技术领域
本发明涉及水龙头。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种可出臭氧水的水龙头。
背景技术
使用臭氧消毒除菌最适宜的方式是将臭氧溶解于水中,形成所谓“臭氧水”。“臭氧水”对衣物、被包等进行杀菌消毒处理,具有特别明显的效果;对瓜果蔬菜和肉类有杀菌消毒、防腐保鲜、清除异味的作用,同时具有降解瓜果、蔬菜表面残留含磷农药的功能。但是,目前还不存在适用于家庭,能够按需使用臭氧水的臭氧消毒装置。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种可出臭氧水的水龙头,其能够根据需要开启臭氧发生器获取臭氧,进而能够按需使用臭氧水。
为了实现根据本发明的这些目的和其它优点,提供了可出臭氧水的水龙头,包括:
水龙头本体;
臭氧发生器;
水气混合器,其包括分别位于两端入水口和出水口,所述水气混合器通过所述入水口和所述出水口设置在所述水龙头本体的出水管路上,所述水气混合器内形成有内径缩小部,所述水气混合器侧壁与所述内径缩小部对应的位置设置有进气口,所述进气口与所述臭氧发生器连通。
感应器,其设置在所述水龙头本体上,用于接受感应信号,以控制所述臭氧发生器的启动或关闭。
优选的是,所述的可出臭氧水的水龙头,所述感应器包括触控感应器,当所述触控感应器检测到的按压时间大于设定阈值,则启动臭氧发生器;当所述触控感应器再一次检测到的按压时间大于设定阈值时,则关闭臭氧发生器。
优选的是,所述的可出臭氧水的水龙头,所述感应器还包括红外线感应器,当所述红外线感应器检测到红外线信号发生变化时,则开启臭氧发生器。
优选的是,所述的可出臭氧水的水龙头,所述水龙头本体包括阀门和龙头喷口,所述水气混合器设置在所述阀芯的出水口和所述龙头喷口之间的出水管路上。

本发明至少包括以下有益效果:
本发明避免了一启动就出臭氧水,进而避免长时间出臭氧水容易造成误饮,同时避免了臭氧发生器长时间工作影响使用寿命的缺点。本发明利用设置在龙头上面的感应开关在需要用到臭氧水时才会触发启动臭氧发生器,从龙头喷口出臭氧水,达到了按需合理使用臭氧水的目的。

在一种技术方案中,如图1、2所示,可出臭氧水的水龙头,包括:
水龙头本体100;
臭氧发生器200;
水气混合器300,其包括分别位于两端入水口301和出水口302,所述水气混合器通过所述入水口和所述出水口设置在所述水龙头本体的出水管路上,所述水气混合器内形成有内径缩小部304,所述水气混合器侧壁与所述内径缩小部对应的位置设置有进气口303,所述进气口与所述臭氧发生器连通;
感应器105,其与设置在所述水龙头本体上,用于接受感应信号,以控制所述臭氧发生器的启动或关闭。
在上述技术方案中,水龙头本体和臭氧发生器可参考现有技术,水龙头可以是各类水龙头,如电控手龙头或机械水龙头,臭氧发生器优选为小型发生器。水气混合器用于混合臭氧和水,水气混合器内部具有一流水通道,该流水通道连通在出水管路中。该流水通道内具有内径缩小部,使得当水流经流水通道时,在内径缩小部处产生负压。内径缩小部处设置有进气口,进气口与臭氧发生器连通,当臭氧发生器开启时,内径缩小部处产生负压即可将臭氧吸入水气混合器内部,将臭氧与水混合,得到臭氧水。水龙头本体具有底座109,底座上设置感应器105,102为感应器信号线,通过感应信号控制臭氧发生器的开启和关闭,感应器可以选用接触式感应器或非接触式感应器,未接受到感应信号时,本技术方案可以当作普通水龙头使用,接受到感应信号时,本技术方案提供臭氧水。可以看出,本技术方案无需额外为臭氧水设置单独的管路,臭氧水共用水龙头本体的出水管路,结构相对简单,在水龙头的阀门关闭后,臭氧不会再次进入水气混合器,臭氧水不会再产生,需要用到臭氧水时通过感应器启动臭氧发生器,从龙头喷口出臭氧水,达到了按需合理使用臭氧水的目的。
在另一种技术方案中,所述的可出臭氧水的水龙头,所述感应器包括触控感应器,当所述触控感应器检测到的按压时间大于设定阈值,则启动臭氧发生器;当所述触控感应器再一次检测到的按压时间大于设定阈值时,则关闭臭氧发生器。这里,提供了感应器的一种形式,即接收到用户的触摸感应信号时,开启臭氧发生器,当触摸感应器的时长超过阈值,则关闭臭氧发生器。
在另一种技术方案中,所述的可出臭氧水的水龙头,所述感应器还包括红外线感应器,当所述红外线感应器检测到红外线信号发生变化时,则开启臭氧发生器。这里,提供了第二种形式的感应器,当用户用肢体动作使得红外信号发生改变时,开启臭氧发生器200,无需接触感应器,能够保证感应器表面洁净。

水气混合器,其包括分别位于两端入水口和出水口,所述水气混合器通过所述入水口和所述出水口设置在所述水龙头本体的出水管路上,所述水气混合器内形成有内径缩小部,所述水气混合器侧壁与所述内径缩小部对应的位置设置有进气口,所述进气口与所述臭氧发生器连通;
感应器,其设置在所述水龙头本体上,用于接受感应信号,以控制所述臭氧发生器的启动或关闭。
2.如权利要求1所述的可出臭氧水的水龙头,其特征在于,所述感应器包括触控感应器,当所述触控感应器检测到的按压时间大于设定阈值,则启动臭氧发生器;当所述触控感应器再一次检测到的按压时间大于设定阈值时,则关闭臭氧发生器。
3.如权利要求2所述的可出臭氧水的水龙头,其特征在于,所述感应器还包括红外线感应器,当所述红外线感应器检测到红外线信号发生变化时,则开启臭氧发生器。
4.如权利要求1所述的可出臭氧水的水龙头,其特征在于,所述水龙头本体包括阀门和龙头喷口,所述水气混合器设置在所述阀芯的出水口和所述龙头喷口之间的出水管路上。
5.如权利要求1所述的可出臭氧水的水龙头,其特征在于,还包括:
指示灯,其与设置在所述水龙头本体上,当所述臭氧发生器启动时,所述指示灯闪烁。
6.如权利要求1所述的可出臭氧水的水龙头,其特征在于,还包括:
热水进水管路和冷水进水管路,所述热水进水管路和所述冷水进水管路分别用于向所述水龙头本体供热水和冷水。
7.如权利要求4所述的可出臭氧水的水龙头,其特征在于,所述阀门为机械阀门或电控阀。
8.如权利要求1所述的可出臭氧水的水龙头,其特征在于,所述水气混合器呈文丘里管状。
9.如权利要求1所述的可出臭氧水的水龙头,其特征在于,所述臭氧发生器包括空气进口和臭氧出口,所述臭氧出口与所述进气口连通,所述空气进口处设置有声音传感器,当所述声音传感器未检测到空气流入声音时,所述臭氧发生器关闭。
10.如权利要求1所述的可出臭氧水的水龙头,其特征在于,还包括:
变压器,其用于为所述臭氧发生器供电。
