背景技术
人体足底具有全身器官的反射区,其排列基本与人体器官结构组织解剖部位相一致,按人体实际位置上下、左右、前后顺序精确排列。通过在相应器官组织结构反射区对应脚部穴位进行按摩、加热、磁石理疗等,可以达到医疗保健的效果。
现有技术中,理疗鞋垫主要包括物理凸起按摩鞋垫、加热鞋垫、磁石理疗鞋垫和中草药鞋垫。物理按摩鞋垫通过鞋垫上小的凸起对足底反射区的挤压按摩达到理疗的效果,而磁石理疗鞋垫则是通过磁石产生的磁场对足底反射区进行磁疗保健。专利申请CN00263068.0提供了一种中草药鞋垫,通过在鞋垫中间层缝合中草药层,利用中草药达到除臭、杀菌和接触疲劳等功效。专利申请CN103349396A公布了一种三维立体基础的自动消毒灭菌的快速吸汗和自动排气鞋垫,主要是通过结构设计、高分子吸水树脂、半球形电气石放电来达到吸除脚汗、提高舒适度、杀灭细菌和理疗按摩的功能。由此可见,现有的理疗鞋垫的理疗功能一般比较单一,理疗保健效果受到限制;特别地,药物鞋垫的药物层很少做防水处理,因此不能水洗,影响药物鞋垫的长期使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型的药物熏蒸热磁理疗鞋垫,所述理疗鞋垫结合中药、磁石和加热的相互作用,理疗效果更加显著;中药药片放置于药片容器中,上盖可以拆卸以取出或更换新的药片;电路模块封装在鞋垫根部,也可以拆卸,很好地解决药物熏蒸热磁理疗鞋垫的水洗问题,保证鞋垫可以反复水洗使用。

本发明药物熏蒸热磁理疗鞋垫通过磁石实现了磁场理疗,通过石墨烯远红外加热不仅实现了足底加热保暖,而且适宜的温度作用于中药药片,有利于中药成分的挥发,增强中药的渗透作用,实现中药分子在足底的高渗透和高吸收,快速起效,具有良好的杀菌、除臭的作用,并且对人体脚部疲劳、脚臭、足藓等有非常好的效果。
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
本发明药物熏蒸热磁理疗鞋垫的结构如图1所示,为包括依次铺装成一体的鞋垫面料层201、石墨烯红外加热膜105、鞋垫主体层202和鞋垫底料层204,其中,鞋垫面料层201采用银离子抗菌面料,鞋垫主体层202采用EVA复合材料,鞋垫底料层204采用所述的鞋垫底料采用PU材料。在鞋垫主体层202上均匀布置多个磁石109(直径为1mm的颗粒),在脚掌位置布置3~5个中药药片106,中药药片106由多种中草药配方提取物制成,药片放置在直径10mm的塑料圆桶中,安装在鞋垫主体层202上,上盖开有多个直径为0.5mm的微孔,中药1药06片挥发后通过这些微孔溢出至足底,并且塑料圆桶上盖可多次拆卸以更换药片,也方便水洗。鞋垫主体层202的脚后跟位置放置温度传感器203,下部放置电路模块205和电池107,温度传感器203与MCU控制电路103电连接,MCU控制电路103与加热电路104电连接形成电路模块205,MCU控制电路103与上位机101通讯连接。其中,上位机101为手机或PC机,过手机APP或者PC机软件实现药物熏蒸热磁理疗鞋垫参数的设置和加热启动和停止,再通过内部的蓝牙模块组件与蓝牙通讯模块102通讯传递数据;蓝牙通讯模块102采用标准的HC-06蓝牙模块,通过该模块将上位机的药物熏蒸热磁理疗鞋垫参数传输至MCU控制电路103,蓝牙通讯模块102集成于电路模块205中;MCU控制电路103采用MicroChip公司的单片机PIC18F25K22芯片作为主控电路,主要功能是接收上位机101传输的加热参数,然后进行数据处理,控制加热电路104按照设定的模式对石墨烯红外加热膜105进行加热;加热电路104采用由SI2306MOSFET开关管、二极管组成的斩波电路控制石墨烯红外加热膜105进行加热,通过SI2306MOSFET开关管的导通和关断来调节石墨烯红外加热膜105的输入功率。温度传感电路108由PT100温度传感器203、基准电压源401、温度信号放大电路402和403组成,实现鞋垫温度信号的采集和调理,并将该温度信号传输至MCU控制电路103进行模数转换;储能电池107采用7.4V 2000mAh锂离子电池,能够连续工作8小时。整个理疗电路封装在一个高强度塑料盒子中,放置在鞋垫根部,可放置于鞋底主体层202上的凹槽(图中未示,该凹槽开口于鞋垫底料层204)内,方便拆卸,解决了药物熏蒸热磁理疗鞋垫的水洗问题。
本发明药物熏蒸热磁理疗鞋垫中石墨烯红外加热膜的加热控制电路如图2所示,MCU控制电路103根据上位机101设定的加热温度控制MOSFET开关管T1导通和关断,控制储能电池107输入石墨烯红外加热膜105的加热功率,同时温度传感电路108采集鞋垫的温度并传输至MCU控制电路103,调节开关管T1导通和关断时间,从而实现鞋垫温度的精确控制。
