(III) fixing a welding rod: two vertical rods of the U-shaped welding rod c are respectively placed in a first groove 2811 and a second groove 2861 of the two U-shaped welding rod c fixing assemblies 28, two ends of the U-shaped welding rod c are abutted against the first positioning rod 222 and the second positioning rod 223, and then the U-shaped welding rod c is fixed through the two U-shaped welding rod c fixing assemblies 28;
(IV) merging and welding: the welding robot 3 welds the U-shaped welding rod c and the welding plate b to the gas tank a.
In summary, the top middle part of the air storage tank a of the top clamping assembly 23 is clamped and fixed, so that the firmness and stability of the air storage tank a are improved; the welding plate b is fixed on the welding plate b supporting block 241 through the hinged fixing rod 245 in the top welding plate b fixing assembly 24, so that the welding plate b is stably fixed, better welding is facilitated, and the welding quality of the welding plate b is improved; the two concave plates 254 in the top outer side clamping assembly 25 press down the upper front side outer wall of the air storage tank a, so that the air storage tank a is further fixed on the support plate 22, and the stability of the air storage tank a is guaranteed during welding; the gas storage tank a is pressed inwards through the hinged pressing block 266 on the middle clamping component 26, so that the stability of the middle part of the gas storage tank a is guaranteed, and the nameplate d is welded on the gas storage tank a; the bottom support component 27 plays a stable supporting role; the vertical rod on the right side of the U-shaped welding rod c is positioned in the first groove 2811 and the second groove 2861 through the U-shaped welding rod fixing component 28, so that welding can be performed more stably, and the welding quality of the welding plate b is improved; the U-shaped welding rod c is fixed after being positioned by the first positioning rod 222 and the second positioning rod 223; the stabilization of the air container a and the prevention of the shaking of the air container a are further ensured by the auxiliary clamp lever 294 of the auxiliary clamp assembly 29 being pressed down rightward to the right side of the air container a.

An automatic welding device for a gas storage tank is characterized by comprising a rack (1), a gas storage tank clamping device (2) and a welding robot (3); the air storage tank clamping device (2) comprises a supporting frame (21), a supporting plate (22), a top clamping assembly (23), a top welding plate fixing assembly (24), a top outer side clamping assembly (25), a middle clamping assembly (26), a bottom supporting assembly (27) and a U-shaped welding rod fixing assembly (28); the supporting frame (21) is arranged on the frame (1), the supporting plate (22) is obliquely arranged on the supporting frame (21), and the middle upper part and the middle lower part of the supporting plate (22) are both provided with an air storage tank supporting plate (221); the top clamping assembly (23) is arranged in the middle of the top end of the supporting plate (22), and the top clamping assembly (23) is used for fixing the top center of the air storage tank; the top welding plate fixing component (24) and the top outer side clamping component (25) are respectively arranged at the upper part of the support plate (22), and the top welding plate fixing component (24) is used for fixing a welding plate at the top; the top outer side clamping component (25) is used for fixing the outer side of the top of the gas storage tank; the middle clamping component (26) is arranged in the middle of the supporting plate (22), and the middle clamping component (26) is used for fixing the middle of the front side of the air storage tank; the bottom support component (27) is arranged in the middle of the bottom end of the support plate (22), and the bottom support component (27) is used for supporting the bottom of the air storage tank; the U-shaped welding rod fixing component (28) is arranged at the lower part of the support plate (22), the U-shaped welding rod fixing component (28) is used for fixing the U-shaped welding rod, and the left side and the right side of the middle part of the support plate (22) are respectively provided with a first positioning rod (222) and a second positioning rod (223) which are used for positioning two ends of the U-shaped welding rod; welding robot (3) set up in frame (1), welding robot (3) are used for welding plate and U type welding rod respectively to the gas holder on.
2. The automatic welding equipment for the air storage tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top clamping assembly (23) comprises a top clamping cylinder (231), a top clamping connection plate (232) and a top clamping rod (233); the top clamping cylinder (231) is arranged at the top of the supporting plate (22) through a cylinder connecting plate; the top clamping connecting plate (232) is fixedly connected with the moving part of the top clamping cylinder (231); the top clamp rod (233) is arranged at the front of the top clamp connecting plate (232), a top clamp head (234) is arranged on the top clamp rod (233), the top clamp head (234) is overlapped with the central line of the gas storage tank, and a top clamp limiting plate (235) for preventing the top clamp rod (233) from being excessively clamped is further arranged on the supporting plate (22).

The automatic welding equipment for the air storage tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the top welding plate fixing assemblies (24) is two, the two top welding plate fixing assemblies (24) are symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side of the top clamping assembly (23), and the top welding plate fixing assemblies (24) comprise a welding plate supporting block (241), a fixed hinge block (242), a manual hinge rod (243), a hinge piece (244) and a hinge fixing rod (245); the welding plate supporting block (241) is arranged on the supporting plate (22), the fixed hinge block (242) is arranged on the welding plate supporting block (241), and one end of the hinge piece (244) is hinged with one end of the fixed hinge block (242); one end of the manual hinge rod (243) is hinged with the other end of the hinge sheet (244); the inner side of the hinged fixing rod (245) is hinged with the other end of the fixed hinged block (242); the outer side of the hinged fixed rod (245) is hinged with the other end of the manual hinged rod (243); the inner side of the hinged fixing rod (245) is used for fixing the welding plate, and the welding position of the welding plate is connected with the air storage tank.

The automatic welding equipment for the air storage tank is characterized in that the number of the middle clamping assemblies (26) is two, and the two middle clamping assemblies (26) are symmetrically arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the air storage tank respectively; the middle clamping assembly (26) comprises a middle clamping support (261), a middle hinging block (262), a middle manual hinging rod (263), a middle hinging sheet (264), a middle hinging pressing rod (265) and a hinging pressing block (266); the middle clamping bracket (261) is arranged at the left part of the supporting plate (22); the middle hinged block (262) is arranged outside the middle clamping bracket (261); the inner end of the middle manual hinged rod (263) is hinged with the right end of the middle hinged block (262); the outer end of the middle manual hinge rod (263) is hinged with the outer end of the middle hinge sheet (264), and the inner end of the middle hinge sheet (264) is hinged with the middle left part of the middle hinge pressing rod (265); the left end of the middle hinged pressure rod (265) is hinged with the left end of the middle hinged block (262); the hinged pressing block (266) is arranged on the inner side of the right end part of the middle hinged pressing rod (265); the inner side surface of the hinged pressing block (266) is provided with an arc concave surface (2661) which is bent inwards, and the arc concave surface (2661) is matched with the outer side surface of the middle part of the air storage tank; the cross section of the hinged pressing block (266) of the other middle clamping component (26) is in a cross shape, and a cross-shaped groove (2662) matched with a nameplate is arranged on the hinged pressing block (266).
