The invention is a set of technical solutions determined by the applicant through a large number of researches and experiments aiming at the problems, and as shown in fig. 1, the shock absorber expanding and riveting tool comprises a clamping and positioning frame 1, a base plate 2 and an expanding and riveting rod 3, after the clamping and positioning frame 1 and a to-be-riveted part are assembled, the to-be-riveted part is horizontally placed on the base plate 2, and then expanding and riveting forming are carried out on the to-be-riveted part by means of the expanding and riveting rod 3.
As shown in fig. 2, the clamping and positioning frame 1 includes a positioning column 11, a wrench 12, a fastening screw 13, a fixing frame 14, an upper positioning plate 15, a lower positioning plate 16, a fixing column 17, and a plug 18. The lower locating plate is of a stepped cylindrical structure, the lower stepped small cylinder is used for being connected with the lower plane of the fixing frame, the locating groove is formed in the upper portion of the stepped large cylinder and used for installing a to-be-riveted part, and the stepped small cylinder and the lower plane are installed in a transition fit mode.
When the positioning column 11 is inserted into the upper positioning plate 15, the unilateral assembly clearance is guaranteed to be 0.02-0.05 mm, and the upper positioning plate can slide up and down along the positioning column. And the diameter size of the positioning groove of the upper positioning plate 15 and the lower positioning plate 16 is slightly larger than the overall dimension of the piece to be riveted, when the piece to be riveted is put in, the unilateral assembly clearance is 0.05 mm-0.1 mm, the depth of the positioning groove is smaller than the thickness of the piece to be riveted, and the diameter size of the positioning groove of the upper positioning plate 15 and the diameter size of the positioning groove of the lower positioning plate 16 are ensured to be consistent.
Fig. 3 is a wrench installation schematic diagram of the shock absorber expansion riveting tool. The fixing column 17 is made of a non-metal nylon bar. The fixing post 17 is inserted into the bottom hole of the bottom surface of the fixing frame 14, and then the plug 18 is screwed into the fixing frame 14 to tightly press the fixing post. The wrench is inserted into the fixing post 17 from the round hole on the fixing frame 14, and the wrench 12 is clamped by the plastic deformation of the fixing post 17. The working principle of the invention is shown in fig. 4 and 5: loosening the fastening screws 13, sliding the upper positioning plate 15 upwards along the positioning columns 11, installing the to-be-riveted parts into the clamping and positioning frame 1, then sliding the upper positioning plate 15 downwards along the positioning columns 11, screwing the fastening screws 13 in a cross mode, adjusting the assembling sizes of the to-be-riveted parts at four corners to be consistent according to scale lines in front of the fixing frame, horizontally placing the to-be-riveted parts on the backing plate 2, and sequentially implementing expanding riveting on the to-be-riveted parts by means of the expanding riveting rods 3. After the expansion riveting is formed, the fastening screw 13 is loosened, and the to-be-riveted part formed by the expansion riveting can be detached.
With the help of the expanding riveting tool, expanding riveting work of the piece to be riveted can be independently completed by one person, and quick clamping of the piece to be riveted can be realized by sliding the upper positioning plate. The riveting tool is used for riveting the to-be-riveted part in a rising manner, the to-be-riveted part is subjected to appearance inspection and size detection, and the results are shown in the following table:
