Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in some embodiments, the fixing plate assembly 2012 includes a first template 20121, a second template 20123, and a locking plate 20122 disposed between the first template 20121 and the second template 20123, the first template 20121, the second template 20123, and the locking plate 20122 are disposed in parallel, the first template 20121 is provided with a plurality of first fixing holes 201211, the second template 20123 is provided with a plurality of second fixing holes 201231, the locking plate 20122 is provided with a plurality of locking holes 201221, the first fixing holes 201211 and the second fixing holes 201231 are provided with circular through holes, the locking holes 201221 are provided with bar-shaped holes, the first fixing holes 201211, the second fixing holes 201231, and the locking holes 201221 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence, the end portion of the U-bracket sequentially passes through the second fixing holes 201231, the locking holes 201221, and the first fixing holes 201211, and the locking plate 20122 can move relative to the first template 20121 and the second template 20123, and further, the U-bracket can be restricted from moving on the locking hole 201221, and the U-bracket can be further stably fixed in a radial direction on the locking hole 201221.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, in certain embodiments, the second securing mechanism 202 includes a flare assembly 2021 and a fastening assembly 2022, the flare assembly 2021 being configured to flare the other end of the workpiece; the fastening assembly 2022 is disposed on the third movable bracket 14, the fastening assembly 2022 includes a fastener 20221, the fastener 20221 is used for fixing one end of the flared workpiece, the fastener 20221 has different types to fix workpieces of different types, and the flared assembly 2021 is slidably disposed at the lower end of the fastening assembly 2022. By flaring the other end of the workpiece, the flared portion protrudes from the rest, and the flared portion is fixed by the fastening assembly 2022, so that the workpiece can be fixed more stably.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, the fastener 20221 is in a rod shape, the fastener 20221 has a second through hole 202211 through which the expansion rod 302 passes, the claw 20222 is disposed at one end of the fastener 20221, the fastening assembly 2022 includes a fastening sleeve 20223 for controlling opening or closing of the claw 20222, the fastening sleeve 20223 is slidably disposed on the fastener 20221, specifically, the fastener 20221 is in a rod shape, one end of the fastener 20221 is cut into a plurality of parts along an axial direction so as to form the claw 20222, so that the claw 20222 can be easily disposed at a flared portion of the workpiece, at this time, the claw 20222 expands outwards, and then the claw 20222 can be pressed against the workpiece by pushing the fastening sleeve 20223.
Referring to fig. 3, 5, and 6, in some embodiments, the fastening assembly 2022 further includes a mounting plate 20224, a first riser 20225, a second riser 20226, a third riser 20227, a first piston cylinder 20228, and a second piston cylinder 20229, the first piston cylinder 20228 and the second piston cylinder 20229 being either cylinders or hydraulic cylinders, the mounting plate 20224 being fixedly disposed on the third movable bracket 14; the first vertical plate 20225 is slidably arranged on the mounting plate 20224, a third through hole 202251 for the fastener 20221 to pass through is formed in the first vertical plate 20225, one end of the fastening sleeve 20223 is abutted to the first vertical plate 20225, and the other end of the fastening sleeve 20223 is close to the claw 20222; the second vertical plate 20226 is parallel to the first vertical plate 20225 and is slidably arranged on the mounting plate 20224, the other end of the fastener 20221 passes through the third through hole 202251 and is fixedly connected with the second vertical plate 20226, and a fourth through hole 202261 corresponding to the third through hole 202251 is formed in the second vertical plate 20226; the third vertical plate 20227 is parallel to the first vertical plate 20225 and is fixedly arranged on the mounting plate 20224, a fifth through hole 202271 corresponding to the third through hole 202251 is formed in the third vertical plate 20227, and the expansion rod 302 sequentially passes through the fifth through hole 202271, the fourth through hole 202261 and the second through hole 202211; the first piston cylinder 20228 is fixedly arranged on the second vertical plate 20226, and the output end of the first piston cylinder 20228 is vertically and fixedly connected to the first vertical plate 20225; the second piston cylinder 20229 is fixedly arranged on the mounting plate 20224, and its output end is directly fixedly connected to the first piston cylinder 20228. The specific working process of the embodiment is as follows: the first vertical plate 20225 is driven to advance or retreat by the first piston cylinder 20228, one end of the fastening sleeve 20223 is abutted against the first vertical plate 20225, the fastening sleeve 20223 can be pushed outwards by pushing the first vertical plate 20225, so that the claw 20222 can be controlled to fix a workpiece, and the first piston cylinder 20228 and the second vertical plate 20226 can be pushed to move by the second piston cylinder 20229, so that the fastening piece 20221 can be moved in the front-rear direction, and the workpiece can be conveniently adjusted and fixed.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the third moving bracket 14 is provided with a detecting plate 141 parallel to the third vertical plate 20227, preferably, the detecting plate 141 is fixed on the third moving bracket 14 by an insulating block, further preferably, the detecting plate 141 is fixed on the third vertical plate 20227, and the detecting plate 141 is provided with a sixth through hole 1411 corresponding to the fifth through hole 202271, and the diameter of the sixth through hole 1411 is slightly larger than the diameter of the expansion rod 302. It should be noted that, the aperture of the sixth through hole 1411 is slightly larger than the diameter of the expansion rod 302, that is, the aperture of the sixth through hole 1411 is 0.05-2cm larger than the diameter of the expansion rod 302, preferably, the aperture of the sixth through hole 1411 is 0.05-1cm larger than the diameter of the expansion rod 302, the detection plate 141 is made of conductive material, the detection plate 141 is connected with a sensor, when the expansion rod 302 is subjected to excessive bending, the expansion rod 302 contacts with the detection plate 141, so as to send a signal to the sensor, and the embodiment further comprises a control system, wherein the sensor sends a signal to the control system, and the control system sends a command of stopping continuing the expansion rod 302, so that the expansion rod 302 can be prevented from bending by arranging the detection plate 141, and equipment can be protected.
While the preferred embodiment of the present invention has been illustrated and described, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms and equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit of the invention.

Claims (6)

1. A horizontal pipe expander, comprising:
a frame (10);
a workbench (100) arranged on the frame (10) and used for placing a workpiece, wherein the workpiece is provided with a channel;
the fixing device (200) is arranged on the frame (10) and used for fixing a workpiece and limiting the front-back expansion of the workpiece;
the pipe expanding device (300) is arranged on the frame (10), and the pipe expanding device (300) comprises an expanding piece which can move in the workpiece channel and has a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the workpiece channel;
the frame (10) comprises:
the workbench (100) is arranged on the fixing frame (11);
the first movable bracket (12) is arranged on the fixed bracket (11) in a front-back sliding way and is positioned at one side of the workbench (100);
the second movable bracket (13) is arranged on the fixed bracket (11) in a left-right sliding way and positioned on the other side of the workbench (100), and the fixing device (200) is arranged on the first movable bracket (12) and the second movable bracket (13);
a third movable bracket (14) which is arranged on the second movable bracket (13) in a vertically liftable manner, and the pipe expanding device (300) is arranged on the third movable bracket (14) in a sliding manner;
the pipe expanding device (300) comprises:
a plurality of expansion rod support plates (301) which are slidably arranged on the third movable support (14), wherein each expansion rod support plate (301) is provided with a first through hole (3011) corresponding to each other; the expansion rod (302) can be slidably arranged in the first through hole (3011) in a penetrating mode, and one end of the expansion rod (302) is provided with the expansion piece;
the first driving mechanism (303) is arranged on the fixing frame (11), the other end of the expansion rod (302) is fixedly arranged at the output end of the first driving mechanism (303), and the first driving mechanism (303) can drive the expansion rod (302) to move forwards and backwards;
the fixing device (200) comprises:
the first fixing mechanism (201) is arranged on the first movable bracket (12) in a vertically lifting manner and is positioned at one side of the workbench (100) and used for fixing one end of a workpiece;
the second fixing mechanism (202) is arranged on the third movable bracket (14) and positioned at the other side of the workbench (100) and is used for fixing the other end of the workpiece;
the first fixing mechanism (201) includes:
a fixed housing (2011), wherein a first lifting mechanism (121) is arranged on the first movable bracket (12), and the fixed housing (2011) is rotatably arranged on the first lifting mechanism (121);
the fixing plate assembly (2012) is arranged on the side end face of the fixing shell (2011), and a plurality of fixing holes for fixing a workpiece are formed in the fixing plate assembly (2012); a push plate (2013) parallel to the stationary plate assembly (2012) and movably disposed within the stationary housing (2011);
and a second driving mechanism (2014) disposed in the fixed housing (2011), wherein an output shaft of the second driving mechanism (2014) is fixedly connected with the pushing plate (2013) and can enable the pushing plate (2013) to be close to or far away from the fixed plate assembly (2012).
2. A horizontal tube expander as claimed in claim 1, wherein said frame (10) further comprises a fourth movable support (15), said fourth movable support (15) comprising a cross plate (151), said cross plate (151) being located above said table (100), said fourth movable support (15) being slidably disposed back and forth on said fixed frame (11), said fixture (200) further comprising a platen assembly (203), said platen assembly (203) being mounted on said cross plate (151) so as to be movable up and down, said platen assembly (203) being adapted to compress a workpiece.
3. A horizontal tube expander as claimed in claim 1, wherein said second fixing means (202) comprises:
a flaring component (2021) for flaring the other end of the workpiece,
the fastening assembly (2022) is arranged on the third movable bracket (14), the fastening assembly (2022) comprises a fastening piece (20221), the fastening piece (20221) is used for fixing one end of a workpiece after flaring, and the flaring assembly (2021) is arranged at the lower end of the fastening assembly (2022) in a front-back sliding mode.

A horizontal tube expander as claimed in claim 3, wherein the fastener (20221) is rod-shaped, the fastener (20221) has a second through hole (202211) through which the expansion rod (302) passes, one end of the fastener (20221) is provided with a claw (20222), the fastening assembly (2022) comprises a fastening sleeve (20223) for controlling opening or closing of the claw (20222), and the fastening sleeve (20223) is slidably sleeved on the fastener (20221).
5. A horizontal tube expander as claimed in claim 4, wherein said fastening assembly (2022) further comprises:
a mounting plate (20224) fixedly provided on the third moving bracket (14);
the first vertical plate (20225) is slidably arranged on the mounting plate (20224), a third through hole (202251) for the fastener (20221) to pass through is formed in the first vertical plate (20225), one end of the fastening sleeve (20223) is abutted to the first vertical plate (20225), and the other end of the fastening sleeve (20223) is close to the claw (20222);
the second vertical plate (20226) is parallel to the first vertical plate (20225) and is slidably arranged on the mounting plate (20224), the other end of the fastener (20221) penetrates through the third through hole (202251) and is fixedly connected with the second vertical plate (20226), and a fourth through hole (202261) corresponding to the third through hole (202251) is formed in the second vertical plate (20226);
a third vertical plate (20227) which is parallel to the first vertical plate (20225) and is fixedly arranged on the mounting plate (20224), a fifth through hole (202271) corresponding to the third through hole (202251) is formed in the third vertical plate (20227), and the expansion rod (302) sequentially passes through the fifth through hole (202271), the fourth through hole (202261) and the second through hole (202211);
a first piston cylinder (20228) fixedly arranged on the second vertical plate (20226), and the output end of the first piston cylinder is vertically and fixedly connected to the first vertical plate (20225);
the second piston cylinder (20229) is fixedly arranged on the mounting plate (20224), and the output end of the second piston cylinder is directly and fixedly connected to the first piston cylinder (20228).
6. The horizontal tube expander as claimed in claim 5, wherein a detection plate (141) parallel to the third vertical plate (20227) is provided on the third moving support (14), a sixth through hole (1411) corresponding to the fifth through hole (202271) is provided on the detection plate (141), and the diameter of the sixth through hole (1411) is slightly larger than the diameter of the expansion rod (302).
