In addition, because the end of the soft anti-collision layer 303 is clamped between the top cover 302 and the top of the box frame 1, the soft anti-collision layer 303 is not easy to fall off at the top cover 302, and the installation is simpler and more convenient, thereby reducing the loss and the maintenance cost.
As a preferred embodiment, the soft impact prevention layer 303 of this embodiment is EVA cotton. To facilitate installation of the soft bumper layer 303, the side of the soft bumper layer 303 adjacent to the top cover 302 is configured as an adhesive surface, for example, in the form of a back adhesive to achieve adhesive capability. In the assembly process of the box frame 1 of the LED display screen, the paste surface is pasted to the bottom of the top cover 302 firstly, then the paste surface is cut off, the installation of the anti-collision soft layer 303 on the top cover 302 is rapidly completed in a pasting and wrapping mode, then a fastener, such as a screw, is utilized, the top cover 302 which is pasted with the anti-collision soft layer 303 is connected and locked with the top of the box frame 1, at the moment, the anti-collision soft layer 303 is clamped between the bottom of the top cover 302 and the top of the box frame 1, and therefore the anti-collision soft layer 303 is impacted and cannot easily fall off. The top of the tank frame 1 of the present embodiment is provided with a top beam 310, the bottom of the top cover 302 is fixed to the top beam 310 by fasteners, and the end of the soft crash pad 303 is clamped between the top cover 302 and the top beam 310.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, for the convenience of installation, a fourth mounting hole 308 is formed on the cushion block 304, a fifth mounting hole 309 is formed at the top of the tank frame 1 corresponding to the fourth mounting hole 308, and the fastener is fixedly inserted through the fourth mounting hole 308 and the fifth mounting hole 309. In this embodiment, a screw is inserted into the fifth mounting hole 309 and locked to the fourth mounting hole 308, so that the top cover 302 and the box frame 1 are fastened. Specifically, a plurality of fourth mounting holes 308 are distributed at intervals along the length direction of the cushion block 304, and the fifth mounting holes 309 correspond to the fourth mounting holes 308 one to one. The multiple mounting and locking positions enable the fastening effect of the top cover 302 to be more remarkable, and the soft anti-collision layer 303 is clamped more firmly.
In order to enable the end part of the soft collision avoidance layer 303 to be clamped more smoothly, a cushion block 304 protrudes from the bottom of the top cover 302, so that a clamping gap 305 into which the end part of the soft collision avoidance layer 303 extends is formed between the bottom of the top cover 302 and the top of the box frame 1, the formed clamping gap 305 just receives and is clamped by the end part of the soft collision avoidance layer 303, and the cushion block 304 extends along the length direction of the top cover 302 so as to clamp the soft collision avoidance layer 303 in the length direction of the top cover 302.
In order to enable the two sides of the top cover 302 to have an anti-collision effect, the edges of the two sides of the top cover 302 are arc-shaped, the two cushion blocks 304 are respectively arranged on the two sides of the bottom of the top cover 302 and respectively form the clamping gaps 305, the two clamping gaps 305 respectively clamp the two end parts of the anti-collision soft layer 303, and the top of the top cover 302 is just wrapped by the anti-collision soft layer 303 at the moment, so that the two sides of the top cover 302 completely have the anti-collision effect.
In order to reduce weight and material cost, the top cover 302 of the present embodiment is a hollow shell, and has an inner cavity 306, and vertical reinforcing ribs 307 are disposed in the inner cavity 306 to reinforce the strength of the top cover 302, and the positions of the vertical reinforcing ribs 307 are opposite to the positions of the cushion blocks 304. Meanwhile, the hollow configuration of the top cover 302 also provides the top cover 302 with a certain elastic reaction force to resist external impact force.
The embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto, and according to the above-mentioned contents of the present invention, the present invention can be modified, substituted or combined in other various forms without departing from the basic technical idea of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The court screen box body is characterized by comprising a box frame, a base, a roller assembly, an elastic mechanism and a supporting shaft section, wherein a splicing column extends out of one side of the box frame, and a splicing hole which is detachably spliced and matched with the splicing column of the other box frame is arranged on the other side of the box frame opposite to the splicing column; the supporting shaft section is pivoted to the box frame, extends vertically and is vertically movably connected with the box frame; the base is fixed at the bottom end of the supporting shaft section and synchronously rotates with the supporting shaft section, so that the base is switched to rotate between a storage state parallel to the box frame and an unfolding state staggered with the box frame; the supporting shaft section is elastically connected to the box frame through an elastic mechanism, and the elastic mechanism is used for providing downward elastic force for the supporting shaft section; the roller assemblies are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom of the box frame, and the bottom surfaces of the roller assemblies are higher than the bottom surface of the base.

