Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a mail backup method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method is applied to an electronic device, and specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the mail backup method according to the embodiment of the present invention may include, but is not limited to, the following steps:
s101, the electronic equipment acquires the mail to be backed up and first-class attribute information of the mail to be backed up, wherein the first-class attribute information comprises a mail subject of the mail to be backed up, a mail sending address of the mail to be backed up and/or a preset grade of the mail to be backed up.
Specifically, the electronic device may obtain the mail to be backed up from its own cache queue, or the electronic device may receive the mail to be backed up through the transceiver, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In one implementation manner, when the electronic device receives the mail to be backed up, the electronic device may receive the first type attribute information of the mail to be backed up at the same time. In an implementation manner, when receiving the mail to be backed up, the electronic device may parse the mail to be backed up to obtain the first type attribute information of the mail to be backed up, for example, the electronic device may extract the first type attribute information from a preset field of the mail to be backed up.
The first type attribute information of the mail to be backed up may include, but is not limited to, a mail subject of the mail to be backed up, a mail sending address of the mail to be backed up, and a preset level of the mail to be backed up. In an implementation manner, the preset level of the email to be backed up may be preset by the electronic device for the email to be backed up according to user operation, specifically, the user may mark the email in the electronic device by a mark (such as a red circle, a black circle, and the like), and the electronic device may set the level of the email according to the mark marked by the user on the email. For example, if the user marks email 1 in the electronic device with a red circle and email 2 in the electronic device with a black circle, the electronic device may set the level of email 1 to be higher than the level of email 2.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the electronic device may be a terminal device or a server. The terminal device may be a smartphone, a tablet Computer, a Personal Computer (PC), a smart television, a smart watch, a vehicle-mounted device, a wearable device, a terminal device in the fifth-generation future mobile communication technology (the 5th generation,5 g) network, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
S102, the electronic equipment judges whether the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up according to a preset backup rule and the first-class attribute information.
In one implementation manner, a preset backup rule may be stored in the electronic device, and the preset backup rule may record how to determine whether the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up according to the first type of attribute information of the mail to be backed up, and the specific implementation manner that the electronic device determines whether the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up according to the preset backup rule and the first type of attribute information may be: and if the mail subject of the mail to be backed up comprises the preset key words, the electronic equipment determines that the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up. The preset keywords may be keywords included in a mail topic of a preset mail to be backed up, and the preset keywords may be one or more of characters, letters, character strings, numbers and symbols. Specifically, after the electronic device acquires the mail to be backed up, the electronic device may extract the mail topic of the mail to be backed up, and determine whether the mail topic includes a preset keyword, and if so, determine that the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up. In an implementation manner, the electronic device may store one or more preset keywords, and when the electronic device stores a plurality of preset keywords, as long as a mail topic of the mail to be backed up includes at least one preset keyword of the plurality of preset keywords, it may be determined that the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up. For example, if the preset keywords stored in the electronic device include "important", and "regulation", and the main topic of the mail to be backed up is "important item: in the item 1 solution, "the electronic device may determine that the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up because the mail topic of the mail to be backed up includes the preset keyword" important ". Optionally, the preset backup rule may be set by the electronic device as a default, or may be set by the electronic device according to a user operation, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In one implementation manner, the specific implementation manner that the electronic device determines whether the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up according to the preset backup rule and the first-type attribute information may be: if the mail subject of the mail to be backed up comprises the filtering keyword, the electronic equipment determines that the mail to be backed up does not need to be backed up. The filtering keywords can be keywords contained in the mail subject of the mail which is not required to be backed up and is set in advance, and the filtering keywords can be one or more of characters, letters, character strings, numbers and symbols. In one implementation manner, the electronic device may store one or more filtering keywords, and when the electronic device stores a plurality of filtering keywords, it may be determined that the mail to be backed up does not need to be backed up as long as the mail topic of the mail to be backed up includes at least one filtering keyword of the plurality of filtering keywords.
In one implementation manner, the specific implementation manner that the electronic device determines whether the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up according to the preset backup rule and the first-type attribute information may be: and if the mail sending address is the preset sending address, the electronic equipment determines that the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up. The preset sending address can be a preset sending address of the mail needing to be backed up. In one implementation manner, the electronic device may store one or more preset sending addresses, and when the electronic device stores a plurality of preset sending addresses, as long as the mail sending address of the mail to be backed up is any one of the preset sending addresses, it may be determined that the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up.
In one implementation manner, the specific implementation manner that the electronic device determines whether the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up according to the preset backup rule and the first-type attribute information may be: and if the mail sending address is the filtering sending address, the electronic equipment determines that the mail to be backed up does not need to be backed up. Wherein, the filtering sending address can be the preset sending address of the mail which does not need to be backed up. In one implementation manner, the electronic device may store one or more filtering sending addresses, and when the electronic device stores a plurality of filtering sending addresses, it may be determined that the mail to be backed up does not need to be backed up as long as the mail sending address of the mail to be backed up is any one of the filtering sending addresses.
In one implementation manner, the specific implementation manner that the electronic device determines whether the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up according to the preset backup rule and the first-type attribute information may be: and if the preset grade of the mail to be backed up is higher than the target grade, the electronic equipment determines that the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up. The preset level of the mail to be backed up can be preset by the electronic equipment according to user operation, the higher level indicates that the importance of the mail to be backed up is higher, the importance of the mail to be backed up with the level higher than the target level is higher, and the mail to be backed up with the level higher than the target level can be backed up, so that the loss of important mails and the influence on the work of a user can be avoided.
In an implementation manner, the specific implementation manner in which the electronic device determines whether the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up according to the preset backup rule and the first-class attribute information may be: and if the preset grade of the mail to be backed up is equal to or lower than the target grade, the electronic equipment determines that the mail to be backed up does not need to be backed up. For example, when the electronic device receives some junk mails, the user may mark these junk mails with filtering marks, and the electronic device may determine that it is not necessary to backup these junk mails through the filtering marks set by the user.
In one implementation manner, the specific implementation manner that the electronic device determines whether the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up according to the preset backup rule and the first-type attribute information may be: and determining the importance of the mail to be backed up according to the first type of attribute information, and if the importance of the mail to be backed up is higher than a preset importance threshold, determining that the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up. Specifically, the electronic device performs weighted summation on the mail subject of the mail to be backed up, the mail sending address and the preset grade of the mail to be backed up to obtain the importance of the mail to be backed up. For example, the electronic device may obtain preset keywords included in a mail subject of the mail to be backed up and weights of the preset keywords, and if the mail sending address of the mail to be backed up is the preset sending address, obtain the weights of the preset sending address, obtain a preset level of the mail to be backed up and weights of the level, and further perform weighted summation on the items to obtain the importance of the mail to be backed up. It should be noted that the weights of different preset keywords may be the same or different.
In an implementation manner, the specific implementation manner in which the electronic device determines whether the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up according to the preset backup rule and the first-class attribute information may be: if the mail theme of the mail to be backed up comprises a preset keyword, the mail sending address of the mail to be backed up is a preset sending address, the preset level of the mail to be backed up is higher than the target level, or the importance of the mail to be backed up is higher than the preset importance threshold, determining that the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up. That is, as long as the first-class attribute information of the mail to be backed up satisfies at least one of the above four conditions, it is determined that the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up.
Therefore, whether the mails to be backed up need to be backed up is judged according to the preset backup rule and the first-class attribute information of the mails to be backed up, that is, the mails to be backed up are backed up as required, but not all the received mails are backed up, so that unnecessary mails can be prevented from being backed up, and the backup of important mails by using a limited storage space is facilitated.
In an implementation manner, the preset keyword (or the filtering keyword, the preset dispatch address, the filtering dispatch address, the target level, and the preset importance threshold) may be set by default in the electronic device, or may be determined by the electronic device according to a user operation, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. In one implementation, a mail client may be installed in the electronic device, a preset keyword (or a filtering keyword, a preset sending address, a filtering sending address, a target level, and a preset importance threshold) setting function may be configured in the mail client, and a user may set the preset keyword (or the filtering keyword, the preset sending address, the filtering sending address, the target level, and the preset importance threshold) by triggering the function (e.g., clicking a button). In one implementation, if the user only needs to backup the most important mails and does not want to backup too many mails, the preset importance threshold may be set to be larger; if the user wishes to backup most important mails, the preset importance threshold may be set to be smaller.
In one implementation manner, the electronic device may record information such as a mail subject and a mail sending address of a mail to be backed up, which is manually marked with a red circle by a user, and count the number of mails to be backed up, which are marked with a red circle and include the same keyword in the mail subject, and if the number exceeds a first preset threshold, the electronic device may automatically set the keyword as a preset keyword, that is, if a mail to be backed up including the keyword is received again, it may be determined that the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up. Or, if the number exceeds the first preset threshold, the electronic device may output a preset keyword setting frame, so that the user selects whether to set the keyword as the preset keyword, and if so, if the mail to be backed up including the keyword is received again, it may be determined that the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up; if the user selects no, if the mail to be backed up containing the keyword is received again, it can be determined that the mail to be backed up does not need to be backed up. By the method, the preset keywords can be set more intelligently, and the situation that the operation is too complicated when the user actively sets the preset keywords is avoided.
Similarly, the electronic device may count the number of the mails to be backed up marked with the red circles and having the same mail sending address, and if the number exceeds the second preset threshold, the electronic device may automatically set the mail sending address as the preset mail sending address, that is, if the mail to be backed up whose mail sending address is the mail sending address is received again, it may be determined that the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up. Or, if the number exceeds a second preset threshold, the electronic device may output a preset sending address setting frame, so that the user selects whether to set the mail sending address as the preset sending address, and if the user selects yes, if the mail to be backed up whose sending address is the mail sending address is received again, it may be determined that the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up; if the user selects no, if the mail to be backed up with the mail sending address as the mail sending address is received again, the mail to be backed up can be determined not to be backed up. Through the mode, the preset sending address can be set more intelligently, and the phenomenon that the operation is too complicated when a user actively sets the preset sending address is avoided.
S103, if the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up, the electronic equipment acquires second-class attribute information of the mail to be backed up, wherein the second-class attribute information comprises the mail subject, the mail sending address and/or the data volume of the attachment in the mail to be backed up.
Specifically, if it is determined that the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up, the electronic device needs to determine where to back up the mail to be backed up. The data volume of the attachment in the mail to be backed up refers to the storage space that the data forming the attachment needs to occupy in the memory. In one implementation manner, when the electronic device receives a mail to be backed up, if the mail to be backed up includes an attachment, the electronic device may detect and record the data amount of the attachment.
In one implementation manner, if it is determined that the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up, the electronic device may further obtain a received time length of the mail to be backed up before obtaining the second type of attribute information of the mail to be backed up, and if the received time length is greater than a first time length threshold, trigger the step of obtaining the second type of attribute information of the mail to be backed up. The received time length may refer to a difference between the current system time and the time when the electronic device receives the mail to be backed up. When the received time length is longer than the first time length threshold value, the step of acquiring the second type attribute information is triggered, so that the mail to be backed up can be prevented from being backed up when the received time length is shorter, and the pressure on a storage space is favorably reduced. And if the mail to be backed up is backed up when the received time length is short, the situation that the mail to be backed up is deleted by the user after the backup is finished possibly is caused, namely the user considers that the mail to be backed up does not need to be backed up, and therefore, the step of acquiring the second type attribute information is triggered when the received time length is longer than the first time length threshold, the utilization rate of the mail to be backed up is improved, and the utilization rate of the storage space is improved.