本发明药物熏蒸热磁理疗鞋垫中温度传感及放大电路如图3所示,基准电压电路401输出2.5V基准电压,通过标准电阻R5和PT100热敏电阻后可以分别获得0℃标准温度的电压信号PT0和当前温度的电压信号PT1,这两个信号通过差动放大电路402和同相放大电路403后得到温度信号T1,该信号传输至MCU控制电路103进行模数转换,然后再通过数据处理后可以获得当前鞋垫的温度值。
本发明药物熏蒸热磁理疗鞋垫的工作原理示意图如图4所示,在上位机101上设置加热温度后,通过蓝牙通讯模块102将设置的参数传输至MCU控制电路103;MCU控制电路103接收到参数后,启动加热电路104,控制石墨烯红外加热膜105对鞋垫进行加热;温度传感器203放置在鞋垫主体层202的脚后跟位置,实时采集鞋垫的温度,并反馈至MCU控制电路103进行闭环调节,实现稳定的温度控制;MCU控制电路103和加热电路104是由储能电池107供电;中药药片106是由多种中草药配方提取物制成,安装在鞋垫主体层202;微小的磁石109颗粒也均匀分布在鞋垫主体层202上,然后上部覆盖石墨烯红外加热膜105,最上面是鞋垫面料201,最下面是鞋垫底料204;MCU控制电路103采集储能电池107的输出电压,实时监测电池的荷电状态。
本发明基于单片机控制技术、加热控制、石墨烯红外加热技术提供了一种新型的药物熏蒸热磁理疗鞋垫,可以同时实现足部磁疗、加热保暖和中药理疗。将加热和中药理疗相结合,有利于在足底形成一个温热恒温熏蒸区域,温度的升高有利于中药药片的挥发,从而可以实现足底反射区中药分子的高挥发、高渗透,高吸收,快速起效,具有良好的理疗效果,特别适合高温、高湿、密闭空间士兵穿戴,具有良好的杀菌、除湿和除臭的作用,并且对人体脚部疲劳、脚臭、足藓等有非常好的效果。更进一步的是,中药药片放置在鞋垫特制的药片容器中,可以拆卸和更换新的药片;理疗电路封装在鞋垫根部,也可以拆卸,很好得解决药物熏蒸热磁理疗鞋垫的水洗问题,保证鞋垫可以反复水洗使用。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种药物熏蒸热磁理疗鞋垫,包括依次铺设成一体的鞋垫底料层、鞋垫主体层、加热膜和鞋垫面料层;
所述鞋垫主体层上布置若干磁石;
所述鞋垫主体层上布置1个或多个中药药片;
所述鞋垫主体层上布置温度传感器,所述温度传感器与一电路模块电连接;
所述电路模块包括电连接的控制电路和加热电路;
所述控制电路与上位机通讯连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药物熏蒸热磁理疗鞋垫,其特征在于:所述加热膜为石墨烯红外加热膜。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的药物熏蒸热磁理疗鞋垫,其特征在于:所述磁石均匀布置于所述鞋垫主体层上;
所述中药药片布置于所述鞋垫主体层的脚掌与脚后跟的位置处;
布置3~5个所述中药药片。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的药物熏蒸热磁理疗鞋垫,其特征在于:所述中药药片置于药片容器中,所述药片容器的上盖处设有若干微孔。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的药物熏蒸热磁理疗鞋垫,其特征在于:所述控制电路为MCU控制电路;
所述控制电路和所述加热电路均由储能电池供电。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的药物熏蒸热磁理疗鞋垫,其特征在于:所述温度传感器布置于所述鞋垫主体层的脚后跟的位置处;
所述鞋垫主体层于脚后跟的位置处设有一凹槽,所述电路模块设置于所述凹槽内。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的药物熏蒸热磁理疗鞋垫,其特征在于:所述温度传感电路包括电连接的PT100热敏电阻、基准电压源和温度信号放大电路。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的药物熏蒸热磁理疗鞋垫,其特征在于:所述上位机为手机或PC机;
所述上位机通过蓝牙通讯模块与所述控制电路通讯连接;
所述蓝牙通讯模块集成于所述电路模块中。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的药物熏蒸热磁理疗鞋垫,其特征在于:所述鞋垫面料层采用银离子抗菌面料;
所述鞋垫主体层采用EVA复合材料;
所述鞋垫底料层采用PU材料。
10.根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的药物熏蒸热磁理疗鞋垫,其特征在于:所述电路模块封装于一可拆卸的容器中。
