After the old people use the old people terminal to communicate with the TF channel, the subsequent networking process, network information uploading and downloading, service agent request and the like are automatically completed for the old people through the TF channel, so that the TF channel service avoids the complexity of operation brought by various APPs to the old people when the old people use a common mobile phone. Technically, functions of an old user, which are contacted with a general smart phone after the old user is connected to a TF (TransFlash) channel, are realized by the combination of server groups in an old network. The service provided by the TF channel provides a personal mobile phone hidden in the elder network for each elder user, so the service is called as mobile phone virtualization, the result is as if a hidden specially-assigned person operates a virtual mobile phone for the elder in the elder network, and the result after the virtual mobile phone is operated is transmitted to an elder terminal in the hand of the elder user through the TF channel for the elder to watch, so the need of the elder for own operation is eliminated. The concept of implementing a virtual mobile phone on the internet for the elderly is also proposed by the embodiment for the first time. The network service proxy method in the elder network described in this embodiment is an important technology for implementing a virtual mobile phone.
The implementation of the network service agent of the embodiment is completed by the network service agent server, the elder terminal, the guardian terminal and the personalized control setting server which are matched with each other. Wherein:
the guardian terminal: personalized requirements for entering information about an elderly services agent include (without limitation) service agent scope, authorization, and security.
Personalized control settings server: managing a user account of the elder network. Storing personalized parameters related to the network service proxy of the old people and providing the personalized parameters to the network service proxy server.
Old man terminal: for displaying an optimized personalized user interface to the elderly user for the elderly to select and submit service agent requests. The old people terminal is responsible for uploading service requests of old people users to the network service proxy server. The result of the proxy service is also downloaded to the terminal of the old man by the network service proxy server and displayed. The optimization of the personalized user interface displayed on the elderly terminal for controlling the service agents is performed by the network service agent server.
The network service proxy server: the method is responsible for accepting an agent service request uploaded by the old man terminal, completing service agent and simultaneously responsible for optimizing a service agent user interface displayed on the old man terminal. After the user terminal is connected with the old man terminal through the Internet and identifies the terminal user, a user interface optimization algorithm is started, and then the old man user interface optimization result corresponding to the terminal is downloaded to the old man terminal. And the old terminal dynamically generates a personalized service agent user interface according to the received interface optimization result.
The principle of the network service proxy method in the elder network is shown in fig. 3, and according to this embodiment, a network proxy service system is provided in the elder network. The old user uses the old terminal, and can transmit the service request to the common public information or business server in various internets through the network proxy service system. Different from the prior art, when a common user uses a mobile phone to request network service, the mobile phone of the user needs to be provided with a client APP of corresponding service in advance, and then the user directly transmits a service request to various public information or business servers through a user interface of the client APP. Therefore, the situation that a large number of APPs are installed on a mobile phone of a user often occurs, and each APP is provided for different user interfaces of the user, so that the old user is difficult to be suitable. When the old people use the old people terminal, the old people only need to click one or more keys on a unified user interface on the old people terminal to make simple service selection. And the old man terminal transmits the selection result of the old man to the network service proxy server. The network service proxy server automatically generates HTTP requests conforming to the format of the corresponding commercial server according to the selection of the old people, preset personal data such as user accounts, authentication information, authorization and the like and a pre-stored selected commercial server request interface template, and transmits the dynamically generated HTTP requests to the network service proxy server to realize interaction until the service proxy is completed. And finally, the service reply information returned from the commercial server is transmitted back to the old terminal. Therefore, when the old people request various network services, APP switching is not needed. The old man terminal always presents an optimized personalized operation interface for the old man, and the operation of the old man terminal is greatly simplified.
The network service proxy server in the old man network server group is a central component for realizing the network service proxy of the old man network. Fig. 4 shows a subsystem architecture of the network service proxy server, which specifically includes:
personalized interface optimization interface: and the data interface function between the old man terminal and the network service proxy server is responsible. And after the server is communicated with the old man terminal through the Internet, the server is responsible for downloading the optimized personalized user interface to the old man terminal and simultaneously transmitting the received service request uploaded by the old man terminal to the agent request module.
