g) Curing, namely curing the workpiece sprayed with the finish paint at 180-200 ℃ for 50 minutes, wherein the temperature can be raised by adopting infrared rays or resistors and heating by combining fuel gas, the temperature is raised quickly and uniformly, the paint can be cured quickly, and meanwhile, the pollution of dust in the air to the paint surface is reduced;
h) Forced cooling, namely, adopting a fan with the power of 7.5-15KW to accelerate air flow, improving the cooling speed, forcibly cooling the workpiece to room temperature, accelerating the cooling effect, improving the processing efficiency and being convenient for batch production.
In addition, the dust removing device can be added in the heating fan or the forced cooling fan after the primer or the finish paint is sprayed, so that the pollution of dust to the surface of a workpiece after spraying is reduced, and the spraying effect and the quality are improved.
The balancing weight is applied to the counterweight of a small crane below 50 tons, is convenient to install and operate, has high safety and outstanding balance stability, and has a wider application range.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, but it is apparent that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments. Within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, various equivalent modifications can be made to the technical solution of the invention, which all belong to the protection scope of the invention. Claims (8)

1. A weight, comprising: the filling material fills the containing cavity of the frame body, and the filling material is a mixture of suspected soil and lead; the frame body is rectangular and provided with a bottom plate, a cover plate, a coaming, a sealing plate and a vertical plate; the method is characterized in that: the lower end of the baffle is lower than the cover plate or the sealing plate, so that the upper ends of the small cavities are communicated, the middle cavity comprises a first middle cavity, a second middle cavity and a third middle cavity, the first middle cavity and the third middle cavity are positioned at two sides of the second cavity, supporting columns are oppositely arranged in the second middle cavity, the baffle is fixedly connected with the supporting columns, the supporting columns comprise supporting seats and supporting tubes positioned above the supporting seats, the side surfaces of the supporting tubes are fixedly welded with the side surfaces or the end surfaces of the baffle, the supporting seats are fixedly welded with the bottom plate, the lower end surfaces of the baffle are arranged on the supporting seats and fixedly welded, the lower ends of the baffle are overhead, so that the lower ends of the small cavities are communicated, and clamping plates are arranged in the small containers.

A counterweight as recited in claim 1, wherein: the coaming includes preceding coaming, back coaming, left coaming and right coaming, and four coamings welded fastening each other, and the lower terminal surface and the bottom plate welded fastening of coaming are equipped with the notch relatively around, and the notch is equipped with the apron, and the apron both sides form sunken operation platform with the fixed welding of the side of riser, and sunken operation platform both sides are mounting platform, and the shrouding is located on the mounting platform.

8. A method of spraying a balancing weight according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
a) Polishing and supplementing soil, checking the flatness of the surface of a workpiece, polishing, filling the concave and gap with gray soil, and polishing again with sand paper after filling;
b) Removing grease and dust, namely treating the dust-removed workpiece by adopting a phosphorus-free degreasing solution, removing grease on the surface of the workpiece, cleaning the surface of the workpiece by adopting tap water, removing residual grease and the phosphorus-free degreasing solution on the surface of the workpiece by adopting pure water, and removing rust powder on the surface of the workpiece by adopting organosilane;
c) Cleaning and removing static electricity, namely cleaning the surface of the workpiece cleaned by pure water in the step B) at least twice, removing static electricity, residual rust powder and organosilane residual liquid on the workpiece in a spraying or immersion cleaning mode, then manually supplementing the rust powder and the residual liquid at the gap of the cleaned workpiece, and draining water after cleaning;
d) Drying and heating, namely drying the drained workpiece by adopting hot air at 100-300 ℃, particularly drying the joint gaps, and forcibly cooling the dried workpiece by adopting a powerful fan to reduce the temperature to 45-50 ℃;
e) Spraying primer, namely spraying paint on a workpiece, wherein the thickness of the paint is 15-30 mu m; then detecting, and repairing the missing or in-place sprayed areas;
f) Finely spraying finish paint, namely spraying the finish paint on the workpiece sprayed with the primer in the step E), wherein the spraying thickness is 30-80 mu m, detecting the surface of the workpiece after the spraying is finished, and repairing the block which is not sprayed in place or is not sprayed in place;
g) Solidifying, namely solidifying the workpiece sprayed with the finishing paint in the step F) for 40-80 minutes at the temperature of 180-200 ℃;
h) Forced cooling adopts a fan to accelerate air flow, thereby improving cooling speed.
