The first oil scraping strip 441 is located on the front side of the first oil leaking hole 121, the second oil scraping strip 442 is located on the rear side of the first oil leaking hole 121, the surface, away from the side plate 12, of the first oil scraping strip 441 is inclined towards the side plate 12 from front to back gradually to form a flow guide surface, the surface, away from the side plate 12, of the second oil scraping strip 442 is inclined towards the side plate 12 from back to front gradually to form a flow guide surface, so that grease scraped by the oil scraping strips can flow to the middle along the flow guide surface and be close to the first oil leaking hole 121, and the grease flows into the first oil cup 451 along the first connecting portion 412 downwards through the first oil leaking hole 121. Similarly, the third oil scraping strip 443 and the fourth oil scraping strip 444 are disposed on the inner side wall of the side plate 12 on the right side of the fume collecting hood 1, and preferably, the bottom surfaces of the third oil scraping strip 443 and the fourth oil scraping strip 444 and the bottom surface of the side plate 12 are flush, so that the upper surface of the second fume collecting plate 42 can contact the bottom surfaces of the third oil scraping strip 443 and the fourth oil scraping strip 444 when the second fume collecting plate 42 is moved. The third oil scraping strip 443 is located at the front side of the second oil leaking hole 122, the fourth oil scraping strip 444 is located at the rear side of the second oil leaking hole 122, the surface, away from the side plate 12, of the third oil scraping strip 443 gradually inclines towards the side plate 12 from front to back to form a flow guiding surface, and the surface, away from the side plate 12, of the fourth oil scraping strip 444 gradually inclines towards the side plate 12 from back to front to form a flow guiding surface, so that grease scraped by the oil scraping strips can flow to the middle along the flow guiding surface and be close to the second oil leaking hole 122 and flow into the second oil cup 452 along the first connecting portion 412 downwards through the second oil leaking hole 122.
In order to prevent the grease from remaining on the corresponding rack after the grease scraping strip scrapes the grease to the middle, each rack is recessed from front to back and from back to front at the joint with the corresponding smoke collecting plate to form oil guide grooves 445, each oil guide groove 445 extends in the left-right direction, and the grease scraped to the rack can be guided into the corresponding oil cup.
When the range hood is closed, the first smoke collecting plate 41 and the second smoke collecting plate 42 are drawn close to each other to close the air inlet 14, and the first sealing strip 461 and the second sealing strip 462 are pressed tightly to form sealing, so that smell mixing caused by smoke falling is avoided.
When cooking is performed on only one side of the cooking range, the smoke-collecting plate on the corresponding side can be driven to extend, so that the corresponding portion of the air inlet 14 is opened, see fig. 11 and 12. According to the principle of fluid continuity, Q is the flow, V is the wind speed, and S is the sectional area, it can be known that when the flow is constant, the sectional area S is reduced, and the wind speed V is accelerated, so when only one side smoke collecting plate is opened, not only the negative pressure distribution of the air inlet is deviated to the side, but also the flow speed is accelerated, and the smoke suction effect of the side is further improved.
When cooking on the kitchen range of both sides, can drive the smoke collecting plate of both sides and all outwards stretch out for air intake 14 opens completely, can see fig. 13 and fig. 14, because smoke collecting plate's slope sets up, two smoke collecting plate wholly present both sides low, the high state in the middle of, the lower surface of every smoke collecting plate plays the effect of gathering together the cigarette water conservancy diversion, can furthest expand and gather together the cigarette scope, prevents that the oil smoke from escaping.
In the moving process of the smoke collecting plates, the oil scraping strips corresponding to the smoke collecting plates can scrape and clean oil stains on the upper surfaces of the smoke collecting plates and guide the oil stains into the corresponding oil cups.
Example two
Referring to fig. 16 and 17, in the present embodiment, the difference from the first embodiment is that the oil scraping assembly includes a first oil scraping block 441 ', a second oil scraping block 442', a third oil scraping block 443 'and a fourth oil scraping block 444' instead of the four oil scraping strips. The oil scraping assembly further comprises a first lead screw 445', a second lead screw 446, a third motor 447 and a fourth motor 448. The first screw rod 445' and the second screw rod 446 are respectively adjacent to the side plates 12 of the fume collecting hood 1 on the left and right sides.
