When the telescopic rod 34 stretches, one end of the telescopic rod is pulled by the damping spring 32, so that the damping and buffering effects can be achieved, the telescopic rod 34 can be prevented from being separated from the loading hole 31, and the telescopic rod 34 can be conveniently retracted subsequently.
After the lifesaving appliance 23 falls into the upper part of the frame, a plurality of driving motors 11 on the side surface of the frame drive the roller 8 and the conveyer belt 7 to rotate, and further drive the lifesaving appliance 23 to move towards the other end of the frame. Only one lifesaving device 23 can be parked in one roller area or in the upper part of one conveyor belt 7. When the life saving device 23 is moved to the other end of the frame, the roller area or the conveyor belt 7 at the bottom thereof stops. The lifesaving appliances 23 are sequentially discharged from the upper part of the frame, after the lifesaving appliances 23 are stored in the frame, the roller area or the conveying belt 7 at the bottom stops running, and the position of the lifesaving appliances 23 is fixed and does not change any more. The two frames can sequentially store and store the lifesaving appliance 23 in such a way. In the storage process, water and impurities outside the lifesaving appliance 23 fall into the upper end of the material receiving plate 12 at the bottom for collection, so that subsequent cleaning is facilitated, and the lifesaving appliance 23 at the upper part cannot influence the lifesaving appliance 23 at the lower part. The heating plate 10 in the middle of the frame can provide heat to accelerate the drying of the lifesaving appliance 23 and prevent the lifesaving appliance 23 from rusting and damaging.
When the life-saving appliance 23 is to be used, the drive motor 11 is started in sequence from one end of the adjusting device. The life-saving devices 23 on the upper part of each roller area or conveyor belt 7 enter the interior of the adjusting device in sequence, and the latter life-saving device 23 can only be moved. A storage device for lifesaving appliances in a large ship is characterized by comprising a support rod (1), a first frame (2) and a second frame (6), a plurality of support rods (1) which are longitudinally arranged are welded on both sides of the first frame (2), a second frame (6) is horizontally arranged on the upper part of the first frame (2) between the support rods (1) on both sides, the heating plates (10) are respectively arranged in the middle parts of the first frame (2) and the second frame (6) along the length direction, the heating plates (10) divide the interiors of the first frame (2) and the second frame (6) into two parts, a plurality of conveying belts (7) and roller areas are respectively arranged on the two parts in the first frame (2) and the second frame (6) along the length direction, the conveying belts (7) and the roller areas are sequentially and alternately arranged, and a plurality of rollers (8) are arranged in the roller areas;
two groups of motors (4) are mounted at one ends of the first frame (2) and the second frame (6), the motors (4) of the first frame (2) and the second frame (6) are mounted at opposite ends, the bottoms of the first frame (2) and the second frame (6) are connected with sliding plates (3) which are obliquely arranged at one ends of the motors (4), mounting plates (5) are mounted at the ends, close to the motors (4), of the tops of the two parts in the first frame (2) and the second frame (6), and adjusting devices are fixedly mounted at the tops of the mounting plates (5);
the adjusting device comprises a bearing plate (20), two sides of the top of the bearing plate (20) are connected with side plates (13), a plurality of distance meters (21) are installed on one opposite side of the two side plates (13), two sides of one end, close to the sliding plate (3), of the bearing plate (20) are connected with loading plates (19), a first belt (16) is installed between the two loading plates (19), two ends of one side, adjacent to the top of the bearing plate (20), of the two loading plates (19) are also connected with the loading plates (19), a second belt (22) is installed between the two loading plates (19), two ends of the first belt (16) and two ends of the second belt (22) are installed between the two loading plates (19) in a rotating mode through belt pulleys, the end portion of one end of each belt pulley penetrates through the corresponding loading plate (19) through a rotating shaft, a driven wheel (17) is installed at the end portion of the rotating shaft, the driving wheel (18) is connected with the driven wheel (17) through a conveying belt, and one end of the driving wheel (18) is provided with a servo motor;
a top plate (14) is mounted on the upper portion between the two side plates (13), one end, close to a second belt (22), of the bottom of the top plate (14) is connected with a pressing plate (28), the bottom of the pressing plate (28) is connected with a base plate (25), a belt hole (29) is formed in the base plate (25), the second belt (22) is fixed between the pressing plate (28) and the base plate (25) through the belt hole (29), a sliding rail (24) is arranged at the top of the side plate (13), the two sides of the top plate (14) are slidably clamped and connected with the sliding rail (24) through clamping grooves, a bottom plate (15) is movably connected to the bottom of the bottom plate (14), one end of the bottom plate (15) is connected with a first belt (16) through the pressing plate (28) and the base plate (25), the other end of the bottom plate is connected with an expansion link (34, a moving groove (41) is formed in the middle end of the bottom of the top plate (14) along the length direction, the buckle (35) is clamped in the moving groove (41), and a fixing frame (37) for clamping the lifesaving appliance (23) is connected to the bottom of the fixing plate (36) in a threaded mode.
