Abstract
The invention provides a code acquisition system and a code acquisition method, which are used for improving the acquisition rate of the whole box code acquisition. The system comprises: the upper computer, and the first scanner and the second scanner which are respectively connected with the upper computer; the first scanner is used for scanning codes on each monomer one by one before boxing the monomers, and storing data obtained by one scanning into a data queue memory of the upper computer; the second scanner is used for finishing scanning of codes on all the monomers in the whole box once after the monomers are packaged, and uploading data obtained by the secondary scanning to the upper computer; and the upper computer is used for supplementing the data obtained by the primary scanning when the data obtained by the secondary scanning is missing, and taking the data obtained by the supplementing as the code acquisition result of the box monomer. The method comprises the following steps: a primary acquisition step, a secondary acquisition step and a complement step. In practical use, the code acquisition system and the code acquisition method can enable the acquisition rate of the second scanner to reach more than 99.98%.
