Specifically, taking the wall-hanging stove device as a plate-type wall-hanging stove as an example, as shown in fig. 6, a structural diagram of the plate-type wall-hanging stove includes the following components: 1. ignition and flame response needle, 2, main heat exchanger, 3, board heat exchanger, 4, three-way valve, 5, gas proportional valve, 6, domestic hot water delivery port, 7, gas import, 8, heating delivery port, 9, fan, 10, burning heat exchanger, 11, heating delivery water temperature sensor, 12, thermal protector, 13, expansion tank, 14, combustor, 15, water pump, 16, water pressure sensor or pressure switch, 17, water flow sensor or water flow switch, 18, heating return water mouth, 19, running water import, 20, domestic hot water delivery water temperature sensor.
The plate-changing wall-mounted furnace is connected with the combustor, the three-way valve, the corresponding sensor and other devices through the internal controller, and executes a corresponding control function according to the acquired information. Specifically, the wall-hanging stove device performs heating combustion when there is no demand for domestic hot water, and, for example, when a heating combustion function is performed according to a user's selection, the three-way valve guides heated hot water to the heating side. When a domestic hot water demand exists, for example, a user opens a hot water faucet, the three-way valve is controlled to be switched, the three-way valve is reversed to guide heated hot water to a domestic hot water side, and the directly heated hot water is subjected to heat exchange with domestic water through the plate heat exchanger to produce domestic hot water. The controller controls the combustor to burn with preset minimum power, when the outlet water temperature of a domestic hot water side pipeline meets the preset domestic hot water stop condition, whether the burning time with the minimum power is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold value is detected, and if yes, the control is carried out according to a prestored domestic hot water control program; if not, whether the water temperature meets the preset domestic hot water stop condition or not is detected again. If the outlet water temperature of the domestic hot water side pipeline does not meet the domestic hot water stop condition, the control can be directly carried out according to the prestored domestic hot water control program.
When the control method is applied to wall-mounted boiler equipment with basic components such as a heating outlet water temperature sensor, a domestic hot water outlet water temperature sensor, a main heat exchanger, a plate heat exchanger and a controller, the problem that the flameout is caused by misjudgment that the temperature of domestic hot water is higher than the set temperature when heating is switched to be combusted can be solved on the basis of existing hardware, the system structure does not need to be improved, and the switching between heating and hot water is not flameout through software logic processing.
Above-mentioned hanging stove equipment, hot water direction life hot water side pipeline after with the hanging stove heating when the user triggers life hot water demand condition, and control the hanging stove with the minimum power burning until long be greater than or be equal to long predetermined long time threshold value, avoid because the heat of heating side pipeline influences the temperature measurement of life hot water side pipeline and shut down, need not to put out fire and ignite again and accelerate life hot water temperature rise speed, can provide life hot water more fast and go out water, realize heating and hot water burning "seamless" switching, compare with traditional hanging stove, the convenience in use has been improved.

when the preset domestic hot water demand condition is met, controlling the wall-mounted boiler to burn at a preset minimum power, and outputting a switching instruction to a three-way valve of the wall-mounted boiler; the switching instruction is used for controlling the three-way valve to guide the heated hot water of the wall-mounted boiler to a domestic hot water side pipeline;
when the burning time of the wall-mounted boiler with the preset minimum power is greater than or equal to the preset time threshold, the wall-mounted boiler is controlled according to a pre-stored domestic hot water control program.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the preset domestic hot water demand condition comprises: and detecting that the domestic hot water faucet is started or receiving a domestic hot water outlet instruction.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein after detecting whether a preset domestic hot water demand condition is met while the wall-hanging stove is performing heating combustion, the method further comprises:
and when the preset domestic hot water requirement condition is not detected, returning to the step of detecting whether the preset domestic hot water requirement condition is met or not when the wall-mounted furnace executes heating combustion.

The method according to claim 1, wherein after controlling the wall-hanging stove to burn at a preset minimum power when the preset domestic hot water demand condition is met, and outputting a switching command to a three-way valve of the wall-hanging stove, before controlling the wall-hanging stove to burn at the preset minimum power for a time period greater than or equal to a preset time period threshold value according to a pre-stored domestic hot water control program, the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving the outlet water temperature detected by a domestic hot water outlet temperature sensor, and detecting whether the outlet water temperature meets a preset domestic hot water shutdown condition; the domestic hot water outlet temperature sensor is arranged on the domestic hot water side pipeline;
when the outlet water temperature meets the preset domestic hot water stop condition, whether the burning time of the wall-hanging stove with the preset minimum power is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold value or not is detected.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the preset domestic hot water shutdown condition comprises leaving water temperature greater than a set temperature threshold.

The method according to claim 4, wherein after detecting whether the wall-hanging stove is burning at the preset minimum power for a time period greater than or equal to a preset time period threshold value when the outlet water temperature meets a preset domestic hot water stop condition, the method further comprises:
and when the burning time of the wall-mounted boiler with the preset minimum power is less than a preset time threshold, returning to the step of receiving the outlet water temperature detected by the domestic hot water outlet water temperature sensor and detecting whether the outlet water temperature meets the preset domestic hot water stop condition or not.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein after receiving the outlet water temperature detected by the domestic hot water outlet water temperature sensor and detecting whether the outlet water temperature meets a preset domestic hot water stop condition, the method further comprises:
and when the outlet water temperature does not meet the preset domestic hot water stop condition, controlling according to a prestored domestic hot water control program.

the domestic hot water detection module is used for controlling the wall-mounted furnace to burn at a preset minimum power when the switching control module detects that the preset domestic hot water requirement condition is met, and outputting a switching instruction to a three-way valve of the wall-mounted furnace, and the domestic hot water control module receives the outlet water temperature detected by the domestic hot water outlet temperature sensor before controlling according to a prestored domestic hot water control program when the wall-mounted furnace burns at the preset minimum power for a time period which is greater than or equal to a preset time period threshold value, and detects whether the outlet water temperature meets a preset domestic hot water shutdown condition or not; when the outlet water temperature meets the preset domestic hot water stop condition, detecting whether the burning time of the wall-mounted boiler at the preset minimum power is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold; the domestic hot water outlet temperature sensor is arranged on the domestic hot water side pipeline.

Wall-hanging stove equipment, characterized by comprising a burner, a main heat exchanger, a heating side pipeline, a domestic hot water side pipeline, a three-way valve and a controller, wherein the main heat exchanger is connected with the heating side pipeline and the domestic hot water side pipeline through the three-way valve, the controller is connected with the burner and the three-way valve, and the controller is used for water outlet control according to the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
