FIG. 1 is a schematic representation of a nutrition instruction system in one embodiment. The nutrition guidance system comprises an acquisition terminal 10, a user terminal 20, a data server 30 and a regional nutrition server 40.
The collection terminal 10 has a sensing function, and the collection terminal 10 is used for collecting set data related to the nutrition condition of the user. The user terminal 20 is in communication with at least one acquisition terminal 10, the user terminal 20 being configured to acquire data relating to the nutritional status of the user. The data server 30 is in communication connection with the user terminal 20, and the data server 30 is configured to receive and analyze data related to the nutritional status of the user to obtain nutritional data of the user. The regional nutrition server 40 is in communication connection with the data server 30, and the regional nutrition server 40 is used for acquiring nutrition data of users in a region, generating nutrition reports and nutrition instructions based on the nutrition data, and is in communication connection with the user terminals 20 in the region, and sending the nutrition reports and the nutrition instructions to the users.
The collecting terminal 10 may be a human body composition analyzer, a sphygmomanometer, a blood glucose meter, an intelligent bracelet, a jaundice tester, a breast milk analyzer, and a food composition analyzer. The body composition analyzer can detect the height, weight, body fat and the like of a user. The sphygmomanometer may detect a blood pressure of a user. The athletic information may include, but is not limited to, athletic events, locations, time of performance, athletic equipment, and intensity of performance. Meal information may include, but is not limited to, time of day meals, number of times of day meals, meal intervals, food types per meal, food amount per meal, water intake per day, time of day drinking, fruit intake per day, fruit intake types per day, fruit intake time intervals per day, snack intake types per day, snack intake time per day, and snack intake time intervals. Medical history information can include, but is not limited to, blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipids, heart rate, body fat, allergic conditions, family disease conditions, individual disease conditions, time of illness, location of treatment, treatment regimen, and recovery conditions. That is, the user's nutritional status is related not only to the user's diet, but also to the user's exercise, disease status, living environment, and the like.
The collecting terminal 10 uploads data related to the nutritional status of the user to the user terminal 20 through a communication connection with the user terminal 20.
As shown in fig. 2, the user terminal 20 includes a first obtaining module 21, a nutrition analysis module 22, a communication module 23, and a feedback module 24.
The first obtaining module 21 is configured to receive data related to the nutritional status of the user, and store the data after screening the data related to the nutritional status of the user. The first obtaining module 21 filters and stores the received data related to the nutrition condition of the user, so that invalid data can be deleted, useful data can be stored, and memory can be saved. The first obtaining module 21 is further configured to determine whether the received data related to the nutritional status of the user is complete, and if the data related to the nutritional status of the user is incomplete, generate an information improvement suggestion to prompt the user to upload the complete data related to the nutritional status of the user through the collecting terminal 10. The communication module 23 is in communication connection with the acquisition terminal 10, the data server 30 and the regional nutrition server 40, respectively, so as to realize data transmission between the user terminal 20 and the acquisition terminal 10, between the user terminal 20 and the data server 30, and between the user terminal 20 and the regional nutrition server 40.
The feedback module 24 is configured to receive feedback information of a user, and send the feedback information to the data server 30 through the communication module 23. The feedback module 24 receives the feedback information of the user and sends the feedback information to the data server 30, so that the data of the data server 30 is enriched, and the nutrition guidance system is more flexible.
As shown in fig. 3, the data server 30 includes a data analysis module 31 and a nutrition instruction module 32.
The data analysis module 31 is configured to perform big data analysis on the data related to the nutritional status of the user and the feedback information to obtain nutritional data of the user. The nutrition instruction module 32 is configured to generate a nutrition data view and a personalized nutrition plan for nutrition status of different users according to nutrition data of the users, and further configured to send the nutrition data view and the personalized nutrition plan to the user terminal 20. The user can intuitively know the self nutrition condition through the nutrition data view, and the nutrition state can be improved according to the self actual demand through the personalized nutrition scheme.
The data view may be a bar graph, line graph, pie graph, or other type of data graph.
The user terminal 20 further includes an access module 25 and a setting module 26, and the access module 25 accesses the nutritional data of the user in the data server 30 through the communication module 23. The user can know the nutrition condition of other users by accessing the nutrition data of the user in the data server 30 through the access module 25, which is beneficial to the improvement of the nutrition level by the mutual assistance among the users.
The setting module 26 is used for recording the system version, function on and off, version upgrade and hardware binding of the user terminal 20.
The user terminal 20 may be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices.
As shown in fig. 4, the regional nutrition server 40 includes a second obtaining module 41, an authority setting module 42, and a pushing module 43.