The court screen box body of claim 1, further comprising a top cover and a soft anti-collision layer, wherein at least one edge of the top cover is arc-shaped, the bottom of the top cover is fixed on the top of the box frame through a fastener, the soft anti-collision layer is coated on the top cover, and the end of the soft anti-collision layer is clamped between the top cover and the top of the box frame.

A court screen box according to claim 2, wherein a cushion block protrudes from the bottom of the top cover so that a clamping gap into which the end of the anti-collision soft layer extends is formed between the bottom of the top cover and the top of the box frame, and the cushion block extends along the length direction of the top cover; the two side edges of the top cover are arc-shaped, and the two cushion blocks are respectively arranged on the two sides of the bottom of the top cover and respectively form the clamping gaps; the top cover is a hollow shell and is provided with an inner cavity, vertical reinforcing ribs are arranged in the inner cavity, and the positions of the vertical reinforcing ribs are opposite to those of the cushion blocks.

The court screen box body of claim 1, wherein a baffle is convexly fixed on the base, the baffle is spaced from the bottom end of the support shaft section, correspondingly, a limiting column is convexly arranged at the bottom of the box frame, and the limiting column and the baffle are mutually limited and abutted to be matched; the limiting column is fixedly connected with the baffle in a detachable mode through a locking mechanism.
5. A court screen box according to claim 4, wherein the locking mechanism comprises a bolt, a first through hole formed in the limiting column and a second through hole formed in the baffle, and the bolt is inserted into the first through hole and the second through hole.

The court screen box of any claim 1-5, wherein the resilient mechanism comprises a spring, a first mounting seat and a limiting pipe, the first mounting seat is fixed on the back of the box frame, the upper end of the support shaft section is movably connected to the first mounting seat in a penetrating manner and is in running fit with the first mounting seat, the limiting pipe is fixed in the middle of the support shaft section, one end of the spring abuts against the first mounting seat, and the other end of the spring abuts against the limiting pipe.

The court screen box of claim 6, wherein the support shaft section comprises a connecting tube and a threaded rod, the upper end of the connecting tube is fixedly connected with the lower end of the threaded rod, the limiting tube is locked on the threaded rod through a first nut, and the first nut is in threaded fit with the threaded rod; the connecting pipe is connected to a second mounting seat in a penetrating mode and is in running fit with the second mounting seat, and the second mounting seat is fixed to the back face of the box frame.

The court screen housing of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the roller assembly comprises a roller and a pivot, the pivot being axially perpendicular to the housing frame, the pivot being fixed to the housing frame bottom, the roller being pivotally connected to the pivot; each roller assembly is provided with at least two rollers, the rollers are respectively pivoted at two ends of the pivot, and the lowest end of each roller is higher than the bottom surface of the base.
9. A court screen casing according to any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein a top beam is provided at the top of the casing frame, the bottom of the top beam is secured to the top beam by fasteners, and the end of the soft impact layer is clamped between the top beam and the top beam.
10. A court screen casing according to any of claims 2 to 3, wherein the soft anti-collision layer is EVA cotton; the surface of the soft anti-collision layer close to the top cover is configured as an adhesive surface.