Wherein the first screw rod 445 'extends in the front-rear direction, above the first smoke collecting plate 41, the first oil scraping block 441' and the second oil scraping block 442 'are respectively screw-fitted with the first screw rod 445', and the screw threads of the first screw rod 445 'fitted with the first oil scraping block 441' and the screw threads of the first screw rod 445 'fitted with the second oil scraping block 442' are opposite in screw direction, thereby allowing the first oil scraping block 441 'and the second oil scraping block 442' to move in opposite directions. The third motor 447 is arranged at one end of the first screw rod 445 ' and is used for driving the first screw rod 445 ' to rotate, and the other end of the first screw rod 445 ' is rotatably connected with the side plate 12 at the corresponding position of the smoke collecting hood 1. Referring to fig. 23, taking the first oil-scraping block 441 ' as an example, the bottom of the first oil-scraping block 441 ' has a first insertion portion 4412 ' protruding toward the first rack 433, the height of the first insertion portion 4412 ' being smaller than the height of the oil guide groove 445 of the first rack 433, whereby the first insertion portion 4412 ' can be inserted into the oil guide groove 445. The remaining wiper blocks also have first inserts 4412'.
When the range hood is closed, each oil scraping block is respectively positioned at a position close to the side plate 12 at the front side or the side plate 12 at the rear side.
When cooking is carried out on the cooking ranges on the two sides, the smoke collecting plates on the two sides can be driven to extend outwards, see fig. 18, until the air inlet 14 is completely opened, see fig. 19, and in the process, the oil scraping blocks do not act, so that oil stains on the front end and the rear end of the corresponding smoke collecting plates can be scraped. After the smoke collecting plate is moved to the right position, each oil scraping block moves towards the middle, so that the oil stain on the last section (the smoke collecting plate does not completely extend out of the smoke collecting cover 1, and therefore the last section is left to be positioned in the smoke collecting cover 1) on the smoke collecting plate is scraped towards the middle, referring to fig. 20 (only the left oil scraping assembly is shown), until each oil scraping block moves to the middle position, at the moment, the bottom of each oil scraping block is inserted into the oil guide groove of the corresponding rack, referring to fig. 21 (only the left oil scraping assembly is shown), the oil stain on the last section of each smoke collecting plate flows into the corresponding oil cup from the oil leakage hole at the intersection of the tail ends of each oil scraping block, and the oil stain on each part of the smoke collecting plate can be ensured to be scraped and.

When only one smoke collecting plate acts, only the oil scraping component on the smoke collecting plate acts, but the oil scraping action is the same.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 24, in the present embodiment, the difference from the first embodiment is that the oil scraping assembly further includes a first movable oil scraping strip 441 ", a second movable oil scraping strip 442", a third movable oil scraping strip 443 ", and a fourth movable oil scraping strip 444".
The first movable oil scraping strip 441 "and the second movable oil scraping strip 442" extend in the left-right direction, respectively, and one of them is close to the side plate 12 on the front side of the smoke collecting hood 1, and the other is close to the side plate 12 on the rear side of the smoke collecting hood 1. Likewise, the third movable deep-oil scraping strip 443 "and the fourth movable deep-oil scraping strip 444" also extend in the left-right direction, respectively, and one of them is close to the side panel 12 on the front side of the smoke collecting hood 1, and the other is close to the side panel 12 on the rear side of the smoke collecting hood 1.
The oil scraping assembly further comprises a first screw rod 445 ' and a second screw rod 446, the first screw rod 445 ' extends in the front-rear direction and is located above the first fume collecting plate 41, the first screw rod 445 ' is close to the side plate 12 on the left side of the fume collecting hood 1, and two ends of the first screw rod 445 are respectively connected with the side plate 12 on the front side and the rear side of the fume collecting hood 1 in a rotating mode. The second screw rod 446 extends in the front-rear direction and is located above the second smoke collecting plate 42, the second screw rod 446 is close to the side plate 12 on the right side of the smoke collecting cover 1, and two ends of the second screw rod 446 are respectively connected with the side plate 12 on the front side and the rear side of the smoke collecting cover 1 in a rotating mode.
The oil scraping assembly further includes a first guide rod 447 ' and a second guide rod 448 ', the first guide rod 447 ' extending in the front-rear direction, being located above the first fume collecting plate 41 and away from the side plate 12 on the left side of the fume collecting hood 1, and both ends being rotatably connected to the side plates 12 on the front and rear sides of the fume collecting hood 1, respectively. A second guide rod 448 'extends in the front-rear direction and is located above the second smoke collecting plate 42, the second guide rod 448' is close to the side plate 12 on the right side of the smoke collecting hood 1, and both ends are rotatably connected with the side plates 12 on the front and rear sides of the smoke collecting hood 1, respectively.
The left ends of the first movable oil scraping strips 441 'and the second movable oil scraping strips 442' are in threaded connection with a first screw rod 445 ', and the right ends of the first movable oil scraping strips 441' and the second movable oil scraping strips 442 'are arranged on a first guide rod 447' in a sliding manner. The screw thread of the first lead screw 445 'cooperating with the first movable deep-fried dough stick 441 "and the screw thread of the first lead screw 445' cooperating with the second movable deep-fried dough stick 442" are opposite in spiral direction, thereby enabling the first movable deep-fried dough stick 441 "and the second movable deep-fried dough stick 442" to move in opposite directions. The first lead screw 445 ' is provided with a third gear 4491 ' engaged with the first gear 432, whereby the first lead screw 445 ' can be driven by the first motor 431. The second screw rod 446 is provided with a fourth gear 4492' which is engaged with the second gear 436, whereby the second screw rod 446 can be driven by the second motor 435. The bottom of each movable oil scraping bar has a second insertion portion 4413 ' protruding toward the corresponding rack on a side thereof, and the height of the second insertion portion 4413 ' is smaller than the height of the oil guide groove 445 of the corresponding rack 433, whereby the second insertion portion 4413 ' can be inserted into the oil guide groove 445.
When cooking is carried out on the cooking range on the two sides, the smoke collecting plates on the two sides can be driven to extend outwards, see fig. 25, at this time, the first oil scraping strip 441, the second oil scraping strip 442, the third oil scraping strip 443 and the fourth oil scraping strip 444 scrape oil stains on the upper surfaces of the corresponding smoke collecting plates as described in the first embodiment; while the smoke collecting plate moves, the first motor 431 drives the first screw rod 445 'to rotate, the first movable oil scraping strip 441 and the second movable oil scraping strip 442' simultaneously move towards the middle in an opposite way, the second motor 435 drives the second screw rod 446 to rotate, and the third movable oil scraping strip 443 and the fourth movable oil scraping strip 444 'simultaneously move towards the middle in an opposite way, so that the four movable oil scraping strips scrape oil stains on the upper surface of the corresponding smoke collecting plate towards the middle until the second inserting part 4413' at the bottom of each movable oil scraping strip is inserted into the oil guide groove 445 of the corresponding rack (at the moment, each smoke collecting plate also moves outwards to the maximum stroke), the oil stains are scraped by the first oil scraping strip 441, the second oil scraping strip 442, the third oil scraping strip 443 and the fourth oil scraping strip 444, and the oil stains scraped by the first movable oil scraping strip 441, the second movable oil scraping strip 442, the third movable oil scraping strip 443 'and the fourth oil scraping strip 444', respectively flows into the corresponding oil cup from the corresponding oil leakage hole.

Referring to fig. 26, the difference from the third embodiment is that the first lead screw 445 'and the second lead screw 446 are driven by the third motor 447 and the fourth motor 448 independently, respectively, in the same manner as the second embodiment, so that the third gear 4491', the fourth gear 4492 'and the transmission gear 4493' are not needed, the first gear 432 is still used for connecting the first rack 433, and the second gear 436 is still used for connecting the second rack 437.
The third motor 447 is arranged at one end of the first screw rod 445 ' and is used for driving the first screw rod 445 ' to rotate, and the other end of the first screw rod 445 ' is rotatably connected with the side plate 12 of the smoke collecting hood 1.
