本发明涉及植物照明技术领域,本发明提供了一种多反射面板灯。包括固定架、多个面板灯和多个反光板,所述多个面板灯相互平行嵌设在固定架上,所述反光板与所述面板灯平行设置在固定架上。本发明通过在两面板灯之间设置反光镜,利用其反光镜的多折射机构,相比于其他面板灯,可多次反射光源照射出的光线,使光线全面的照射在植物的各个角度,提高光照的强度和均匀性,确保植物的正常生长。

技术领域
本发明涉及植物照明技术领域,特别涉及一种多反射面板灯。
背景技术
光环境是植物生长发育必不可缺少的重要物理环境因素之一,地球上大多数植物的生长依赖的光源来自太阳光,但是地球上植物并不是24小时都能得到阳光的照射,不同地理位置和气候环境导致植物获取太阳光有很大的区别,从而导致植物的生长发育效率低下。植物灯为解决植物生长发育所需的光环境而被广泛应用,植物灯利用发光体作为光源,满足植物光合作用所需光照条件的人造光源。植物灯光源具有波长类型丰富的优点,灯辐射的光能与植物光合成所需的光谱范围吻合。在缺少日光的环境下,可采用植物灯充当日光,以集中特定波长的光均衡地照射作物,不仅可以调节作物开花与结果,而且还可以控制株高和植物的营养成分,使植物能够正常或者更好的生长发育。
现有技术中存在如下问题,面板式植物灯应用于多层种植时,由于多层种植的种植空间高度受限,当灯具的安装位置已经置顶以后,灯具的光照密度便不能再通过调整灯具高度来降低了,此时横向上增加灯具之间的距离,可以再降低光照密度,但同时会降低受光面的光照均匀性,在种植区域的中间,因多盏灯的叠加效应,光照均匀性显著提高,而在种植区域边缘失去了叠加效应,光照强度不足,容易引起边缘植物的不正常生长,或者在工作走道的上方因布灯方案的固定而造成光源浪费。
发明内容
为此,需要提供一种多反射面板灯,通过面板灯上的多折射机构和转向结构以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,通过多折射技术可将光源充分利用,减少光源浪费。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种多反射面板灯,包括固定架、多个面板灯和多个反光板,所述多个面板灯相互平行嵌设在固定架上,所述反光板与所述面板灯平行设置在固定架上。通过反光板的多折射机构,相比于其他面板灯,可多次反射光源照射出的光线,使光线全面的照射在植物的各个角度,提高光照的强度和均匀性,确保植物的正常生长。
进一步的,所述面板灯的两端设有限位架,所述限位架固定安装在固定架上,所述面板灯一端的限位架上设有多个安装板。能够让面板灯更加简单的进行组装和拆卸。
更进一步的,所述安装板的数量与面板灯的数量一致,所述安装板的外侧开设有多个孔洞。安装板上的孔洞更加方便面板灯的散热,预防面板灯因长时间工作而过热。
进一步的,所述面板灯的数量为两个或两个以上,所述反光板的数量为两个或两个以上且位于相邻的两个面板灯之间或与面板灯相邻。采用交替的方式进行排列,使反光板的作用发挥到最大。
进一步的,所述固定架上设有LED驱动,所述LED驱动与面板灯连接,且与面板灯平行。充分的将有限的空间进行利用。
进一步的,所述限位架的外侧设置有固定板,所述固定板的上表面挖设有限位通孔。固定板能够将面板灯进行固定,防止面板灯位置发生偏移。
进一步的,所述固定架上设有转动组件,所述转动组件包括转动通孔和与固定扣,所述转动通孔设置在灯架的对称两端,所述固定扣嵌设在所述转动通孔上。可以将面板灯的灯面调整到正对植物的角度,使植物的边缘也可以接受光源的照射,使面板灯的照射方式更为灵活,减少光源浪费。
进一步的,所述反光板的形状为矩形,且在上下两个面均设置有反光组件。可以将空间的利用率提升到最大化,节约成本。
进一步的,所述转动通孔和所述固定扣均采用不锈钢或其它高密度合金材料制成。使面板灯的固定更为牢固,延长面板灯使用寿命。
区别于现有技术,上述技术方案具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过在两面板灯之间设置反光板,利用其反光板的多折射机构,相比于其他面板灯,可多次反射光源照射出的光线,使光线全面的照射在植物的各个角度,提高光照的强度和均匀性,确保植物的正常生长。
2、本发明通过转动组件,将面板灯的灯面调整到正对植物的角度,使植物的边缘也可以接受光源的照射,使面板灯的照射方式更为灵活,减少光源浪费。

