The table tennis ball picking apparatus 10 further comprises a rising guide pipe 500 (shown in fig. 1), and one end of the rising guide pipe 500 is inserted into the ball outlet 132. Specifically, the pipe body of the ascending guide pipe 500 extends in the vertical direction, and a port of the ascending guide pipe 500 forms a flaring structure, so that the table tennis ball can vertically ascend along the ascending guide pipe 500 under the blowing action of the blower 400, thereby realizing the lifting of the table tennis ball.
The operation principle of the table tennis ball picking device 10 will be explained as follows:
the table tennis ball enters into a lifting accommodating groove 311 at the bottommost part of the driven lifting gear 300 through the ball inlet 131;
the driving part drives the driving gear 200 to rotate, and the driving gear 200 further drives the driven lifting gear 300 meshed with the driving gear to rotate, so that the driven lifting gear 300 can drive the table tennis balls in the lifting accommodating grooves 311 to perform lifting motion in the rotating process, and the table tennis balls are lifted from the bottommost part to the topmost part;
in the process of table tennis lifting, the notch of the lifting accommodating groove 311 between the bottommost part and the topmost part of the driven lifting gear 300 is covered by the anti-falling baffle 130, and the table tennis cannot easily fall off from the lifting accommodating groove 311 because the notch of the lifting accommodating groove 311 is covered by the anti-falling baffle 130;
after the bottommost lifting accommodating groove 311 accommodating table tennis balls reaches the topmost position, because the anti-falling baffle 130 at the topmost position is provided with the ball outlet 132, and the groove bottom of the lifting accommodating groove 311 is provided with the air blowing through hole 312, the blower 400 blows air towards the current air blowing through hole 312, so that the table tennis balls in the lifting accommodating groove 311 can enter the lifting guide pipe 500 through the ball outlet 132;
under the blowing action of the blower 400, the table tennis ball continues to move upwards along the pipe body of the ascending guide pipe 500, so that the table tennis ball can ascend at a certain height, and the table tennis ball is lifted, so that the table tennis player can take the table tennis ball quickly without bending down.
The following explains the principle of the structural design of the table tennis ball picking device 10:
1. the driving part drives the driving gear 200 to rotate, and the driving gear 200 further drives the driven lifting gear 300 meshed with the driving gear to rotate, so that the structural design aims to drive the table tennis at the ball inlet 131 to the ball outlet 132, and the table tennis at the ball inlet 131 is cut off, so that the table tennis is lifted by the subsequent blower 400 under the blowing action;
2. the notch of the lifting accommodating groove 311 between the lowermost portion and the uppermost portion of the driven lifting gear 300 is covered by the falling prevention baffle 130, so that the table tennis balls in the lifting accommodating groove 311 can be effectively prevented from falling;
3. a plurality of lifting accommodating grooves 311 are formed in the lifting end surface 310 of the driven lifting gear 300, the lifting accommodating grooves 311 are used for loading table tennis balls, and further, a blowing through hole 312 is formed in the bottom of each lifting accommodating groove 311, so that the blower 400 can blow the table tennis balls in the lifting accommodating grooves 311 through the blowing through holes 312, and the table tennis balls can enter the lifting guide pipe 500;
4. the one end of the ascending guide pipe 500 is inserted into the ball outlet 132, the pipe body of the ascending guide pipe 500 extends in the vertical direction, and the air blown out by the blower 400 can further enter the pipe body of the ascending guide pipe 500, so that the table tennis can ascend to a certain height along the pipe body of the ascending guide pipe 500.
In the present invention, a table tennis practice court 20 (shown in fig. 6) is also provided for use with the table tennis ball picking apparatus 10 described above.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in particular, the table tennis practice court 20 includes a floor structure 600 and a fence structure 700.
As shown in fig. 8, the floor structure 600 includes a bottom plate 610 and a panel 620 covering the bottom plate 610. Specifically, in this embodiment, the bottom plate 610 has a square plate structure, the panel 620 has a square plate structure, the area of the bottom plate 610 is larger than the area of the panel 620, and the panel 620 covers the bottom plate 610, so that the center point of the bottom plate 610 and the center point of the panel 620 are on the same straight line, and the edge of the bottom plate 610 protrudes beyond the edge of the panel 620.
As shown in fig. 6, a table tennis table 800 is placed on the face plate 620. The table tennis table 800 is used for table tennis athletes to practice table tennis.
The rail structure 700 is disposed around the edge of the bottom plate 610, and since the edge of the panel 620 is spaced apart from the rail structure 700, a table tennis ball recovery guide groove 710 (shown in fig. 6) is formed between the edge of the panel 620 and the rail structure 700, and a suction fan 900 (shown in fig. 6 and 7) is installed at the table tennis ball recovery guide groove 710.
As shown in fig. 6, the table tennis ball picking apparatus 10 is mounted on a floor structure 600. The table tennis ball picking apparatus 10 lifts the table tennis ball to a height that facilitates the table tennis player to pick up the table tennis ball, which has been described in detail above.
The bottom plate 610 is provided with a table tennis ball recycling and conveying groove 611 (as shown in fig. 9), and two ends of the table tennis ball recycling and conveying groove 611 are respectively connected with the table tennis ball recycling guide groove 710 and the table tennis ball inlet 131.
The method of using the table tennis practice court 20 will now be described:
the table tennis table 800 is placed on the panel 620, and table tennis players perform table tennis daily training through the table tennis table 800;
because the fence structure 700 is arranged around the floor structure 600, the fence structure 700 surrounds the floor structure 600, so that table tennis balls used by table tennis players in the training process are difficult to fall over the fence structure 700 and fall into the area outside the floor structure 600, and the table tennis balls can fall into the area defined by the fence structure 700; in the present embodiment, the fence structure 700 is a square frame structure.
Because the table tennis ball recovery guide groove 710 (as shown in fig. 6) is formed between the edge of the panel 620 and the rail structure 700, the table tennis ball recovery guide groove 710 is provided with the suction fan 900, and the board surface of the bottom board 610 is provided with the table tennis ball recovery transmission groove 611, so table tennis balls falling on the panel 620 roll towards the table tennis ball recovery guide groove 710 under the suction force of the suction fan 900, because the edge of the bottom board 610 is provided with the inclined ramp structure 30 (as shown in fig. 9 and 10), the table tennis balls entering the table tennis ball recovery guide groove 710 roll to a port of the table tennis ball recovery transmission groove 611 along the inclined ramp, and the table tennis balls roll to the ball inlet 131 of the table tennis ball picking device 10 along the table tennis ball recovery transmission groove 611; here, it should be noted that, since the panel 620 covers the bottom plate 610, the table tennis ball is not affected by the obstacle on the panel 620 during the rolling process in the table tennis ball retrieving and delivering groove 611;
when the table tennis ball reaches the bottom of the table tennis ball picking device 10, the table tennis ball will climb to a certain height under the action of the table tennis ball picking device 10, so that the table tennis player can pick up the dropped table tennis ball again without bending down.
In this embodiment, the edge of the bottom plate 610 forms a ring-shaped ramp structure 30 (as shown in fig. 9 and 10), the ramp structure 30 has a low-lying position 31 (as shown in fig. 9 and 10), and the low-lying position 31 is located at a port of the ping-pong ball recycling and conveying groove 611. Thus, all the table tennis balls entering the table tennis ball retrieving guide groove 710 flow to the low-lying position under the guidance of the ramp structure 30 of the above-mentioned ring structure, and can enter the table tennis ball retrieving and conveying groove 611.
In this embodiment, there are four blowers 900, and four blowers 900 are disposed around the edge of the bottom plate 610. Thus, by arranging the four suction fans 900, the four suction fans 900 are arranged around the edge of the bottom plate 610, so that the table tennis balls dropped on the panel 620 can be better sucked into the table tennis ball recovery guide groove 710 which is close to the table tennis ball recovery guide groove.
The table tennis practice court 20 provided by the invention has the advantages that the table tennis is recycled; further, a table tennis ball picking device 10 is provided, which can lift a table tennis ball on the ground to a certain height, so that a table tennis player can quickly take the table tennis ball without bending down.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
