A butt-welding machine is characterized by comprising a welding machine main body (1), a workbench (2), a workpiece positioning device (3), a push-pull mechanism (4), a lower welding electrode (5), a support frame (6) and a plurality of welding heads (7), wherein the workbench (2) is fixed on the front side surface of the welding machine main body (1), the workpiece positioning device (3) is arranged on the workbench (2), the lower welding electrode (5) is fixed on the workbench (2) at a welding position corresponding to the workpiece positioning device (3) and is used for contacting the lower surface of a workpiece, the lower welding electrode (5) is electrically connected with a welding transformer in the welding machine main body (1), the push-pull mechanism (4) is arranged on the workbench (2) and is positioned between the welding machine main body (1) and the workpiece positioning device (3) and is used for moving the workpiece again after one side of a workpiece is welded so as to weld the other side of the workpiece, the workpiece is pushed out after the two sides of the workpiece are welded, the support frame (6) is fixedly arranged on the front side surface of the welding machine main body (1) and is positioned above the workpiece positioning device (3), the plurality of welding heads (7) are arranged on the support frame (6) in a lifting manner and are arranged on the support frame (6) in a position corresponding to the welding position of the workpiece positioning device (3) and are electrically connected with the welding heads (7) along the length of the welding heads (7) in the preset direction along the welding head distance of each welding head (1), the upper welding electrode (71) corresponds to the position of the lower welding electrode (5) for clamping a welding workpiece; the support frame (6) comprises two end plates (61) and a connecting rod (62), the connecting rod (62) is fixedly connected between the two end plates (61) and is close to one end of the two end plates (61), and the other end of the two end plates (61) is fixedly connected with the welding machine main body (1);
each welding head (7) further comprises a welding head cylinder (72) and a connecting plate (73), a T-shaped groove (621) extending along the length direction is formed in the upper surface of the connecting rod (62), one end of the connecting plate (73) is fixed in the T-shaped groove (621) through a nut and a bolt, a guide sleeve (74) is arranged at the other end of the connecting plate (73), a guide shaft (75) is fixed on the welding head (7), the guide shaft (75) is slidably arranged in the guide sleeve (74) in a penetrating manner, one end, provided with the guide sleeve (74), of the connecting plate (73) is connected with a flexible copper strip (76), the flexible copper strip (76) is electrically connected with an electric welding transformer in the welding machine main body (1), a mounting hole is formed in the middle of the connecting plate (73), and the lower end of the welding head cylinder (72) is fixed in the mounting hole;
the upper end of the welding head cylinder (72) is provided with a fixed block (77), the upper surface of the fixed block (77) is provided with a dovetail groove (771), one side of the dovetail groove (771) is provided with a fastening plate (772), one side of the fixed block (77) close to the fastening plate (772) is provided with a screw hole, a fastening bolt (773) is screwed in the screw hole, the threaded end of the fastening bolt (773) is rotatably connected with the fastening plate (772), the front side of the welding machine body (1) is provided with a fixing boss (12) above the welding head cylinder (72), the lower surface of the fixing boss (12) is fixedly connected with a dovetail guide rail (13), and the dovetail guide rail (13) is penetrated in the dovetail groove (771) and is fixed with the fixed block (77) through the fastening bolt (773) and the fastening plate (772).

The butt welding machine according to claim 1, wherein the workpiece positioning device (3) comprises a transverse positioning block (31), a longitudinal positioning block (32), a longitudinal pressing block (33), a longitudinal pressing cylinder (34) and a lower pressing device (35), the longitudinal positioning block (32) is fixed at one end of the workbench (2), the longitudinal pressing block (33) is telescopically arranged at the other end of the workbench (2) through the longitudinal pressing cylinder (34), the transverse positioning block (31), the longitudinal positioning block (32) and the longitudinal pressing block (33) form a positioning space with an inlet for positioning the first welding workpiece, and the lower pressing device (35) is arranged on the support frame (6) for pressing the second welding workpiece.
3. The butt welder according to claim 2, characterized in that the transverse positioning block (31) is provided with a magnet (36) for attracting the side of the workpiece.

The butt welding machine according to claim 2, wherein the lower pressing device (35) comprises two lower pressing cylinders (351), a lower pressing block (352), two guide sleeves (353) and two guide posts (354), the two lower pressing cylinders (351) are oppositely arranged on one side, far away from the main body (1) of the welding machine, of the support frame (6), each lower pressing cylinder (351) is correspondingly provided with one guide sleeve (353) and one guide post (354), the guide sleeve (353) is fixed on the support frame (6) and is positioned below the lower pressing cylinder (351), the guide posts (354) are arranged in the guide sleeves (353) in a penetrating mode in a lifting sliding mode, telescopic rods of the lower pressing cylinders (351) are connected with the top ends of the guide posts (354), the bottom ends of the guide posts (354) are provided with connecting blocks (355), and the lower pressing block (352) is fixedly connected between the two connecting blocks (355).

The butt welding machine according to claim 6, wherein the push-pull mechanism (4) further comprises two lifting assemblies respectively mounted at two ends of the movable plate (42), each lifting assembly comprises a lifting cylinder (451), a lifting block (452) and a guiding structure (453), the lifting cylinder (451) is fixed on the movable plate (42), the telescopic rod of the lifting cylinder (451) is vertically upwards, the lifting block (452) is fixed on the telescopic rod of the lifting cylinder (451), the guiding structure (453) and the push-pull hook (44) are respectively mounted at two sides of the lifting cylinder (451), one side of the lifting block (452) is connected with the guiding structure (453), and the other side is connected with the push-pull hook (44).