An agent request module: after receiving the request transmitted by the interface module, transmitting the request to the request conversion template module, and calling a corresponding template from the request conversion template module; and then calling a common server interface module according to the steps and formats defined by the return template, connecting a corresponding external common server through the common server interface module, and exchanging data according to the module definitions.
Request conversion template module: the service request broker template is centrally managed and stored. Each template defines an item of proxy service related data such as (without limitation): the public website of the service, the data requirement of the service request, the default service option setting and the identity authentication information.
A public server interface: the receiving agent requests to generate request data and exchange steps according to the definition of the request template, and exchanges data with an external public server to realize the service agent.
Personalized settings and usage history module: it is responsible for storing personalization settings related to the service broker and a history of personal service broker requests. The module will communicate with the personalization control settings server in real time and extract the personalization settings related to the service agents and simultaneously record the history of the personal service agent requests.
The interface optimization algorithm module for the old people comprises: and dynamically generating a selection sequence and flow control of an optimized user interface according to the personalized settings and the use history of the elder users stored in the personalized settings and use history module, downloading an optimized result to the elder terminal through the personalized interface optimization interface module, and generating and displaying a corresponding user interface by the elder terminal.
After the old people terminal is connected with the network service proxy server through the TF channel, the personalized interface optimization interface module is responsible for dynamically generating personalized interface linear browsing structure data to be downloaded. Based on the downloaded data, the elderly terminal displays an optimized personalized user interface for the user. The user selects a proxy service through the interface. And the old terminal uploads the service agent request selected by the user to a network service agent server. The personalized interface optimization interface module in the network service proxy server is responsible for receiving the terminal request and sending the terminal request to the proxy request module. The service request data should include specific service options and sub-options that clearly define the content of the service requested.
After the agent request module receives the request, the agent request module further calls a corresponding service conversion template from the request conversion template module. The request conversion template module prestores various public service request conversion templates (templates). Each translation template defines the web address of the external public server, the user authentication requirements, and the communication protocols, procedures, data and formats required for the corresponding service request. The proxy request module generates corresponding service request data according to the conversion template extracted from the request conversion template module, calls the public server interface module, establishes connection with a corresponding external public server by using a standard HTTP protocol, and performs data exchange to realize service proxy. The result of the service agent is returned to the terminal of the old people by the agent request module through the personalized interface optimization interface module.
The old man terminal displays an individualized user interface for a user, provides the user to select proxy service, and is dynamically calculated and generated by an old man interface optimization algorithm module of a network service proxy server under the support of individualized setting and a use history module. The optimization algorithm implemented in the interface optimization algorithm module of the old people calls the personalized setting of the corresponding user and the historical data of the proxy service use, and dynamically generates the priority of the options on the service proxy selection interface by combining the service proxy range supported by the system, and generates a corresponding data structure for defining the interface browsing frame structure. The data structure is downloaded to the old man terminal at the beginning of establishing the contact between the old man terminal and the network service proxy server, and the old man terminal dynamically generates a corresponding service proxy user interface according to the data structure.
A service agent interface browsing structure displayed on the terminal of the elderly is shown in fig. 5.
The interface structure of fig. 5 shows that the design uses a "linear" browsing path, which can ensure that the elderly will not get lost when selecting services and specific options in different services. The elderly user can browse to any service and sub-options of the service by only using the 'other' and 'return' keys.
The interface browsing structure seen by different old people users on the terminal is consistent and unchangeable, and the old people can conveniently master the interface browsing structure. However, for different users of the old people, the service options actually corresponding to each selection node of the browsing structure of the selection interface are different for each old person and can be dynamically adjusted along with time. Each service key and option key, the specific service it actually binds to and the corresponding service sub-options will be dynamically determined by the aforementioned interface optimization algorithm.
The interface structure of the old people terminal adopts a linear browsing path, so that the complexity of the old people when using the interface is simplified. The interface arranges all the service options and the sub-items thereof in sequence, and the user only has two browsing directions of forward browsing or backward browsing when searching the options, so that the condition that the user loses the condition of selecting the options in the interface without knowing how to select the options can not occur. The order in which the service options of the interface and its sub-items appear is determined by the optimization algorithm of the personalized user interface.
