The rinsing agent added in the step is tableware rinsing agent, and the components of the rinsing agent are nonionic surfactant, citric acid, ethanol, water and the like, so that the washed tableware has a smooth surface without water marks, and the tableware can be dried conveniently.
In the step, the third cleaning temperature T3 is set to be 50-75 ℃, and the tableware can be heated by high-temperature rinsing, so that the tableware can be dried after being cleaned.
To ensure that the water of the second water inlet volume V2 can reach the third cleaning temperature T3 and achieve good cleaning, in particular degreasing, the cleaning time T4 is set in the range of 7 to 15 minutes.
S5, the drainage assembly is started to drain water, after the water in the tank body assembly is drained, water flow still flows down slowly on the inner wall of the tank body assembly, and the water needs to be drained completely within a certain time, so that in the step, the drainage time t5 is set within the range of 30 seconds to 300 seconds.

The tank body assembly 1 is of a structure with an open top; the tank cover assembly 2 is used for sealing the top opening of the tank body assembly; one side of the upper part of the tank body component 1 is provided with a water inlet component 6 for water inlet, and the bottom of the tank body component 1 is provided with a drainage component 7 for drainage. The bowl basket 3 is arranged in the tank body component 1, is matched with the tank body component 1 in shape and is used for accommodating objects to be cleaned; the spray arm 4 is arranged in the tank body component 1 and is positioned below the bowl basket 3. The water supply heating assembly 5 is connected with the spray arm 4.
The cleaning working process of the water tank type cleaning machine is as follows: the water supply heating component 5 pumps water into the spray arm 4, and the water is sprayed out through the spray holes on the spray arm 4 to clean the objects to be cleaned in the bowl basket 3.
The structure of the tank type cleaning machine further comprises a water level measuring device (not shown in the figure) for measuring the water level, and the water level measuring device is the prior art and is not described herein.
