Furthermore, a wedge-shaped opening is formed in one end, close to the shield tail brush, of the sealing baffle, and one end, close to the shield tail brush, of the bearing baffle is wrapped in the wedge-shaped opening.
Furthermore, a cavity is arranged at a bent part at one end of the sealing baffle plate, which is wrapped by the bearing baffle plate.
Furthermore, the axis of the annular hole of the rigging limiting ring is perpendicular to the axis of the shield shell of the shield tunneling machine.
Further, the rigging is an anti-corrosion steel wire rope; the rigging tensioning power device is a steel wire rope reel.

as shown in fig. 1-6, the shield tail emergency sealing device of the present invention comprises a base 5 for fixing the main part of the device to the inner edge of the shield shell of the shield machine; the bearing baffle 7 is connected with the base 5 through a shaft 6 and can rotate around the shaft 6; the sealing baffle 8 is arranged on the bearing baffle 7, and the bearing baffle 7 is half wrapped in the sealing baffle 8, the sealing baffle 8 is annular, and one side of the sealing baffle is provided with a wedge-shaped opening; the rigging limiting ring 9 is connected with the force bearing baffle 7; the bearing structure units are arranged along the inner edge of the shield shell in an adjacent manner according to the diameter of the shield, and are firmly connected with the inner edge of the shield shell through the base 5; the rigging 10 sequentially passes through the rigging limiting ring 9 with a single force-bearing structure to form a closed ring, one end of the closed ring is fixed on the inner edge of the shield shell of the shield tunneling machine, and the other end of the closed ring is connected with a rigging tensioning power device;

step 1: starting a rigging tensioning power device to tension the rigging 10;
step 2: under the action of the rigging 10, the bearing baffle 7 of the bearing structure unit rotates around the shaft 6;
and step 3: the bearing baffle 7 rotates to the free end to contact with the outer surface of the tunnel segment;
and 4, step 4: under the action of the rigging 10, the bearing baffle 7 extrudes the sealing baffle 8 to be closely attached to the outer surface of the tunnel segment, and simultaneously, the wedge openings of the sealing baffles 8 are also extruded mutually and attached seamlessly, so that the spaces on the two sides are completely divided, and the purpose of sealing the shield tail is achieved, wherein the sealing state is as shown in fig. 5.
