本发明提供了一种具有杀菌作用的塑料提手配方及其制备方法,所述配方均按重量百分比:高密度聚乙烯树脂50%~60%,线型低密度聚乙烯树脂20%~25%,低密度聚乙烯树脂20%~25%,磷酸锆载银5%~10%、钛酸酯偶联剂0.3%~0.8%。通过本方法制备的塑料提手,无臭、无毒,具有耐低温、耐腐蚀性能,并且能够起到杀菌、灭菌的效果。

本发明涉及一种具有杀菌作用的塑料提手配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,随着社会的飞速发展,人们生活水平的不断提高,塑料制品已经在越来越多的领域里被应用,塑料制品无论在工业生产,还是人们日常生活中都成了不可缺少的地位。
目前市场上的一些奶制品、豆制品等包装均用到塑料提手,并且要求塑料提手具有耐低温、无毒,并且带有一定的杀菌作用,但目前市场上并没有用于奶制品、豆制品等包装上具有一定杀菌作用的塑料提手。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种具有杀菌作用的塑料提手配方及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种具有杀菌作用的塑料提手配方及其制备方法,所述配方如下(均按重量百分比):
高密度聚乙烯树脂50%~60%,线型低密度聚乙烯树脂20%~25%,低密度聚乙烯树脂20%~25%,磷酸锆载银5%~10%、钛酸酯偶联剂0.3%~0.8%。
所述制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a、选取市售优良的高密度聚乙烯树脂、线型低密度聚乙烯树脂、低密度聚乙烯树脂、磷酸锆载银、钛酸酯偶联剂按上述配方中的比例称取,放在搅拌机中,并搅拌均匀;
b、将步骤a得到的混合原料装入原料桶中,经吸料机将混合原料加入到注塑机中;
c、混合原料经注塑机加热至210~230℃后完全融化至液态,加压注入到模具中冷却成型后,塑料提手制备完成。
本发明的有益效果是:通过本方法制备的塑料提手,无臭、无毒,具有耐低温、耐腐蚀性能,并且能够起到杀菌、灭菌的效果。
具体实施方式
一种具有杀菌作用的塑料提手配方及其制备方法,所述配方如下(均按重量百分比):
高密度聚乙烯树脂55%,线型低密度聚乙烯树脂23%,低密度聚乙烯树脂22%,磷酸锆载银8%、钛酸酯偶联剂0.5%。
所述制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a、选取市售优良的高密度聚乙烯树脂、线型低密度聚乙烯树脂、低密度聚乙烯树脂、磷酸锆载银、钛酸酯偶联剂按上述配方中的比例称取,放在搅拌机中,并搅拌均匀;
b、将步骤a得到的混合原料装入原料桶中,经吸料机将混合原料加入到注塑机中;
c、混合原料经注塑机加热至220℃后完全融化至液态,加压注入到模具中冷却成型后,塑料提手制备完成。
本发明的有益效果是:通过本方法制备的塑料提手,无臭、无毒,具有耐低温、耐腐蚀性能,并且能够起到杀菌、灭菌的效果。

1.一种具有杀菌作用的塑料提手配方及其制备方法,其特征是所述配方均按重量百分比:高密度聚乙烯树脂50%~60%,线型低密度聚乙烯树脂20%~25%,低密度聚乙烯树脂20%~25%,磷酸锆载银5%~10%、钛酸酯偶联剂0.3%~0.8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种具有杀菌作用的塑料提手配方及其制备方法,其特征在于所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
a、选取市售优良的高密度聚乙烯树脂、线型低密度聚乙烯树脂、低密度聚乙烯树脂、磷酸锆载银、钛酸酯偶联剂按上述配方中的比例称取,放在搅拌机中,并搅拌均匀;
b、将步骤a得到的混合原料装入原料桶中,经吸料机将混合原料加入到注塑机中;
c、混合原料经注塑机加热至210~230℃后完全融化至液态,加压注入到模具中冷却成型后,塑料提手制备完成。