As shown in fig. 6, the interface optimization algorithm of this implementation (called UI _ OPT) works as follows:

For example, the guardian may restrict the elderly from using certain network services (e.g., restrict the elderly from using financial services or purchasing services), or restrict certain sub-options of certain types of services (e.g., restrict certain purchasing options of purchasing services), by personalized settings.
Then, the interface optimization algorithm ranks { T _ a, T _ b, T _ c, … … } and { T _ x _1, T _ x _2, T _ x _3, … … } where x ═ a, b, c, … } are sorted from high to low in usage frequency, the sorted set of service classes, for ease of discussion, are temporarily referred to as U ═ U _ a, U _ b, U _ c, … … } and the corresponding set of service sub-options are, for example, U _ x, { U _ x _1, U _ x _2, U _ x _3, … … }, where x ═ a, b, c, … }, according to the frequency of past usage of various types of services and their corresponding different sub-options.
The ordered U and U _ a, U _ b, U _ c … … dynamically bind with the URL set { service _ a _ URL, service _ b _ URL, service _ c _ URL, … … } and { service _ x _ option _1_ URL, service _ x _ option _2_ URL, service _ x _ option _3_ URL, … … } of a specific service, to generate a dynamically adaptive service selection interface for the elderly, where x ═ { a, b, c, … }.
At the service category level, different services, such as purchase, query, reservation, etc., will be distinguished by different URLs at the service category level. A specific service, such as a query service, may be further refined to query a bank account, social security welfare, medical security welfare, and the like, and in the sub-service class hierarchy, the sub-service classes in the same service class are also distinguished by different URLs in the sub-service hierarchy.
The dynamic binding means that an agent menu for an elderly person to select services displayed on a screen of an elderly terminal is dynamically generated according to a history of service agents used by the person. The displayed icon and browsing structure of the proxy menu will remain unchanged, except that the proxy service (i.e. the actually bundled URL) actually corresponding to each menu option on the menu will dynamically change according to the habit of personal use. For example, an elderly person may be very interested in his medical insurance welfare information for a certain period of time. The elderly use the proxy service to inquire the medical insurance information, and when the elderly continuously use the proxy service, the elderly can notice that the position of the menu option corresponding to the service in the menu browsing structure continuously moves forward. The first option of the service agent menu displayed for the elderly on the elderly terminal is to query the medical insurance welfare information. Dynamic bundling is a key technology for realizing user interface optimization.
And the network service proxy server downloads the sequenced URL set obtained by optimization to the terminal of the old. And the old man terminal dynamically generates a linear browsing user interface according to the received serialized URL set. The personalized interface generated by the interface optimization algorithm can arrange the frequently-used service classes and options of the old people on the first screen or the front selection screen of the interface, so that the old people can conveniently select the frequently-used personal proxy service.
To sum up, the process of using the network service agent of the elder network by the elder user is as follows: the old man terminal is internally pre-installed with a special program, and when the old man user activates the power switch of the old man terminal, the old man terminal starts the pre-installed program to automatically connect to the TF channel. The method for the elder terminal to access the TF channel is similar to the technology of the common equipment to access the Internet through a wireless network. After connecting to the TF channel, the user starts to watch the personalized information transmitted by the TF channel. The user can pause automatic information playback by touching the screen of the elderly terminal and activate the elderly-friendly service agent interface exclusive to the TF channel. The old user can request the proxy service function of the TF channel through the friendly interface and control the general information playback process of the TF channel.
Several examples of applications for providing network services to the elderly via an elderly network are listed below.
The elderly media service provider can push personalized media services to subscribed elderly through the elderly network and the TF channel.
The old people financial service provider can enable old people still living independently to conveniently check personal financial information at any time through TF channel proxy service.
The medical insurance organization can enable the independently living old people to realize services such as online registration and the like through the proxy service of the TF channel.
The senior citizen's institution may use the senior citizen's web and TF channel as its institution's proprietary senior information system and provide a distinctive, personalized senior citizen's service thereon.
