Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of clothes hangers, in particular to a folding type sterilizing clothes hanger which comprises a hook part, a shell part, a lower shell part and a folding frame.
Background
The clothes hanger is widely used by people as household articles used by people every day. But the common clothes hanger can not meet the requirements of people on higher and higher requirements, can not sterilize and disinfect the clothes to be dried and dry the clothes quickly in overcast and rainy days, can not be folded when not used, has large storage occupation space, and can not meet the travelling portable requirements of people.
The invention discloses a quick-airing degerming folding clothes hanger which can be folded and stored to reduce the volume, and meets the portable requirements of people on traveling. However, the airing part of the clothes hanger is exposed after being folded, and the appearance volume after being stored is larger, so that the clothes hanger is inconvenient to carry out.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the technical problem solved by the invention is how to reduce the storage appearance volume of the clothes hanger.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the foldable sterilization clothes hanger comprises a hook part, a shell part, a lower shell part and a folding frame, wherein the hook part is fixed at the top end of the shell part in a sealing way, grooves are formed in the corresponding sides of the shell part, the lower shell part is of a U-shaped structure, an LED ultraviolet lamp is arranged on the bottom surface, concave shells are arranged on two sides of the lower shell part, the concave shells are embedded in the grooves, and the folding frame is movably connected with the concave shells through a folding mechanism arranged at one end and enables the folding frame to be horizontally opened in a rotating way or vertically stored in the concave shells downwards through the folding mechanism.
The folding mechanism comprises a folding arm, a fixing arm and a rotating shaft, wherein the folding arm, the fixing arm and the rotating shaft are arranged at the tail end of the folding frame, and one end of the fixing arm is inserted into one end of the folding arm and is connected with the folding arm in a rotating mode through the rotating shaft.
Further, the folding arm is provided with a U-shaped notch, counter bores are formed in the centers of two end faces of the inner side of the U-shaped notch, a through-length clamping groove is formed in one side edge of the U-shaped notch, and a T-shaped elastic piece is fixed in the clamping groove; one end of the fixed arm is a circular truncated cone body, the thickness of the fixed arm is smaller than the width of the U-shaped groove, a through hole is formed in the center of the circular truncated cone body, a long through groove is formed in the side face of the circular truncated cone body, and a spring piece with the outer end extending out of the circular truncated cone surface is arranged at the top end of the long groove; and two ends of the rotating shaft pass through the through holes on the fixing arms and are clamped in the counter bores on the end surfaces of two sides of the U-shaped groove opening on the folding arms.
Further, in order to make the appearance more beautiful when the folding frame is stored, as an improvement of the present invention, the depth of the concave housing is equal to the thickness of the folding frame, so that the appearance of the folding frame is flush with the appearance of the housing portion when the folding frame is stored.
The shell part comprises a main board, a battery and a switch key, wherein the main board and the battery are installed in an inner cavity of the shell part, the switch key is embedded on the surface of the shell part, and the main board is electrically connected with the battery and the switch key respectively.
Further, in order to enhance heat dissipation in the housing portion, as an improvement of the present invention, a heat dissipation hole is provided in an upper portion of the housing portion.
The concave shell of the lower shell part is provided with a vent hole for enhancing air convection to emit heat in the shell part.
Compared with the prior art, the folding frame can be completely contained in the shell, so that the appearance volume is effectively reduced, and the folding frame is convenient for people to travel and carry.

The following description of the embodiments of the invention is given by way of illustration and not limitation.
As shown in fig. 1, a foldable degerming clothes hanger comprises a hook part 1, a shell part 2, a lower shell part 3 and a folding frame 4, wherein the hook part 1 is fixed at the top end of the shell part 2 in a cover sealing manner, grooves 21 are formed in the corresponding sides of the shell part 2, the lower shell part 3 is of a U-shaped structure, an LED ultraviolet lamp 31 is arranged on the bottom surface, a concave shell 32 is arranged on two sides of the lower shell part, the concave shell 32 is embedded in the grooves 21, the folding frame 4 is movably connected with the concave shell 32 through a folding mechanism 41 arranged at one end, and the folding frame 4 is horizontally opened or vertically stored in the concave shell 32 in a rotating manner through the folding mechanism 41.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the folding mechanism 41 includes a folding arm 411, a fixing arm 412 and a rotating shaft (not shown) disposed at the end of the folding frame 4, wherein one end of the fixing arm 411 is inserted into one end of the folding arm 412 and is rotatably connected with the folding arm 411 through the rotating shaft.
Further, the folding arm 411 is provided with a U-shaped notch, the centers of two end faces of the inner side of the U-shaped notch are provided with counter bores 413, one side edge of the U-shaped notch is provided with a through-length clamping groove 414, and a T-shaped elastic piece 415 is fixed in the clamping groove 414; one end of the fixed arm 412 is a round table body, the thickness of the fixed arm is smaller than the width of the U-shaped groove, a through hole 416 is arranged in the center of the round table body, a long groove 417 with the through length is arranged on the side face of the round table body, and a spring piece 418 with the outer end extending out of the round table surface is arranged at the top end of the long groove 417; the two ends of the rotating shaft pass through holes 416 on the fixing arms 412 and are clamped in counter bores 413 on the two side end surfaces of the U-shaped groove opening on the folding arm 411.
Further, to make the appearance more attractive when the folding leg 4 is stored, as an improvement of the present invention, the recessed housing portion 32 has a depth equal to the thickness of the folding leg 4 so that the appearance of the folding leg 4 is flush with the appearance of the housing portion 2 when stored.
The housing part 2 comprises a main board 22, a battery (not shown in the figure) and a switch 23, wherein the main board 22 and the battery are arranged in the inner cavity of the housing part 2, the switch 23 is embedded on the surface of the housing part 2, and the main board 22 is electrically connected with the battery and the switch 23 respectively.
Further, in order to enhance heat dissipation inside the housing portion 2, as an improvement of the present invention, a heat dissipation hole 24 is provided in an upper portion of the housing portion 2.
The concave housing 32 of the lower housing part 3 is provided with a vent 321 for enhancing convection of air to dissipate heat inside the housing part 2.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
When the folding frame 4 is used, the folding frame 4 is rotated and unfolded upwards around the folding mechanism 41, the folding arm 411 on the folding frame rotates around one end of the fixing arm 412 through the rotating shaft, when the folding frame 4 is unfolded to be horizontal, the elastic sheet 418 on the fixing arm 412 ejects out of the circular table surface to be positioned in the clamping groove 414 of the folding arm 411, the horizontal unfolding of the folding frame 4 is ensured, when the use is finished, the T-shaped elastic piece 415 on the folding arm 411 is pressed down, the T-shaped elastic piece 415 presses the elastic sheet 418 on the fixing arm 412 out of the clamping groove 414 to retract into the long groove 417, and at the moment, the folding arm 411 can be folded downwards to be accommodated in the groove 21 of the shell part 2.
Compared with the prior art, the folding frame can be completely contained in the shell, so that the appearance volume is effectively reduced, and the folding frame is convenient for people to travel and carry.
