The invention aims to provide a condenser with automatic gas-liquid separation for a central air conditioner, which aims to solve the problems that the prior air conditioner does not separate gas from liquid when the air conditioner refrigerates through the condenser, cold air generally contains water vapor, and the water vapor enters a room to cause the humidity of the indoor air and cause the mildew of indoor articles after a long time.

a condenser with automatic gas-liquid separation for a central air conditioner comprises a first installation box, a second installation box is installed at the bottom end in the first installation box through bolts, a condenser pipe is arranged in the second mounting box, the inlet of the condenser pipe is communicated with a liquid inlet pipe, one end of the condenser pipe, which is far away from the liquid inlet pipe, is connected with a communicating pipe, one end of the communicating pipe, which is far away from the condensing pipe, is communicated with a gas-liquid separating mechanism, the lower side of one end of the gas-liquid separating mechanism, which is far away from the communicating pipe, is communicated with a liquid outlet pipe, the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe both penetrate through the first mounting box and extend to the outer side, a mounting frame is welded in the middle of the side wall of the rear side of the first mounting box, a servo motor is fixed on the mounting rack through a bolt, fan blades are fixed at the end part of an output shaft of the servo motor, the flabellum sets up the inside at first install bin, the second install bin is located the positive front side of flabellum.
Preferably, the gas-liquid separation mechanism includes a storage tank, the storage tank is installed on one side of the inside of the first installation box, the upper end of the storage tank is communicated with the communicating pipe, a floating ball is arranged inside the storage tank, a connecting rod is fixed to the upper end of the floating ball, and a push block is fixed to the upper end of the connecting rod.

Preferably, the middle of the side walls of the front side and the rear side of the first installation box are respectively fixed with a dustproof net.
Preferably, the outer side of the fan blade is provided with a shielding case, and the shielding case is fixed on the side wall in the first installation box.
The invention has the technical effects and advantages that: compared with the prior art, the condenser with automatic gas-liquid separation for the central air conditioner provided by the invention has the following advantages:
1. the gaseous coolant in the condenser pipe is radiated into a liquid state through the second mounting box and then is discharged into the storage tank, the coolant discharged into the storage tank contains gas, the liquid coolant falls into the bottom end of the storage tank under the action of gravity, the gas is positioned at the upper end of the storage tank to realize gas-liquid separation, the liquid coolant is discharged through the liquid outlet pipe, and the gas is remained in the storage tank, so that the gas-liquid separation is realized, the structure is simple, the separation is thorough, and the service life of the air conditioner is prolonged;
2. according to the invention, the floating ball is arranged in the storage tank, when gas in the storage tank is increased, the liquid level of the liquid coolant is reduced, the floating ball moves downwards along with the liquid level, the floating ball drives the connecting rod to move downwards, the push block is driven to move downwards, the push block drives the sliding block to move downwards in the sliding groove until the sliding block is contacted with the contact at the bottom end of the sliding groove, the two contacts are electrically communicated by the sliding block, the fan works, and the fan pumps out the gas in the storage tank, so that automatic exhaust is realized, manual operation is not needed, timely exhaust is realized, and the working efficiency is improved.

The invention provides a condenser with automatic gas-liquid separation for a central air conditioner, which is shown in figures 1-7 and comprises a first installation box 1, wherein the bottom end inside the first installation box 1 is provided with a second installation box 2 through a bolt, a condensation pipe 3 is arranged in the second installation box 2, the inlet of the condensation pipe 3 is communicated with a liquid inlet pipe 4, one end of the condensation pipe 3, which is far away from the liquid inlet pipe 4, is connected with a communicating pipe 5, one end of the communicating pipe 5, which is far away from the condensation pipe 3, is communicated with a gas-liquid separation mechanism 6, the lower side of one end of the gas-liquid separation mechanism 6, which is far away from the communicating pipe 5, is communicated with a liquid outlet pipe 7, the liquid inlet pipe 4 and the liquid outlet pipe 7 both penetrate through the first installation box 1 and extend to the outside, an installation frame 8 is welded in the middle of the side wall of the rear side of the first installation box 1, a servo motor 9 is fixed on the installation frame 8 through a bolt, and a fan blade 10 is fixed at the end part of an output shaft of the servo motor 9, the fan blade 10 is arranged inside the first installation box 1, and the second installation box 2 is located on the front side of the fan blade 10.
Preferably, the gas-liquid separation mechanism 6 includes a storage tank 601, the storage tank 601 is installed on one side inside the first installation box 1, an upper end of the storage tank 601 is communicated with the communication pipe 5, a floating ball 602 is disposed inside the storage tank 601, an upper end of the floating ball 602 is fixed with a connection rod 603, and an upper end of the connection rod 603 is fixed with a push block 604.
By adopting the technical scheme, the push block 604 is driven to slide in the mounting block 607 by the movement of the floating ball 602, the structure is simple, the design is ingenious, and the cost is low.

Preferably, the upper end of the pushing block 604 is provided with a spring 609, the spring 609 is located inside the mounting block 607, the upper end of the spring 609 is provided with a baffle 610, and the baffle 610 is fixed on the upper end of the mounting block 607.
By adopting the technical scheme, the pushing block 604 moves downwards under the action of the elastic force of the spring 609, and then the pushing block 604 pushes the sliding block 605 to be tightly contacted with the contact 608, so that the sliding block 605 and the contact 608 are tightly and firmly connected.

Preferably, the radiating fins 11 are installed in the middle of the side walls of the front side and the rear side of the second installation box 2, the protection covers 12 are fixed on the left side and the right side of the second installation box 2, and the two ends of the condensation pipe 3 are located inside the protection covers 12.

Preferably, the middle of the front and rear side walls of the first installation box 1 is fixed with a dust screen 13.

Preferably, a shielding cover 14 is arranged outside the fan blade 10, and the shielding cover 14 is fixed on the inner side wall of the first installation box 1.
By adopting the technical scheme, the isolation cover 14 is arranged to prevent the fan blade 10 from rotating to damage external objects, so that the isolation and protection effects are achieved.

The working principle is as follows: the gaseous coolant in the condenser pipe 3 is radiated into liquid after passing through the second mounting box 2, the heat is radiated to the outer side of the second mounting box 2 through the radiating fins 11, the servo motor 9 drives the fan blades 10 to rotate, air flow is generated, and then the heat is taken out of the first mounting box 1 by the air flow, so that the heat radiation is realized;
then the liquid coolant is discharged into the storage tank 601, the coolant discharged into the storage tank 601 contains gas, the liquid coolant falls into the bottom end of the storage tank 601 under the action of gravity, the gas is positioned at the upper end of the storage tank 601 to realize gas-liquid separation, then the liquid coolant is discharged from the liquid outlet pipe 7, and the gas is remained in the storage tank 601 to realize gas-liquid separation;
through being equipped with floater 602 in holding vessel 601, gas when the holding vessel 601 in increases, lead to liquid coolant liquid level to descend, and then floater 602 is along with liquid level downstream, and then floater 602 drives connecting rod 603 downstream, and then connecting rod 603 drives ejector pad 604 downstream, and then ejector pad 604 drives slider 605 downstream in spout 606, until slider 605 contacts with the contact 608 of spout 606 bottom, and then slider 605 communicates two contacts 608 electricity, and then fan 611 circular telegram work, and then fan 611 takes out the gas in the holding vessel 601, realize automatic exhaust, need not manual operation.