In an implementation manner, if it is determined that the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up, the electronic device may further obtain a received time length of the mail to be backed up before obtaining the second type of attribute information of the mail to be backed up, and if the received time length is greater than the first time length threshold and smaller than the filing time length threshold, trigger a step of obtaining the second type of attribute information of the mail to be backed up. The archiving time threshold value can be the time set by the electronic equipment from the time of receiving the mail to be backed up to the time of archiving the mail to be backed up. When the received time length is greater than the first time length threshold and less than the archiving time length threshold, the step of obtaining the second type attribute information of the mail to be backed up is triggered, so that the mail to be backed up can be ensured to be backed up before being archived, and too much pressure on a storage space caused by too early backup of the mail to be backed up can be avoided. Because the mail is difficult to find after being filed and the searching process is complicated, even if the mail is found, the previewing effect when previewing the mail on the cloud platform is poor, and the user experience is poor. Therefore, in order to avoid finding the email on the cloud platform, the electronic device may actively backup the email before the email is archived, that is, when the received time length of the email is less than the archiving time length threshold value. In an implementation manner, both the first time period threshold and the filing time period threshold may be set by the electronic device as a default, or may be determined by the electronic device according to a user operation, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In one implementation, the electronic device may set the same first duration threshold for each email to be backed up; alternatively, the electronic device may set different first duration thresholds for different mails to be backed up. For example, a smaller first duration threshold may be set for the mail to be backed up with higher importance, and a larger first duration threshold may be set for the mail to be backed up with lower importance.
In one implementation manner, the electronic device may detect in real time whether the received time length of the mail to be backed up is greater than a first time length threshold, and immediately determine whether to back up the mail once the received time length of the mail to be backed up is greater than the first time length threshold. In one implementation manner, the electronic device may detect, in a preset detection period, whether the received time length of each mail to be backed up is greater than a corresponding first time length threshold, and back up the mail to be backed up that is greater than the corresponding first time length threshold. For example, the electronic device may be operating at 24:00:00 hours, detecting whether the received time length of each mail to be backed up in all the received mails to be backed up is greater than the corresponding first time length threshold value. By the method, a plurality of mails to be backed up which are larger than the corresponding first time length threshold value can be backed up at the same time, and whether the received time length of each mail to be backed up is larger than the corresponding first time length threshold value is not required to be monitored in real time, so that the power consumption of the electronic equipment can be reduced.
And S104, the electronic equipment takes the position matched with the second type attribute information as a backup position of the mail to be backed up so as to back up the mail to be backed up at the backup position.
Specifically, the electronic device may use the position matched with the second type of attribute information as a backup position of the mail to be backed up, that is, determine where to backup the mail to be backed up. In one implementation, the backup location of the mail to be backed up may include a backup device of the mail to be backed up, and the backup device may be local to a preset backup server or an electronic device.
In an implementation manner, the electronic device may store a first backup rule, where the mail to be backed up corresponding to each preset keyword is backed up, where the mail to be backed up corresponding to each preset sending address is backed up, and where the mail to be backed up is determined according to the data amount of the attachment in the mail to be backed up. For example, the first backup rule may include the following: backing up the mail to be backed up with the mail theme comprising the preset keyword 1 (or the preset keyword 2 and the preset keyword 3) to a preset backup server (namely the preset keyword 1 (or the preset keyword 2 and the preset keyword 3) is matched with the preset backup server), and backing up the mail to be backed up with the mail theme comprising the preset keyword 4 (or the preset keyword 5) to the local electronic equipment (namely the preset keyword 4 (or the preset keyword 5) is matched with the local electronic equipment); backing up the mail to be backed up with the mail sending address as a preset sending address 1 (or a preset sending address 2 and a preset sending address 3) to a preset backup server (namely the preset sending address 1 (or the preset sending address 2 and the preset sending address 3) is matched with the preset backup server), and backing up the mail to be backed up with the mail sending address as a preset sending address 4 (or a preset sending address 5 and a preset sending address 6) to the local electronic equipment (namely the preset sending address 4 (or the preset sending address 5 and the preset sending address 6) is matched with the local electronic equipment); and backing up the mail to be backed up with the data volume of the attachment larger than the preset data volume threshold to a preset backup server, and backing up the mail to be backed up with the data volume of the attachment smaller than or equal to the preset data volume threshold to the local part of the electronic equipment.
When the backup device is a preset backup server, the electronic device may send the mail to be backed up to the preset backup server, so that after the preset backup server receives the mail to be backed up, the mail to be backed up may be backed up, that is, the mail to be backed up is stored in the preset backup server.
In an implementation manner, the preset data amount threshold may be set by the electronic device as a default, or may be determined by the electronic device according to a user operation, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
The mail to be backed up is backed up to the local electronic equipment, so that the mail to be backed up can be conveniently searched in the local electronic equipment subsequently, and the searching efficiency of the mail is improved; the mail to be backed up with the data volume of the attachment larger than the preset data volume threshold value is backed up to the preset backup server, so that the storage space of the electronic equipment can be prevented from being exhausted quickly.
By implementing the embodiment of the invention, on one hand, backup can be carried out according to the requirement according to the preset backup rule and the first-class attribute information, so that more important mails are backed up by using the limited storage space; on the other hand, after the mail to be backed up is backed up at the backup position, the mail to be backed up can be conveniently searched at the backup position subsequently, so that the efficiency of searching the mail is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of another mail backup method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method is applied to an electronic device, and specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the mail backup method according to the embodiment of the present invention may include, but is not limited to, the following steps:
s201, the electronic equipment acquires the mail to be backed up and first-class attribute information of the mail to be backed up, wherein the first-class attribute information comprises a mail subject of the mail to be backed up, a mail sending address of the mail to be backed up and/or a preset grade of the mail to be backed up.
S202, the electronic equipment judges whether the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up according to a preset backup rule and the first-class attribute information.
S203, if the mail to be backed up needs to be backed up, the electronic equipment acquires second type attribute information of the mail to be backed up, wherein the second type attribute information comprises the mail subject, the mail sending address and/or the data volume of the attachment in the mail to be backed up.
It should be noted that, the execution processes of step S201 to step S203 may refer to the specific descriptions in step S101 to step S103 in fig. 1, which are not described herein again.
And S204, the electronic equipment takes the equipment matched with the second type attribute information as backup equipment of the mail to be backed up.
Specifically, the backup location of the email to be backed up may include a backup device of the email to be backed up and a backup address in the backup device, and the backup device may be a preset backup server or local to the electronic device. In an implementation manner, the specific implementation manner that the electronic device uses the device matched with the second type of attribute information as the backup device of the mail to be backed up may be: if the data volume of the attachments in the mail to be backed up is larger than a preset data volume threshold value, taking a preset backup server as backup equipment of the mail to be backed up; and if the data volume of the attachment in the mail to be backed up is less than or equal to the preset data volume threshold, taking the electronic equipment as the backup equipment of the mail to be backed up.
In an implementation manner, the second type of attribute information of the mail to be backed up may further include a predicted using time of the mail to be backed up, where the predicted using time of the mail to be backed up is a predicted time for acquiring the mail to be backed up next time after acquiring the mail to be backed up.
In one implementation manner, the specific implementation manner of the electronic device determining the predicted using time of the mail to be backed up may be: if the mail subject of the mail to be backed up includes the project key words of the target project, the electronic device may determine that the mail to be backed up belongs to the target project, acquire the copy time set for the target project, and determine the copy time as the predicted use time of the mail to be backed up. The electronic device may set one or more items in the mail client, and set item keywords of each item and a review time of each item, where the review time of an item refers to a time for reviewing and summarizing the item, and generally may determine an end time of an item as the review time of the item. In one implementation manner, the item keyword of each item may be one or more, and the mail subject of the mail to be backed up may determine that the mail to be backed up belongs to the target item as long as the mail subject includes at least one item keyword of the target item.
For example, when the electronic device sets two items (item 1 and item 2) in the mail client, the item keyword of item 1 includes: keyword 1, keyword 2, and keyword 3, the item keywords of item 2 including: the mail to be backed up is determined to belong to the item 1, and further the predicted use time of the mail to be backed up is determined to be 2 months, 10 days and 24 days, 00.
In an implementation manner, the specific implementation manner that the electronic device uses the device matched with the second type of attribute information as the backup device of the mail to be backed up may be: the electronic equipment acquires the interval duration between the predicted use time of the mail to be backed up and the current system time; if the interval duration is greater than the second duration threshold, taking a preset backup server as backup equipment of the mail to be backed up; and if the interval time length is less than or equal to the second time length threshold value, using the electronic equipment as backup equipment of the mail to be backed up. The interval time refers to the time length from the current system time to the predicted time that the mail to be backed up is likely to be used. If the interval duration is greater than the second duration threshold, it indicates that the time when the mail to be backed up is used is far from the current time, that is, the mail to be backed up is not used in a short period, and at this time, the mail to be backed up is backed up to the preset backup server, so that the local storage space of the electronic equipment can be prevented from being exhausted quickly. If the interval time is less than or equal to the second time threshold, it indicates that the time of the mail to be backed up is closer to the current time, that is, the mail to be backed up is used in a short period of time, and at this time, the mail to be backed up is backed up to the local of the electronic device, so that a search result can be quickly obtained locally when the mail to be backed up is searched subsequently, thereby being beneficial to improving the mail search efficiency.
S205, the electronic device takes the storage address matched with the second type attribute information as a backup address of the mail to be backed up in the backup device, so as to back up the mail to be backed up at the backup address in the backup device.
The electronic device may determine which backup device (e.g., a preset backup server or electronic device) to backup the mail to be backed up through step S204, and the electronic device may determine at which position of the backup device the mail to be backed up is backed up, that is, determine the backup address of the mail to be backed up in the backup device through step S205.
Specifically, the specific implementation manner that the electronic device uses the storage address matched with the second type of attribute information as the backup address of the mail to be backed up in the backup device may be: the electronic equipment determines the storage address of a first file directory in the backup equipment as the backup address of the mail to be backed up, and the storage address of the first file directory is used for backing up the mail with the same type of subject as the subject of the mail to be backed up. The first file directory may be a file directory, the first file directory may include one or more folders, each folder may be configured to store (i.e., backup) one mail to be backed up, and all folders in the first file directory have the same mail topic type of the mail to be backed up, and in this way, mails to be backed up having the same topic type may be backed up in the same file directory. The first file directory may correspond to a storage area, the storage address of the first file directory may be a first free address in the corresponding storage area, and the data stored in the non-free address is the mail backed up in the first file directory.
In an implementation manner, a specific implementation manner that the electronic device uses the storage address matched with the second type of attribute information as a backup address of the mail to be backed up in the backup device may further be that: the electronic equipment determines the storage address of a second file directory in the backup equipment as the backup address of the mail to be backed up, and the storage address of the second file directory is used for backing up the mail with the mail sending address same as that of the mail to be backed up. The second file directory may be a file directory, the second file directory may include one or more folders, each folder may be configured to store (i.e., backup) a mail to be backed up, mail sending addresses of the mails to be backed up that are backed up in all folders in the second file directory are the same, and in this way, the mails to be backed up that have the same mail sending address may be backed up to the same file directory, that is, the mails sent by the same sender may be backed up to the same file directory. The second file directory may correspond to a storage area, the storage address of the second file directory may be a first free address in the corresponding storage area, and the data stored in the non-free address is the mail backed up in the second file directory.
In an implementation manner, the second type of attribute information of the email to be backed up may further include a target item to which the email to be backed up belongs, and a specific implementation manner in which the electronic device uses the storage address matched with the second type of attribute information as a backup address of the email to be backed up in the backup device may further be that: the electronic equipment determines a third file directory set in the backup equipment aiming at the target item, acquires a storage address of the third file directory, and determines the storage address of the third file directory as a backup address of the mail to be backed up, wherein the storage address of the third file directory is used for backing up the mail belonging to the target item. The third file directory may be a file directory, the third file directory may include one or more folders, each folder may be used to store (i.e., backup) one mail to be backed up, and items to which the mail to be backed up in all the folders in the third file directory belongs are target items. The third file directory may correspond to a storage area, the storage address of the third file directory may be the first free address in the corresponding storage area, and the data stored in the non-free address is the mail that has been backed up in the third file directory.
In an implementation manner, the second type of attribute information of the email to be backed up may further include a receiving time of the email to be backed up, where the receiving time may be a time when the electronic device receives the email to be backed up, and a specific implementation manner in which the electronic device uses the storage address matched with the second type of attribute information as the backup address of the email to be backed up in the backup device may further be: the electronic equipment determines a target time interval to which the receiving time of the mail to be backed up belongs, acquires a fourth file directory set in the backup equipment for the target time interval, acquires a storage address of the fourth file directory, and determines the storage address of the fourth file directory as a backup address of the mail to be backed up, wherein the storage address of the fourth file directory is used for backing up the mail of which the time interval to which the receiving time belongs is the target time interval. The fourth file directory may be a file directory, the fourth file directory may include one or more folders, each folder may be configured to store (i.e., backup) one mail to be backed up, and the receiving time of the mail to be backed up in all folders in the fourth file directory all belong to the target time interval. The fourth file directory may correspond to a storage area, the storage address of the fourth file directory may be the first free address in the corresponding storage area, and the data stored in the non-free address is the mail that has been backed up in the fourth file directory. For example, the electronic device may backup all mails with a receiving time of 2 months, 1 day 00 to 2 months, 30 days, 24.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mail is backed up in a file directory mode, so that the subsequent mail searching is more convenient.
In one implementation, when the backup device is an electronic device, a backup directory may be established in the mail client, where the backup directory includes one or more subordinate backup directories, and each subordinate backup directory has a mapping relationship with a local first file directory (or a second file directory, a third file directory, and a fourth file directory). The user clicks one lower backup directory, and then can view each mail backed up in the first file directory (or the second file directory, the third file directory, and the fourth file directory) corresponding to the clicked lower backup directory in the mail client. By the method, the mail is prevented from being difficult to search after being filed, the backed-up mail can be checked in the mail client in a checking mode set by the mail client, and the user experience is improved.
In one implementation, if a copy command for a target item is detected, the electronic device may obtain a backup device and a backup address in the backup device for each email belonging to the target item, obtain each email belonging to the target item according to the backup device and the backup address in the backup device for each email, and display each email belonging to the target item in the email client. When a duplication instruction for the target item is detected, the fact that the user needs to duplicate the target item is indicated, and when the duplication instruction is conducted on the target item, all mails related to the target item need to be consulted again, so that the electronic equipment displays all mails belonging to the target item in the mail client side, and the user can conveniently summarize the target item according to the displayed mail content. In one implementation, when the current system time is the same as the duplication time of the first item, the electronic device may output a prompt message to prompt the user to duplicate the first item. Through the mode, the user can be prompted to summarize the work of the first project in time, missing and gap filling are conducted, the intelligence of the electronic equipment is improved, and better work of the user is facilitated.
By implementing the embodiment of the invention, on one hand, backup can be carried out according to needs according to the first-class attribute information, so that more important mails are backed up by using limited storage space; on the other hand, the mail is backed up in a file directory mode, so that the subsequent mail searching is more convenient, and the efficiency of searching the mail is improved.