具体实施方式
为详细说明技术方案的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合具体实施例并配合附图详予说明。
请参阅图1-图6,本实施例一种多反射面板灯,包括固定架102、四个面板灯103和两个反光板104,所述四个面板灯103相互平行嵌设在固定架102之间,所述反光板104与所述面板灯103平行设置在固定架102之间,所述反光板104位于相邻的两个面板灯103之间,所述反光板104的形状为矩形,且反光板104上下两个面均设置有反光组件。所述面板灯103的两端设有限位架101,所述限位架101固定安装在固定架102上,所述面板灯103一端的限位架101上设有多个安装板105,所述安装板105的数量与所述面板灯102的数量同为四个,所述安装板105朝向面板的的一侧开设有多个孔洞,多个孔洞排列在同一水平线上。所述固定架102的中间设有LED驱动106,,所述LED驱动106的两侧与面板灯103的一侧相连接,且与面板灯103相互平行,所述限位架101的外侧设置有固定板107,所述固定板107的高度略低于限位架101,所述固定板107的上表面挖设有限位通孔108,所述限位通孔108的数量为两个。
本实施例中,所述固定架102上设有转动组件2,所述转动组件2包括转动通孔201和与固定扣202,所述转动通孔201设置在灯架1的对称两端的中间,所述固定扣202的中段嵌设在所述转动通孔201的中间。
在具体使用时,先将限位架101与固定架102进行组装,将固定架102安装与限位架101的内侧最左边,然后将两个面板灯103与一个反光板104进行组合,并安装在固定架102的右边,安装时将面板灯103的一侧嵌入限位架101的内侧,然后将限位架101末端的安装板105抬起,使面板灯103的另一侧嵌入安装板105抬起所形成的凹槽之中,再把安装板105按下使面板灯103固定在限位架101之上,在面板灯103与反光板104组合的右侧再连接一根固定架102,并且将固定架102的右侧中间与LED驱动106的左侧进行组合,在LED驱动的右侧连接一组与左侧相同的面板灯103与反光板104组合,形成一个独立的灯具,将灯具通过固定板107上表面所挖设的限位通孔108进行固定,使灯具上的面板灯103在开启后光线可以照射在植物上。多个灯具通过灯架1所设置的转动通孔201固定位置,并使用转动通孔201调整面板灯103的照射角度和反光板104的折射角度,使光能够均匀的照射在植物上,调整好角度后通过固定扣202将面板灯103和反光板104的角度固定,防止角度发生改变。
下面通过将实施例中的多反射面板灯在距离植物顶端不同高度下的光照对比,并统计对于选取不同的大小下多反射面板灯的情况下,该多反射面板灯对比无反射面板灯的光照效果,从而进一步突出本实施例的有益效果。
此次对比统计实施中,选取三个不同反射面板灯在距离植物顶端的高度,分别为0.5m、0.3m和0.15m,每种高度的面板灯分别采用两中不同大小,分别为1.4*1.4m和1.2*1.2m,采用本实施例中的多反射面板灯对比无反射面板的试验对比,详细结果如下表所示:
当灯具设有反射板时,与无反射板时有明显提高:
1、平均PPFD提升约20%;
2、均匀性在安装高度为0.5m时可提升约8%,0.3m时可提升约15%,0.15m时提升度可达19%;
3、增加1%的成本,利用率提升约20%,也就是可以节能20%。
当灯板面积超过总反射面积的10%以上,需要对灯板进行高反射率喷涂处理。也可以采用高反射率的灯板直接取代反射板。
从上述统计数据中我们可以看出,植物会随着面板灯距离的缩近而增加增长效率,且在相比无反射面灯的情况下同等的情况下多反射面板灯会更加的效率会更加的突出,既能提高植物生长的效率,并且能够增加其利用率起到节能的作用。

1.一种多反射面板灯,其特征在于:包括固定架、多个面板灯和多个反光板,所述多个面板灯相互平行嵌设在固定架上,所述反光板与所述面板灯平行设置在固定架上。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种多反射面板灯,其特征在于:所述面板灯的两端设有限位架,所述限位架固定安装在固定架上,所述面板灯一端的限位架上设有多个安装板。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种多反射面板灯,其特征在于:所述安装板的数量与面板灯的数量一致,所述安装板的外侧开设有多个孔洞。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种多反射面板灯,其特征在于:所述面板灯的数量为两个或两个以上,所述反光板的数量为两个或两个以上且位于相邻的两个面板灯之间或与面板灯相邻。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种多反射面板灯,其特征在于:所述固定架上设有LED驱动,所述LED驱动与面板灯连接,且与面板灯平行。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种多反射面板灯,其特征在于:所述限位架的外侧设置有固定板,所述固定板的上表面挖设有限位通孔。