The guardian can remotely control the capacity of the terminal of the old man through the TF channel to remotely monitor, remotely remind and bidirectionally communicate with the old man living alone or in a living-in-the-old-age institution in real time. The guardian can actively contact the old people at any time to know the conditions of the old people and avoid accidents, so that necessary real-time care is brought to the old people and the guardian is relieved.
The information displayed on the elderly terminal may be audio, video, pictures or characters processed by a server in the elderly network. Through the intermediate operation proxy of the old man network, the networking service provided by the embodiment for the old man can shield the unnecessary operation complexity of the old man when requesting the network service to the maximum extent. Such as personal repeat and commonly used web service requests, can be implemented substantially by a single click or by a simple selection of read-through multiple serialization on an elderly-friendly interface.
The elderly network can realize personalized service. The automatic agent service of different degrees is realized according to the personal health condition and the operation capability of each elder user and different requirements of the network by the person. The old people network collects and serializes personalized information of the old people, and then the personalized information is automatically and sequentially played back on the old people terminal. If the old people user chooses to make the TF channel play back automatically, watching personalized network information through the TF channel is as convenient as watching television, and the zero operation requirement of the old people participating in network activities is met. This is the basic starting point for TF channel function design. If the old people still have certain operation capability, the old people can pause the automatic playback mode by simply touching the screen of the old people terminal, start a specially designed old people-friendly interface to control and select the playback content of the TF channel, and further perform bidirectional communication with the TF channel to request the proxy service of the TF channel.
The TF channel allows the guardian and authorized facilitator to remotely control the elderly terminal through the TF channel. For example, a guardian can remotely turn on or turn off a camera of the terminal of the old person, or remind the old person through the terminal of the old person. The old people health care service provider can push personalized daily health care suggestions to the old people through the old people terminal or automatically collect personal health data after authorization. In technical implementation, the old people terminal is pre-equipped with a remote instruction execution environment and a corresponding program. The guardian and the authorized service provider transmit the instruction program to the terminal of the old through the TF channel. The control of the old man terminal is realized by executing the downloaded instruction program on the old man terminal. Through TF channel, the old people, regardless of age, physical condition and operation ability, the old people and the nursing staff or family members and the old people service business are tightly connected to a common old people network, and data communication at any time and any place is realized.
The elder network and the TF channel service based thereon described in this embodiment will form a network information system dedicated for the elder and provide a network service platform that can directly reach the elder for various care providers. The platform is a hub for connecting the old and various endowment services, so that the platform can play a key role in the process of an industrial chain formed around the endowment in the future.
Although ordinary users of mainstream age groups are interested in more and more advanced and powerful mobile phones and install abundant and diverse application software to meet the needs of various situations, such as communication, short messages, entertainment, purchase, audio-visual, surveillance, fitness, photography, etc. But the need for network media information by the elderly population is relatively limited, mainly focusing on communication, entertainment and audio-visual aspects, thus making it possible to implement zero-manipulation. Certainly, for the elder users with operation capability, the TF channel still designs a simple and convenient and personalized friendly interface for the elder users to select and control. The personalized interface means that the operation interface presented to each user is dynamically generated according to the operation habit of an individual, so that the personalized interface is greatly convenient for the old to use. Information personalization it is emphasized that the user has complete control over the network media information received, and the elderly's personalized settings are typically determined by the guardian. The TF channel only transmits the network media information content meeting the user personalized setting to the user, thereby realizing the information security of the elder people and avoiding the exposure of the elder users to the network information content which is not suitable for the individual or the phishing.
The start-up and implementation procedure of the TF channel service from the perspective of the elder network user is summarized as follows. The service may be initiated by a specific service web page request from the company providing the TF channel service. During the application, the applicant, such as a guardian or a manager of an elderly care institution, will define personalized settings for the service object under the guidance of the web page, including personal email address, micro-signal, news media website of interest, video service website, content playing preference order, repetition frequency, image-text background, dubbing selection, etc. After the service application is approved, an old people terminal with a size suitable for personal needs is obtained according to the selection in the application process. The elderly user will receive and view personalized media information content via this terminal. The elderly terminal is the receiving and displaying device of the TF channel disclosed in this embodiment. When the terminal is powered on and automatically accesses to the TF channel service platform, the video multimedia personal network information is continuously transmitted as if a special television channel is switched on.
