Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-7, there is provided an adjustment device for an articulating trim panel, comprising:
a first member and a second member connected to each other, at least a portion of the second member being extendable and retractable relative to the first member;
the movable decoration panel mounting part is arranged on the second component and can extend and retract relative to the first component under the driving of the second component;
the mounting and fixing part is positioned on the first component and is used for fixing the first component to a back plate or a framework of the movable decoration panel;
a stop structure located between the first component and the second component for preventing the second component from disengaging from the first component.
The adjustable decoration of the movable decoration panel provided by the invention has the advantages that the movable decoration panel can be replaced and maintained through forward telescopic adjustment without being detached from the back panel when the decoration panel is maintained and replaced, the operation is simple and convenient, and the fixed position is completely arranged on the back of the decoration panel, so that the front decoration effect is not influenced.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a manual adjustment is provided. In this embodiment, this is achieved in the form of a sleeve. The adjusting structure mainly comprises a first sleeve 1 and a sleeving structure sleeved inside the first sleeve 1.

In one embodiment, the nut fixing member 5 has a fixing stud with a total length of 10mm, an outer diameter of 24mm, M22 screws on the outer side, and M8 screws on the internal thread connecting through hole 51.
Further, in order to ensure the coaxiality and the sealing performance of the relative movement of the first sleeve 1 and the second sleeve 2, a sealing structure is added in one embodiment, the sealing structure is positioned on the outer surface of the second boss 42, and when the second component moves relative to the first component, the sealing structure forms a seal between the outer surface of the second boss 42 and the inner surface of the first component; the sealing structure comprises more than one rubber sealing ring, the outer surface of the second boss 42 is provided with more than one annular groove, and the more than one rubber sealing ring is positioned in the more than one annular groove.

In order to further increase the ease and accuracy of the adjustment, in one embodiment the adjustment is performed by means of a sleeve arrangement 8 plus a telescopic rod drive.

In one embodiment, the fixing and mounting portion is an externally threaded rod 10, one end of the externally threaded rod 10 is fixedly connected to the moving end 92, and the externally threaded rod 10 can be screwed to the movable decorative panel, so as to drive the movable decorative panel to move back and forth.
In one embodiment, the telescopic rod structure 9 comprises a fixed rod 911 and a telescopic rod 912, and both ends of the fixed rod 911 extend out from the sleeve structure 8, i.e. the fixed rod 911 is fixed in the sleeve structure 8 in a limited manner, and the adjustment of the movable decoration panel is completed by driving the telescopic rod 912.
