When a user needs to use concentrated fire (cook less food or slowly heat), the user can control the position of the air exchanging slide block 31 by the adjusting slide block 411 on the kitchen knob 6 to be positioned at the position of the first limiting hole 415, so that mixed gas enters the gas channel 21 from the injection pipe channel 22 and passes through the through hole 34 formed on the disc-shaped plug 311 to reach the central flame path 11, and the central flame hole 13 burns to form central flame. When the flame range needs to be enlarged (such as a cake with larger cooking area or a fried fish with small fire with large area), the adjusting slide block 411 on the kitchen knob 6 can be moved to be positioned at the second limiting hole 416 so as to control the position of the ventilation slide block 31, at the moment, part of mixed gas in the burner 2 is shunted to the outer ring flame path 12 and is sprayed out from the outer ring flame hole 14 to form another group of flames, so that two annular flames are formed on the fire cover 1, and the flame range and the burning area are enlarged under the condition of not changing the heat load. In the whole adjusting process, the mixing ratio of the mixed gas entering the furnace end 2 from the valve body and the content of the fuel gas are not changed.
By adopting the scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention can control the trend of the gas in the burner of the burner, and finally the gas stove can achieve the effect of changing the flame distribution of the stove under the condition of not changing the load.

The burner with the fire hole capable of being adjusted comprises a fire cover and a burner head, wherein the fire cover is arranged on the burner head; the burner is provided with a gas channel and an injection pipe channel which are communicated, and the gas channel is in butt joint with the central flame path and the outer ring flame path; the furnace end is also provided with an air passage changing assembly which enables the gas passage to be communicated with the central flame path or enables the gas passage to be communicated with the central flame path and the outer ring flame path in a moving mode; the air passage changing assembly comprises an air changing slide block which can move under the drive of an electromagnetic valve or an air cylinder or an adjusting device to enable the center flame path and the outer flame path to be communicated or closed, and the air changing slide block is connected with a valve rod of the electromagnetic valve or a piston rod of the air cylinder or connected with the adjusting device through a transmission piece; when the ventilation sliding block is connected with the adjusting device through a transmission piece, the ventilation sliding block comprises a disc-shaped plug and a transmission rod, wherein the disc-shaped plug is used for enabling the center flame path and the outer ring flame path to be communicated or closed, and a through hole communicated with the center flame path and the fuel gas channel is formed in the disc-shaped plug; one end of the transmission rod is vertically connected with the disc-shaped plug, and the other end of the transmission rod is connected with the transmission piece; the center of the fuel gas channel is provided with a hollow boss upwards, and the transmission rod is inserted into the hollow of the boss and driven by the transmission piece to move; an elastic piece is sleeved on the transmission rod, one end of the elastic piece is positioned at the bottom of the disc-shaped plug, the other end of the elastic piece is positioned at the top of the hollow boss, the adjusting device comprises an adjusting switch, the adjusting switch is arranged on a kitchen knob and is connected with the ventilation sliding block on the air passage changing assembly through the transmission piece; the adjusting switch comprises an adjusting slide block, a sliding shaft and a limiting rod, and the limiting rod and the sliding shaft are fixed on a kitchen range knob; the adjusting slide block is connected with the ventilation slide block through the transmission piece and is provided with a shifting block which is sleeved on the sliding shaft; the adjusting slide block is also provided with a first limit hole and a second limit hole which can enable the limit rod to be inserted and positioned; the kitchen range knob is also provided with a chute, and the chute is connected with the adjusting slide block in a matched manner.