When elderly users have such an intelligent display terminal device, they can also participate in information exchange and audiovisual entertainment based on the elderly network effectively with the appropriate help of guardians. The content played on the display of the intelligent terminal and the controllable options of the user interface are completely controlled by the personalized setting defined during the service application and can be changed at any time by the guardian through the service application webpage.
Therefore, in a sense, the TF channel service simplifies and replaces part of the guardian's work. It is assumed that if a common mobile phone or tablet computer is used to receive and watch the same network information, the guardian needs to continuously help the old user to operate the mobile phone or computer, which brings frequent work to the guardian and is hard to last for a long time. Moreover, the experience process of using network media is time-consuming and troublesome and lacks autonomy by means of guardians, so that the network content receiving is further lack of real-time performance, the attractiveness of the network to the old users is reduced, and the enthusiasm of people in marginal age groups for participating in and using network information is struck. With the TF channel service based on this embodiment, the guardian only needs to define the personalized service setting once, and then the user can automatically receive and view the real-time network information according to the personal schedule. Therefore, the service has great significance for the old users or the guardians of the users.
Meanwhile, in order to fully enable the old people to enjoy the convenience and the benefit brought by the networked living, help and enhance the independent living ability of the old people, the TF channel service also provides proxy service for the needed old people users through specialized service interfaces. Through this proxy service, the elderly can easily and safely conduct network activities such as inquiry, purchase, ticket booking, registration, payment, and the like.
It is not hard to predict that the TF channel service, which is well-established in the art, is generally popular when it is provided to the society through the elderly network, and thus has a great potential market and business opportunity.
As the elder network gradually attracts a huge C-end user group, an operator (B-end user) of the endowment industry and service industry will be further prompted to select the elder network to connect with its service customers, and expand its operating market by using the elder network. The introduction of the B-end user gradually changes the elder network into an information service platform of the endowment industry, and more C-end users are attracted to participate in the elder network. Circulating in this way, a business ecosystem for old people and a corresponding industrial chain are formed around the old people net. The geriatric net functions as a coupling hub in this industrial chain.
Example 2
The embodiment further explains how to use the invention to realize convenient and safe financial service proxy for the elder users by taking the financial service of the elder network as an example. The specific process is as follows:
1. the guardian (or guardian organization) of the old-aged user applies for the old-aged user and starts a network proxy service item by logging in an old-aged network service application webpage provided by the personalized control setting server. The activation of this service requires special authorization by the guardian and provides the following information:
a. service broker wide authorization, such as querying medical insurance, ordering breakfast, managing money over the internet, and so on.

According to the received configuration information of the old man service agent request, the network service agent server automatically generates a corresponding group of service request templates and stores the generated templates in a template library (namely a request conversion template module in the figure 4) for later use. Each service request template provides detailed data request protocols, authentication steps, personal information, reply content, report formats, etc. for a particular online single service of the bank.
5. The network service proxy server simultaneously establishes a corresponding personal data file in the personalized setting and using historical data storage module for the elder user, and starts and initializes an elder interface optimization algorithm module of the service proxy.
6. After the service agent application of the old people is approved, the personalized interface optimization interface module of the network service agent server starts to display a personalized agent service menu on the old people terminal used by the old people user according to the calculation result of the old people interface optimization algorithm module. As time goes by, the service items commonly used by the elderly will be automatically displayed at the front of the selection menu, as shown in fig. 7.
7. Continuing with the financial service example, if the elderly often want to see the bank account expenditure situation of the last month, the elderly need only click on the "last month outstanding" icon from the menu. And then, the old man terminal automatically uploads the service agent request selected by the old man to a network service agent server.
8. The network service proxy server transmits the request to the personalized setting and use history data storage module and simultaneously transmits the request to the proxy request module to implement service proxy.
