1. A head temperature control device comprises a helmet, and is characterized in that a first opening for the face of a wearer to leak and two second openings for the ears to expose are arranged on the helmet;
the helmet is internally provided with a plurality of infrared temperature sensors, the helmet is internally provided with at least two air inlet mechanisms and at least two exhaust mechanisms, each air inlet mechanism comprises an air inlet and an air inlet fan, and each exhaust mechanism comprises an air outlet and an exhaust fan;
the helmet also comprises a cold source fixing piece, a temperature control space is formed between the inner wall surface of the helmet and the head skin of a wearer, and the cold source fixing piece is suspended in the temperature control space so as not to be in contact with the head skin of the wearer;
the helmet comprises a shell, a connecting frame and a supporting net, wherein the connecting frame is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the shell and comprises an annular structure, the supporting net is connected to the connecting frame, and the supporting net is used for wrapping the head of a wearer; at least one air inlet fan is aligned with the cold source;
the cold source fixing piece comprises a plurality of arc-shaped pieces which are arranged in parallel, the arc-shaped pieces are sequentially arranged on the annular structure, the cold source is arranged in an annular structure, and the cold source is used for being lapped on the arc-shaped pieces;
the central controller controls the opening quantity and the operation rate of each air inlet mechanism and each air outlet mechanism according to the detection data of the infrared temperature sensor;
a storage battery is arranged in the helmet and is a power supply for the air inlet fan, the exhaust fan, the central controller and the infrared temperature sensor;
the storage batteries are used as counter weights, and the center of gravity of the helmet is located in the central area of the bottom of the helmet through the storage batteries;
the shell comprises a front half piece and a rear half piece which are rotationally connected with each other, and the connecting frame is fixedly connected to one of the front half piece and the rear half piece and detachably connected to the other of the front half piece and the rear half piece;
the helmet is provided with a plurality of cylinders, the air inlet fans and the air outlet fans are correspondingly arranged in the cylinders one by one, and the cylinders are provided with sound insulation mechanisms or silencing mechanisms; and when the brightness data detected by the single brightness sensor is lower than the numerical preset values detected by other brightness sensors, the central controller controls the air inlet fan or the air exhaust fan in the cylinder to stop rotating.
2. The head temperature control device according to claim 1, wherein a connecting line of the front half piece and the rear half piece passes through the second opening;
the connecting frame is connected to the rear half piece through a clamping mechanism, and the opening and closing piece of the clamping mechanism is located in the second opening.
3. The head temperature control device according to claim 1, wherein one end of the front half piece and one end of the rear half piece are rotatably connected, and the other end of the front half piece and the other end of the rear half piece are clamped;
