Claims (6)
1. A method for analyzing data based on an electronic report, comprising:
Establishing communication connection with a client;
receiving the electronic report to be processed uploaded by the client;
Processing the electronic report to be processed based on a pre-stored calculation logic, a key field database, a calculation index formula and an output format to obtain a table file; the computing logic refers to various original data, related computing software and various interfaces stored in a cloud;
sending the form file to an external user;
The key field database is formed by collecting, refining and summarizing all main flow legal enterprise report related information in the current Chinese continental region for many times;
the forming process of the table file specifically comprises the following steps:
Recognizing, storing and numbering characters and numbers contained in the electronic report to be processed through preset calculation logic to obtain a processing result;
Comparing, cleaning and converting the processing result with a pre-stored key field database to obtain a comparison result;
Calculating the comparison result based on a preset calculation index formula to obtain a calculation result;
And filling the calculation result according to a preset output format to generate a table file.
2. A method for analyzing data based on an electronic report, comprising:
Establishing communication connection with a cloud server;
Receiving user operation to obtain an electronic report to be processed;
The report to be processed is sent to the cloud server, and meanwhile, the report to be processed is sent to a mailbox reserved by an external user;
Receiving a form file sent by the cloud server, wherein the form file is obtained by processing the electronic report to be processed by the cloud server based on a pre-stored calculation logic, a key field database, a calculation index formula and an output format; the computing logic refers to various original data, related computing software and various interfaces stored in a cloud;
The key field database is formed by collecting, refining and summarizing all main flow legal enterprise report related information in the current Chinese continental region for many times;
Receiving user operation to obtain an electronic report to be processed, wherein the method specifically comprises the following steps:
The client receives login operation of a user to enter an operation page, and on the operation page, a drop-down menu of 97 kinds of industry distribution is provided for an external user for selection according to related requirements published by the national statistical bureau;
after determining the industry to which report data belongs in an operation page, a user selects a specific year of a report to be uploaded in a drop-down menu mode;
after determining the specific time for uploading the report, the external user selects an Excel report uploading icon to enter a file uploading state;
The report to be processed is sent to the cloud server, and meanwhile, the report to be processed is sent to a mailbox reserved by an external user, specifically:
After all files to be uploaded are selected, after a ' submit ' button is clicked, the system automatically uploads all Excel files selected by external users to the cloud server, and the mobile phone interface immediately prompts ' mail sending success-! The cloud server stores the fields and the data which are adapted through the key field database according to the related accounting system requirements of China, establishes 31 most commonly used calculation index formulas, carries out corresponding calculation and outputs the result; for fields that do not fit through the key field database, their data will be displayed at 0.
3. A method for analyzing data based on an electronic report, comprising:
