The commodity takeout device 20 is provided on the rear side of the commodity takeout port 14 of the outer door 6b, and includes a commodity receiving box 21. The commodity receiving box 21 is disposed from the rear side surface toward the commodity outlet 14, and receives the commodity W output from the commodity storage rack 4 through the output mechanism 4a and the chute 5. The commodity receiving box 21 includes a bottom 211, a top plate 212, and a pair of left and right side plates 213.
The bottom portion 211 is formed by processing a metal plate, and is provided below the commodity outlet 14 so as to extend in the left-right direction. As shown in an enlarged view in fig. 3, the bottom portion 211 has a bottom shape in which a front end portion is attached to a lower edge portion of the commodity outlet 14, and the bottom portion gradually inclines downward as going rearward from an upper end portion of the front end portion and then gradually inclines upward as going rearward.
The top plate 212 is formed by processing a metal plate, and is provided in an upper region of the bottom portion 211 so as to extend in the left-right direction. A damper cushion 222 is attached to the rear surface of the bent portion 221 at the tip end portion of the damper member 22. The damper cushion member 222 is made of a resin material such as soft foamed polyethylene, for example.
The commodity mounting part 23 is formed of a resin material having an antistatic function. More specifically, as shown in fig. 4, a base 231, an inclined lower portion 232, a lower portion 233, and a front portion 234 are integrally formed by bending a resin sheet of high-density polyethylene having a thickness of, for example, about 0.5mm containing an antistatic material.
The base 231 is a plate-like portion having a length in the left-right direction substantially equal to that of the bottom portion 211 and gradually inclined downward as it goes forward. The upper surface of the base 231 constitutes a mounting surface 231a on which the commodity W is mounted. The inclined downward portion 232 is a portion inclined downward gradually from the front end edge portion of the base 231 toward the rear. The inclined lower portion 232 is divided into a plurality of portions in the left-right direction by appropriately forming notches. A plurality of (3 in the illustrated example) lower portions 233 are provided, and each of the lower portions extends downward from the rear end edge portion of the base 231. The forward extending portion 234 extends forward from the lower end edge portion of each lower portion 233.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the product placement unit 23 is provided on the bottom 211 by fastening the inclined downward portion 232 to the upper surface of the bottom 211 by a 1 st fastening member 31 such as a screw or a rivet inserted through a through hole 232a (see fig. 4) formed in the inclined downward portion 232, and fastening the forward portion 234 to the lower surface of the bottom 211 by a 2 nd fastening member 32 such as a screw or a rivet inserted through a through hole 234a (see fig. 4) formed in the forward portion 234 in a state where the downward portion 233 is inserted through the hole portion 211a formed in the bottom 211. In other words, the commodity mounting portion 23 is elastically deformable so that the mounting surface 231a approaches and separates from the bottom portion 211.
A cushion member 40 is provided between the commodity mounting portion 23 and the bottom portion 211. The plurality of buffers 40 are each in a rectangular parallelepiped shape. These cushion members 40 are made of soft foamed polyethylene, and the lower surfaces thereof are bonded to the upper surface of the bottom portion 211, and the upper surfaces thereof are in contact with the lower surface of the base portion 231.
The commodity contact portion 24 is formed by processing a metal plate, and is integrally formed with a contact base end portion 241 fastened by the first fastening member 31 between the inclined downward portion 232 and the bottom portion 211 of the commodity mounting portion 23, and a contact upward extending portion 242 extending upward from a front end portion of the contact base end portion 241. In the commodity contact portion 24, the contact upper extending portion 242 is disposed rearward of the lower edge portion of the commodity ejection port 14 and protrudes above the front end portion of the placement surface 231a of the commodity placement portion 23. A contact cushion 243 is attached to the rear surface of the contact upper extension 242. The contact cushion 243 is made of a resin material such as soft foamed polyethylene, for example.
In the above-described commodity takeout device 20, the commodities W stored in the commodity storage rack 4 fall onto the placement surface 231a of the commodity placement portion 23 when being discharged from the discharge port 7 through the discharge mechanism 4a and the chute 5. In this case, as shown in fig. 7, the cushion member 40 is elastically deformed, and the commodity mounting portion 23 is elastically deformed so that the mounting surface 231a approaches the bottom portion 211. This can alleviate the drop impact applied to the commodity W. Thereafter, the cushion member 40 and the commodity mounting portion 23 are restored to their original states by the restoring forces thereof. The commodity W placed on the commodity placing portion 23 thus rolls forward with the inclination of the placing surface 231a (the base portion 231), and abuts against the abutting cushion member 243 attached to the rear surface of the abutting upper extension portion 242 of the commodity abutting portion 24. Then, the commodity W is taken out through the commodity taking-out port 14 opened by swinging the commodity taking-out door 15 in the opening direction.
As described above, according to the commodity takeout device 20 of the automatic vending machine according to the embodiment of the present invention, since the commodity mounting portion 23 on which the commodity W is mounted on the mounting surface 231a as the upper surface is elastically deformable so that the mounting surface 231a approaches and separates from the bottom 211 of the commodity receiving box 21, the falling impact of the output commodity W can be sufficiently absorbed, and the occurrence of excessive foaming can be reduced to suppress the quality degradation of the commodity W.
In particular, since the cushion member 40 inserted between the bottom portion 211 and the commodity mounting portion 23 is elastically deformed so as to follow the elastic deformation when the commodity mounting portion 23 is elastically deformed, the impact of the fall of the commodity W can be absorbed by the cushion member 40, and the deterioration of the commodity mounting portion 23 can be suppressed to extend the service life.
According to the above-described article takeout apparatus 20, since the article placing portion 23 is fastened not only to the upper surface of the bottom portion 211 by the 1 st fastening member 31 but also to the lower surface of the bottom portion 211 by the 2 nd fastening member 32 with respect to the obliquely downward extending portion 232, the article placing portion 23 can be prevented from being detached from the article receiving box 21 by a finger inserted from the opened article takeout opening 14.
According to the above-described commodity takeout apparatus 20, since the commodity mounting portion 23 is formed of a resin material having an antistatic function by bending a resin sheet of high-density polyethylene containing an antistatic material or the like, it is possible to prevent damage to the container of the commodity W and to suppress adhesion of foreign matter such as dust due to the action of static electricity.
According to the above-described commodity takeout apparatus 20, since the abutting cushion 243 is attached to the rear surface of the abutting upper extension portion 242 of the commodity abutting portion 24, when the commodity W rolling on the mounting surface 231a of the commodity mounting portion 23 abuts against the abutting cushion 243, the abutting cushion 243 can be elastically deformed to prevent damage to the container of the commodity W and reduce the occurrence of excessive foaming, thereby suppressing degradation in quality of the commodity W.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various modifications can be made.
In the above-described embodiment, the cushion member 40 is inserted between the commodity mounting portion 23 and the bottom portion 211, but in the present invention, the cushion member 40 may not be inserted if the strength of the commodity mounting portion 23 is sufficiently ensured.
In the above-described embodiment, the cushion member 40 is inserted between the commodity-placing portion 23 and the bottom portion 211, but in the present invention, the cushion member 40 is not limited thereto, and an elastic body such as a spring may be inserted.
