锁定部12，第一锁定部11和第二锁定部12均呈弧形折弯状以便与肩胛骨2相贴合，且第一锁定部11靠近于关节盂21，第二锁定部12向背离关节盂21的方向延伸，第一锁定部11上开设有至少一个能选择加压螺钉安装方向的长条加压孔111，且长条加压孔111的上端形成有长条球形扩口1111，第二锁定部12上开设有至少一个能定向锁入锁定螺钉的锁定孔121，且第一锁定部11和第二锁定部12上分别设有第一导针孔112和第二导针孔122。
本实施例中，锁定板1的第一锁定部11和第二锁定部12均呈弧形折弯状，能与肩胛骨2紧密贴合，且第一锁定部11靠近于关节盂21，第二锁定部12向背离关节盂21的方向延伸，且第一锁定部11上开设有长条加压孔111，长条加压孔111的上端形成有长条球形扩口1111，使加压螺钉能根据手术实际情况选择安装方向，以便于加压螺钉与肩胛骨2稳定连接并避开关节面，加压螺钉通过将锁定板1紧紧地压向骨膜以形成对骨端面的加压，但加压螺钉的抗剪切力的能力较弱，剪切力容易导致加压螺钉松弛降低了加压效果，因此在向背离关节盂21的方向延伸的第二锁定部12上开设有能定向锁入锁定螺钉的锁定孔121，锁定螺钉对剪切力具有较高的抵抗力，在该抵抗力的作用下，通过加压螺钉和锁定螺钉分别与长条加压孔111与锁定孔121的配合能将锁定板1紧密稳固地固定在肩胛骨关节盂骨折部位上，提高了锁定板1的固定效果，缩短骨折恢复时间。且第一锁定部11和第二锁定部12上分别设有第一导针孔112和第二导针孔122，通过第一导针孔112和第二导针孔122能在将锁定板1对准肩胛骨关节盂骨折部位时起临时固定作用，便于后续锁定。
请参照附图1至附图5，本实施例中，第一锁定部11和第二锁定部12由锁定板1一体折弯成型。
请参照附图1至附图5，本实施例中，第一锁定部11上设有两个长条加压孔111和一个第一导针孔112，第二锁定部12上设有两个锁定孔121和一个第二导针孔122。然而本领域技术人员应理解，在其他实施例中，第一锁定部11上也可以设置三个或更多的长条加压孔111，第二锁定部12上也可是设置三个或更多的锁定孔121，长条加压孔111和锁定孔121的数量可以根据具体需要相应的进行设计。
请参照附图1，本实施例中，锁定板1为纯钛材质锁定板或钛合金材质锁定板或医用不锈钢材质锁定板。

Claims (4)
1.一种骨折固定锁定装置，适用于肩胛骨关节盂骨折的固定，其特征在于：包括能贴合在肩胛骨(2)近关节盂(21)处的锁定板(1)，锁定板(1)包括相连接的第一锁定部(11)和第二锁定部(12)，第一锁定部(11)和第二锁定部(12)均呈弧形折弯状以便与肩胛骨(2)相贴合，且第一锁定部(11)靠近于关节盂(21)，第二锁定部(12)向背离关节盂(21)的方向延伸，第一锁定部(11)上开设有至少一个能选择加压螺钉安装方向的长条加压孔(111)，且长条加压孔(111)的上端形成有长条球形扩口(1111)，第二锁定部(12)上开设有至少一个能定向锁入锁定螺钉的锁定孔(121)，且第一锁定部(11)和第二锁定部(12)上分别设有第一导针孔(112)和第二导针孔(122)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的骨折固定锁定装置，其特征在于：所述第一锁定部(11)和第二锁定部(12)由锁定板(1)一体折弯成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的骨折固定锁定装置，其特征在于：所述第一锁定部(11)上设有两个长条加压孔(111)和一个第一导针孔(112)，第二锁定部(12)上设有两个锁定孔(121)和一个第二导针孔(122)。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一所述的骨折固定锁定装置，其特征在于：所述锁定板(1)为纯钛材质锁定板或钛合金材质锁定板或医用不锈钢材质锁定板。
