Abstract
The invention provides a wire fixing device, which is used for winding and fixing wires and comprises: the base comprises a substrate, and a first rotating part and a clamping part which are arranged on the substrate; the first connecting piece comprises a second rotating part and is rotatably arranged on the base through the matching of the second rotating part and the first rotating part; the buckle arm assembly comprises a first buckle arm and a second buckle arm which are used for winding wires, and the first buckle arm and the second buckle arm are movably arranged on the first connecting piece; and the second connecting piece is rotationally connected with the first buckling arm and the second buckling arm so as to adjust the length of the wire wound between the first buckling arm and the second buckling arm. when the wire is arranged between the first buckle arm and the second buckle arm in a penetrating mode, the first buckle arm and the second buckle arm are rotated to wind the wire on the first buckle arm and the second buckle arm; one ends, far away from the first connecting piece, of the first buckling arm and the second buckling arm are clamped to the clamping portion, so that the wire is fixed to the base.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a wire fixing device 100 according to an embodiment of the invention. In fig. 1, the wire fixing device 100 includes a base 110, a first connector 120, a second connector 130, an adjusting knob 140, and a buckle arm assembly including a first buckle arm 150 and a second buckle arm 160. Wherein, the first connecting member 120 is rotatably installed on the base 110, the first and second fastening arms 150 and 160 are slidably installed on the first connecting member 120, the second connecting member 130 is rotatably connected with the first and second fastening arms 150 and 160, and the adjusting knob 140 is rotatably installed on the first connecting member 120 and connected with the second connecting member 130.
Specifically, the base 110 includes a substrate 111, a first rotating portion 112, and an engaging portion 113, and the first rotating portion 112 and the engaging portion 113 are disposed on the substrate 111 at an interval. First rotating portion 112 has a cylindrical shape and is provided with ball structure 1121 and step portion 1122, step portion 1122 is connected to ball structure 1121, and step portion 1122 faces engagement portion 113. The engaging portion 113 has a slot 1131, and a sidewall 1132 of the slot 1131 has a chamfer 1133.
In this embodiment, optionally, the first rotating portion 112 is a cylindrical protrusion protruding from the base plate 111, the ball-and-socket structure 1121 is a spherical recess dug in the first rotating portion 112, and the step portion 1122 is a step structure formed by cutting a section of the side wall of the ball-and-socket structure 1121. The engaging portion 113 is a long block-shaped structure protruding from the end of the substrate 111, the card slot 1131 is formed between the engaging portion 113 and the substrate 111, the portion where the engaging portion 113 is connected to the substrate 111 is the bottom wall of the card slot 1131, and the side wall 1132 of the card slot 1131 is parallel to the substrate 111.
Referring to fig. 2, the first connecting member 120 includes a second rotating portion 121 and a connecting body 122 connected to each other, the second rotating portion 121 is a sphere structure, the surface of the second rotating portion 121 is a smooth sphere, and the second rotating portion 121 can be rotatably clamped with the ball-and-socket structure 1121 of the base 110. The connecting body 122 is in a square column shape, and one end of the connecting body, which is far away from the second rotating part 121, is provided with a mounting groove 1221; the connecting body 122 includes a first side 1222 and a second side 1223, the first side 1222 is provided with a shaft hole 1224 communicating with the mounting groove 1221, the second side 1223 is provided with a first sliding groove 1225 and a second sliding groove 1226 communicating with the connecting body 122, the first sliding groove 1225 and the second sliding groove 1226 are both communicated with the mounting groove 1221, and the first sliding groove 1225 is close to the second rotating portion 121.
The second link 130 includes a gear 131, and an end surface of the gear 131 is provided with a mounting hole 132 and a groove 133, the mounting hole 132 communicating with the groove 133.
The adjusting knob 140 includes a holding portion 141, a rotating shaft 142, and a positioning block 143, the holding portion 141 is connected to the rotating shaft 142, and the positioning block 143 is disposed on the rotating shaft 142. The rotating shaft 142 is used for being mounted to the mounting hole 132 of the second connector 130, and the positioning block 143 is used for being clamped with the groove 133.
In this embodiment, the positioning block 143 is optionally integrally formed with the rotating shaft 142. In other embodiments, the positioning block 143 may be a key, the rotating shaft 142 may be provided with a key slot, and the positioning block 143 is installed in the key slot.
The first buckle arm 150 includes a first winding portion 151, a first rack 152 and a first stopper 153, the first rack 152 and the first stopper 153 are perpendicularly connected to two ends of the first winding portion 151, a through hole 1511 is formed at a position of the first winding portion 151 close to the first rack 152, the first rack 152 is provided with a first tooth portion 1521, and the first tooth portion 1521 is engaged with the gear 131 of the second connector 130.
The second buckle arm 160 includes a second winding portion 161, a second rack 162 and a second stopper 163, the second rack 162 and the second stopper 163 are perpendicularly connected to both ends of the second winding portion 161, the second rack 162 is provided with a second tooth 1621, and the second tooth 1621 is configured to engage with the gear 131 of the second connection member 130.
The assembly and operation of the wire fixing device 100 will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 6:
referring to fig. 1 to 3, in the assembly process, in the first step, the first rack 152 of the first buckle arm 150 is slidably mounted in the first sliding slot 1225 of the connecting body 122; secondly, the gear 131 is mounted to the mounting groove 1221 of the connection body 122 and engaged with the first tooth portion 1521 of the first rack 152; third, slidably mounting the second rack 162 of the second catch arm 160 to the second sliding slot 1226 of the connecting body 122, with the second tooth 1621 of the second rack 162 engaged with the gear 131, thereby rotatably connecting the first catch arm 150 and the second catch arm 160 through the gear 131; fourthly, passing an end of the rotation shaft 142 of the adjustment knob 140, which is away from the grip 141, through the shaft hole 1224 of the connection body 122 and into the mounting hole 132 of the gear 131, while the positioning block 143 is mounted in the recess 133, thereby rotatably mounting the adjustment knob 140 to the connection body 122 and connecting to the gear 131; fifthly, the second rotating part 121 of the first connecting piece 120 is engaged with the ball-and-socket structure 1121 of the base 110, so that the first connecting piece 120 is rotatably mounted on the base 110.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the wire fixing device 100 is used for winding a fixing wire 200 (see fig. 4), when the wire 200 is fixed, the length of the single-winding wire 200 is adjusted according to the use condition, if the length of the single-winding wire 200 is to be reduced, the adjusting knob 140 is rotated clockwise, the adjusting knob 140 drives the first buckle arm 150 and the second buckle arm 160 to approach each other through the gear 131 to reduce the distance between the first buckle arm 150 and the second buckle arm 160, and the second rack 162 of the second buckle arm 160 penetrates into the through hole 1511 of the first buckle arm 150 along with the approach between the first buckle arm 150 and the second buckle arm 160; at this time, if the length of the single-winding wire 200 is to be increased, the adjustment knob 140 is rotated counterclockwise, the first catching arm 150 and the second catching arm 160 are separated from each other to increase the distance between the first catching arm 150 and the second catching arm 160, and the second rack 162 of the second catching arm 160 is also penetrated through the through hole 1511 as the first catching arm 150 and the second catching arm 160 are separated from each other.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, when winding the wire 200, the wire 200 is first inserted between the first buckle arm 150 and the second buckle arm 160; then grasping the first stopper 153 and the second stopper 163 and rotating the first and second catching arms 150 and 160 to wind the wire 200 on the first and second winding portions 151 and 161; finally, after the cable 200 is wound around the first winding portion 151 and the second winding portion 161, the first connector 120 is rotated toward the engaging portion 113 of the base 110, so that the first stopper 153 and the second stopper 163 slide into the groove 1131 along the chamfer 1133, and the first buckle arm 150 and the second buckle arm 160 are fastened to the base 110, thereby completing the fixation of the wire 200.
Therefore, the wire fixing device 100 provided by the invention winds the wire 200 through the first buckle arm 150 and the second buckle arm 160, when the wire 200 is pulled by external force, the wire 200 cannot move along the direction of the wire 200, and the fixing effect of the wire 200 is good; the distance between the first buckle arm 150 and the second buckle arm 160 is adjusted through the second connecting piece 130, so that the length of the wire 200 wound at a single time is adjusted, the user can freely adjust the winding length of the wire 200 according to the use condition, and the wire winding device is simple in structure and convenient to use.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that other corresponding changes and modifications can be made according to the actual needs created by the inventive arrangements and inventive concepts herein, and such changes and modifications are intended to fall within the scope of the appended claims.
Claims (8)
1. A wire fixing device is used for winding and fixing wires and is characterized by comprising:
the base comprises a substrate, a first rotating part and a clamping part, wherein the first rotating part and the clamping part are arranged on the substrate;
the first connecting piece comprises a second rotating part, the second rotating part is of a spherical structure and is rotatably arranged on the base in a manner of being matched with the ball socket structure through the spherical structure, and the first connecting piece further comprises a connecting body which is provided with a first sliding groove, a second sliding groove and a mounting groove which penetrates through the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove;
the first buckling arm and the second buckling arm are movably mounted on the first connecting piece, the first buckling arm comprises a first rack, and the second buckling arm comprises a second rack; and
the second connecting piece is rotatably connected with the first buckling arm and the second buckling arm and comprises a gear, the first rack and the second rack are respectively and slidably mounted on the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove, the gear is mounted on the mounting groove and is rotatably connected with the first rack and the second rack, and the distance between the first buckling arm and the second buckling arm is adjusted through the second connecting piece so as to adjust the length of the wire wound between the first buckling arm and the second buckling arm;
wherein, when the wire is threaded between the first and second clasp arms, rotating the first and second clasp arms to rotate the ball and socket structure relative to the spherical structure to wind the wire around the first and second clasp arms; the ball socket structure rotates relative to the spherical structure so that one ends, far away from the first connecting piece, of the first buckle arm and the second buckle arm are clamped to the clamping portion, and the wire is fixed to the base.

The wire fixing device according to claim 1, further comprising an adjusting knob, wherein the adjusting knob comprises a holding portion and a rotating shaft which are integrally formed, the connecting body is further provided with a shaft hole communicated to the mounting groove, and the rotating shaft penetrates through the shaft hole and is connected to the gear.

The wire fixing device according to claim 2, wherein the gear is provided with a fixing hole and a groove which are communicated with each other, the rotating shaft is provided with a positioning block, one end of the rotating shaft, which is far away from the holding portion, is installed in the fixing hole, and the rotating shaft drives the gear to rotate through the matching of the positioning block and the groove.

The wire fixing device of claim 1, wherein the first buckle arm further comprises a first winding portion and a first stopper, and the first rack and the first stopper are vertically connected to two ends of the first winding portion respectively; the second buckle arm further comprises a second winding portion and a second stop, and the second rack and the second stop are respectively and vertically connected to two ends of the second winding portion.

6. The wire fixing device of claim 5, wherein a bottom wall of the clamping groove is perpendicular to the base plate, a side wall of the clamping groove is provided with a chamfer, and the first stopper and the second stopper slide into the clamping groove along the chamfer.
7. The wire fixing device according to claim 4, wherein the first winding part is provided with a through hole for the second rack to pass through.
8. The wire fixing device of claim 1, wherein the first rotating portion is further provided with a step portion connected to the ball and socket structure, the step portion being opposite to the engaging portion.