9. The proxy request module of the web services proxy server will invoke the service request template corresponding to this particular proxy request from the request translation template module. Under the control of the returned service request template, the proxy request module makes a connection with a public network server of a corresponding bank through a public server interface module of the network service proxy server by using a standard HTTP protocol, and replaces the old and the server of the bank to complete the required identity authentication and complete the corresponding data request.
10. After receiving the requested data from the bank server, the proxy request module of the network service proxy server further formats the data according to the personalized requirements recorded in the request template, and then downloads the processed data to the old terminal for display through the personalized interface optimization interface module. Fig. 8 is a sample of expense reports to be displayed on the screen of the elderly terminal after the elderly click-selects "last month expense".
11. An elderly network service broker system, comprising: an elderly terminal, a guardian terminal and the elderly web server set of claim 3; the system comprises an old people terminal, a guardian terminal, a monitoring server group, a remote server group and a remote server group, wherein the old people terminal and the guardian terminal are both connected with the old people network server group through a specific network communication channel, the old people terminal provides a specialized user interface for an old people user, and the old people request and receive various commercial and information services through the user interface; the guardian terminal manages and controls the process of using the network service by the old people, and requests and sets personalized old people network service for the old people.

The elderly network service agent system of claim 5, further comprising a service provider terminal, wherein the guardian terminal and the service provider terminal can both connect to the remote control server through a specific network communication channel, so as to remotely control the elderly terminal.

An old man network service proxy method is characterized in that: the elderly terminal connecting to the elderly web server group of claim 2 or 3; the old man network server group realizes the function of a virtual mobile phone, receives a service agent request submitted from an old man terminal, processes the service request for the old man, collects information, converts various collected and received network information into information suitable for the old man to receive, and sends a service result back to the old man terminal to finish service agent.
8. A method for service brokering using the network service brokering system for elderly people of claim 5, wherein:
the guardian terminal requests and sets personalized old people network service for the old people user, and manages and controls the process of using the network service by the old people;
the old man terminal uploads a service request of an old man user to the old man network server group and displays a proxy service result on an individualized user interface;
the old man network server group accepts an agent service request uploaded by the old man terminal, completes service agent and optimizes a service agent user interface displayed on the old man terminal; meanwhile, various network information is collected and received in the internet for the old people, converted into information suitable for the old people to receive, and pushed to the old people terminal.
9. The method for performing network service proxy for the elderly using the elderly network server group of claim 3, comprising the steps of:
firstly, a guardian uses a monitoring terminal, contacts with a personalized control setting server through a specific network communication channel, and sets personalized service for an old user through a special user interface provided by the server;
secondly, the personalized control setting server transmits the personalized service setting to the personalized setting and use history module in the network service proxy server for storage and management;
after the old people terminal is started, automatically contacting a network service proxy server through a specific network communication channel, and directly connecting a personalized interface optimization interface module in the server, wherein the module automatically identifies the old people user corresponding to the old people terminal;
step four, the personalized interface optimization interface module calls an old man interface optimization algorithm module to dynamically generate an optimized personalized user interface browsing structure frame for the identified old man user;
step five, the interface optimization algorithm module of the elder dynamically calculates and generates a data structure to define an optimized user interface browsing structure frame according to personalized service setting provided by the personalized setting and use history module and the history of the user using network service, and then returns the result to the personalized interface optimization interface module, and the module further downloads the optimized user interface browsing structure frame data to the elder terminal;

step eight, after the proxy request module completes the service request conversion according to the service template, calling a public server interface module to request corresponding services from a public server in the Internet;
step nine, the public server interface module uses the internet standard protocol to request corresponding service from the public server, and sends the service result back to the personalized interface optimization interface module through the agent request module;
and step ten, the personalized interface optimization interface module further transmits the result of the service agent back to the old terminal to complete the service agent.

The method of network service brokering for elderly people of claim 9, wherein: the interface structure of the old people terminal adopts a linear browsing path, the sequence of the service options and the sub items of the interface is determined by an optimization algorithm of a personalized user interface, all the service options and the sub items thereof are arranged in sequence, and a user only has two browsing directions of forward browsing or backward browsing when searching for the options.
11. The method of performing elderly web services proxying according to claim 10, wherein: the personalized user interface optimization algorithm is specifically as follows:
