Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of biopsy instruments, in particular to a novel orthopedic biopsy taking device.
Background
For patients with bone tumors or bone-occupying lesions, a physician typically needs to perform a biopsy procedure at the lesion to obtain a definitive pathological diagnosis of the specimen, thereby guiding subsequent treatments.
In performing a biopsy, a hollow tube is typically used to spiral around the lesion to obtain the biopsy.
However, the device has certain defects that if the focus is hard in texture during the rotation process, the existing biopsy needle system has low cutting efficiency, biopsy tissue is difficult to drill, or the biopsy needle is blocked and cannot move; in addition, biopsy tissue is often difficult to remove when the focal tissue is soft, brittle or mucoid. In addition, after tissue is taken out by the biopsy, the tumor tissue is rich in blood supply, bleeding is rough, surrounding muscle tissue is extremely easy to pollute, and the conventional biopsy needle system is difficult to effectively control the bleeding.
Therefore, there is a need for a biopsy instrument that does not become stuck, solves the problem of difficult removal or easy drop of the biopsy, and effectively controls local bleeding.

The application method of the embodiment is as follows: extending the first end of the first auxiliary member 200 into the chamber 101 of the main body 100 as close as possible to the first end of the main body 100; connecting a first end of the gas hose 400 with the first one-way valve 202 and a second end of the gas hose 400 with the gas device 500; the first end of the main body 100, i.e. the end provided with a plurality of cutting members 102, is rotated to drill into bone tissue, and the cutting members 102 are inclined so that the cutting members 102 rotate to cut the bone tissue, and the bone tissue entering the main body 100 is smaller than the outer diameter of the main body 100; at this time, the gas device 500 is turned on (the gas device 500 may be turned on when the cutting member 102 is pressed against bone tissue), and negative pressure is started; under the action of negative pressure, bone tissue enters the first accommodating cavity 201; after the cutting is completed, the first auxiliary component 200 is withdrawn; when the first auxiliary member 200 is moved to a designated position, the first check valve 202 is closed by using the first closing member 203, and the first end of the gas hose 400 is separated from the first check valve 202, so that bone tissue in the first accommodating chamber 201 can be collected; injecting bone wax or other medicament into the interior of the second receiving cavity 301 of the second auxiliary component 300, extending the first end of the second auxiliary component 300 into the cavity 101 of the body 100 as close as possible to the first end of the body 100; connecting the first end of the gas hose 400 with the second one-way valve 302, turning on the gas device 500, and beginning to provide positive pressure; bone wax or other medicines in the second accommodating cavity 301 enter the cut focus position under the positive pressure effect to stop bleeding; after the injection of the medicine is completed, the second auxiliary member 300 is withdrawn; when the belt moves the second auxiliary member 300 to a designated position, the second closing member 303 is used to close the second check valve 302, and the first end of the gas hose 400 is separated from the second check valve 302, so that the remaining medicine in the second accommodation chamber 301 can be collected.
The advantage of this embodiment lies in, utilizes the cutting member of inwards parallel arrangement for the diameter of bone tissue that the cutting obtained is less than the external diameter of main part, and is less than the internal diameter of main part, and equals or be less than the internal diameter of first holding chamber, has solved the jam problem that the diameter of bone tissue was greater than the internal diameter of body and leads to when cutting in the past.
The foregoing description is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention, and it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that equivalent substitutions and obvious variations may be made using the description and illustrations of the present invention, and are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
