Background

At present, log files of equipment can only be captured by connecting a debugging tool through a serial port, and the operation is generally finished by professional engineers, so that the processing efficiency is low; and when an engineer is not on site, the complete machine is inconvenient to disassemble or no debugging tool is provided, the problem cannot be analyzed continuously, so that the equipment is extremely inconvenient to maintain.

The main solution of the embodiment of the invention is as follows: when detecting that the USB equipment is connected to target equipment, identifying whether a preset folder exists in the USB equipment or not; if yes, obtaining the log information of the target equipment; and saving the log information into the preset folder.
Because in the prior art, the equipment file that can only snatch through serial ports connection debugging instrument through professional engineer leads to equipment debugging inefficiency, and the debugging probably can't continue because of personnel or instrument problem, leads to equipment maintenance very inconvenient.
The present invention provides the above-described solution, and aims to improve the efficiency of device debugging and the convenience of device maintenance.
The invention provides a log processing device, which is applied to equipment such as a television and the like and is used for extracting log information generated in the running process of the equipment.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, a log processing apparatus includes: a processor 1001, such as a CPU, memory 1002, or the like. The memory 1002 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (e.g., a disk memory). The memory 1002 may alternatively be a storage device separate from the processor 1001.
Wherein the processor 100 is communicatively coupled to the memory 1002. The memory 1002 may be a storage device in the device, and the log information generated by the running process of the device system and the log processing program may be stored in the memory 1002.

Referring to fig. 2, a first embodiment of a log processing method of the present invention is proposed, which includes:
step S10, when detecting that the USB device is connected to the target device, identifying whether a preset folder exists in the USB device;
if yes, executing step S20 and step S30; if not, go to step S40.
The target device is a device which needs to be called by a user to read the log information, and specifically can be a television and the like. The target device is provided with a USB interface for inserting the USB device. For example, when the level of the USB interface is detected to change from high level to low level, the USB device may be considered to be connected to the target device.
Identifying the file name of a file existing in the USB equipment, judging whether the identified file name has a file name consistent with a preset file name, if so, judging that a preset folder exists, and taking the folder with the file name consistent with the preset file name as the preset folder; if not, judging that the preset folder does not exist. The preset folder may be created in advance in the USB device. For example, the default file name of the default folder may be specifically "UART 2 USB", and when a folder with the file name "UART 2 USB" exists in the USB device, the default folder may be considered to exist in the USB device.
Step S20, acquiring the log information of the target device;
specifically, the current system time of the target device may be obtained, and log information generated in a memory of the target device within a preset time period before the current system time may be obtained. And if yes, creating a file with the time closest to the current system time in the history log file, and determining the preset time period according to the creation time of the file and the current system time. In addition, the preset time period may also be determined by acquiring an instruction of the user.
And step S30, saving the log information into the preset folder.
The log file stored in the target equipment can be directly copied into a preset folder; and a text file can be created in a preset folder, and the log information is stored in the text file, so that the user can check the log information more conveniently.
The same USB device can acquire log information from the target device for multiple times. When the USB device is accessed into the target device, a new text file can be created in the preset folder, and the file name of the created text file can be named according to the file identification of the existing log file in the USB device and the preset rule. For example, the file name of the log file may include a file number, and the file number in the file name of each log file is incremented according to the created sequence.
In step S40, log information is not written to the USB device.
According to the log processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the USB equipment is detected to be connected with the target equipment and the preset folder exists in the USB equipment, the log information of the target equipment is stored in the preset folder, so that a professional engineer is not required to operate on the site of the equipment in the process, any user can quickly acquire the log information of the target equipment through the USB equipment, the user can quickly analyze the equipment problem by himself or by the remote engineer, the manpower requirement of the professional and the equipment requirement of a professional tool are released, and the equipment debugging efficiency and the equipment maintenance convenience are improved.
Further, based on the first embodiment, a second embodiment of the log processing method is provided. In the second embodiment, referring to fig. 3, in step S10, before the step of identifying whether a preset folder exists in the USB device when it is detected that the USB device accesses the target device, the method further includes:
step S11, acquiring USB interface information of the target device;
the USB interface information is specifically status information of whether each USB port of the target device has a USB device connected thereto.
Step S12, acquiring the device state information of the USB device according to the USB interface information;
and identifying the port accessed by the USB equipment according to the USB interface information, and reading the equipment state information corresponding to the port as the equipment state information of the USB equipment. The device STATUS information may be read from environment variables of the system, and may specifically include a configuration success STATUS (MSD _ STATUS _ interrupted), a configuration failure STATUS (MSD _ STATUS _ ERROR), an IDLE STATUS (MSD _ STATUS _ IDLE), an occupied STATUS (MSD _ STATUS _ BUSY), and the like.
Step S13, when the device status information is in an idle state, executing the step of identifying whether a preset folder exists in the USB device.
In this embodiment, by the above manner, it can be ensured that the log information can be successfully saved in the USB device, and the USB device can smoothly acquire the log information.

When the equipment state information is in a successful configuration state, the USB equipment can be judged to be successfully configured; when the device state information is a configuration failure state, it can be determined that the USB device has failed to be configured.
If the USB device is successfully configured, go to step S112; if the USB equipment fails to be configured, the failure reason can be searched, and prompt information is sent according to the failure reason.

In this embodiment, whether the USB device configuration is successful is identified, it is ensured that the log information is written only when the linux file system can write data into the USB device, and the device state information of the USB is set to an idle state, so that the data can be written into the USB device immediately when the USB device configuration is successful, the efficiency of obtaining the log information by the USB device is improved, and therefore the efficiency of device debugging and the convenience of device maintenance are further improved.
Further, based on any of the above embodiments, a fourth embodiment of the log processing method of the present application is provided. In the fourth embodiment, referring to fig. 5, before step S10, the method further includes:
step S01, judging whether the target device has started the USB log capturing function;
if yes, go to step S10; if not, go to step S40
Specifically, the current variable value of a preset variable in the linux system can be read, and whether the USB log capturing function is started or not is judged according to the current variable value. The preset variable is a switch with a USB log capturing function, which is configured in advance in the linux system of the target device. For example, the preset variable is eFectoryUSBLog, the current variable value of the eFectoryUSBLog variable is read, if the current variable value is ON, the USB log capture function is turned ON, and if the current variable value is OFF, the USB log capture function is turned OFF. The variable value of the preset variable can be input into a corresponding configuration instruction according to different requirements for transformation; and the corresponding user right of the target equipment can be obtained, and the setting is carried out according to the obtained user right.
By the mode, the target equipment is guaranteed to write the log information of the target equipment into the USB equipment when the USB is allowed to capture the log, different data using requirements can be met, and data safety of the log information can be guaranteed.
