12) And (3) cleaning and gluing the hollowed-out aluminum veneer:
filling a gasket 12 at the joint, applying a sealant, removing the protective film of the hollowed aluminum veneer, cleaning the gap of the hollowed aluminum veneer and the surface of the aluminum alloy connecting base by using a cleaning agent before glue injection, sealing the cleaned material within one hour, and otherwise, cleaning again. The sealant needs to be filled with no gap or bubble, and the thickness of the sealant is not less than 3 and not more than 4 mm. The cleaning wiping cloth needs to be replaced in time to keep clean, the solvent is used according to the instructions on the label, and the firework is strictly forbidden when the solvent is used; when the sealant is injected, the adhesive tape paper is used for protecting the materials at the two sides of the sealant seam so as to prevent the sealant seam from being polluted.

1. The mounting method of the hollowed-out aluminum plate and the glass composite curtain wall structure comprises an aluminum alloy upright post (1), an aluminum alloy cross beam (2), a glass plate (3), an aluminum alloy base and a hollowed-out aluminum veneer (7), wherein the aluminum alloy cross beam (2) is arranged on the aluminum alloy upright post (1), the glass plate (3) is arranged on the aluminum alloy cross beam (2) and fixed on the aluminum alloy upright post (1) through a pressing block, a T-shaped aluminum alloy connecting piece (4) penetrates through a seam position between adjacent glass plates (3), one end of the T-shaped aluminum alloy connecting piece (4) is fixed with the aluminum alloy upright post (1), the other end of the T-shaped aluminum alloy connecting piece is fixed with the aluminum alloy base, and the hollowed-out aluminum veneer (7) is fixed on the aluminum alloy base; the T-shaped aluminum alloy connecting piece (4) comprises a fixing transverse plate and a connecting vertical plate, and the T-shaped aluminum alloy connecting piece (4) is fixedly connected with the aluminum alloy upright post (1) through the fixing transverse plate and fixedly connected with the aluminum alloy base through the connecting vertical plate; the aluminum alloy base comprises a vertical aluminum alloy connecting base (5) and a transverse aluminum alloy connecting base (6) arranged on the vertical aluminum alloy connecting base (5), the transverse aluminum alloy connecting base (6) is fixedly connected with the vertical aluminum alloy connecting base (5) through a spring bolt (12), the vertical aluminum alloy connecting base (5) is fixedly arranged on a connecting vertical plate of a T-shaped aluminum alloy connecting piece (4) through a corner brace I, and the hollowed-out aluminum veneer (7) is fixed on the transverse aluminum alloy connecting base (6); the hidden frame glass supporting strip (10) is arranged on the aluminum alloy cross beam (2), and the glass plate block (3) is arranged on the aluminum alloy cross beam (2) through the hidden frame glass supporting strip (10);
the method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) construction preparation: preparing materials according to the requirements of design drawings, and stacking the materials in corresponding places according to the types and specifications of the materials in a classified manner;
2) CAD aided design: designing a curtain wall structure and structure, curtain wall design parameters, curtain wall performance indexes, curtain wall material selection and construction parameters according to computer software;
3) and (3) measurement and paying-off: measuring and paying off according to the known positioning axis and elevation of the civil engineering; the method specifically comprises the following steps:
3.1) measuring and setting out according to the known positioning axis and elevation of the civil engineering, and rechecking the embedded part according to the setting out position; b, elastically setting a curtain wall positioning auxiliary line according to an axis in a design drawing; determining the installation position of each corner framework by each curtain wall positioning auxiliary line according to a keel layout drawing, and determining curtain wall positioning lines and upright column dividing lines at the bottom layer according to the dividing size of the transverse axis of a design drawing;
3.2) approving each upright post dividing line of the bottom layer of the curtain wall by using a theodolite, then placing a vertical steel wire from the bottom layer to the top layer by taking each upright post dividing line of the bottom layer as a reference, and then fixing the steel wire after calibration by using the theodolite, wherein the steel wire is used as a positioning control line for installing the glass curtain wall framework of the surface; according to the elevation of the building, a level gauge is used for leading out a horizontal point on the outer eave of the building, and a horizontal line is popped out to serve as a horizontal datum line; after the datum line is determined, taking the datum line as a transverse framework to install a horizontal control line; detecting and rechecking the cellular axes of each upright post, and matching with the actually measured data of the main structure of the building to adjust the generated errors in time;
4) installing an embedded part: positioning by using a theodolite according to the design size of the aluminum alloy upright column (1), and embedding an embedded part (9) according to the drawing requirement;
5) mounting an aluminum alloy upright: mounting the aluminum alloy upright post (1) according to the specific paying-off position; connecting the aluminum alloy upright post (1) with the second corner brace (8) by using bolts, and after the second corner brace (8) is installed, calibrating and fixing, installing the aluminum alloy upright post (1) on the embedded part (9);
6) mounting an aluminum alloy beam: before the aluminum alloy cross beam (2) is installed, connecting pieces at two ends are installed at corresponding positions of the aluminum alloy upright posts (1); the installation of the aluminum alloy beam (2) on the same layer is carried out from bottom to top, and when the aluminum alloy beam is installed on one layer, the aluminum alloy beam is inspected, adjusted, corrected and fixed to meet the quality requirement; after the aluminum alloy beam (2) and the aluminum alloy upright post (1) are installed, a T-shaped aluminum alloy connecting piece is installed on the aluminum alloy upright post (1) according to the design separation requirement and is used as a support of the hollowed aluminum plate keel;
7) fireproof plugging and installation: after the aluminum alloy beam (2) is installed, installing a fireproof plug, adopting fireproof heat-preservation rock wool and a galvanized steel plate for plugging, and ensuring the continuity of the fireproof plug during installation;
8) installing a glass plate: firstly, mounting a hidden frame glass supporting strip (10) on an aluminum alloy beam (2), and moving a glass plate (3) to the hidden frame glass supporting strip (10) by adopting a sucking disc; the accurate installation position of the glass plate (3) is controlled and adjusted by a theodolite eyepiece cross wire, the horizontal height of the glass plate (3) is checked and adjusted by a level gauge, and the horizontal deviation of the glass is ensured to be within an allowable range; when the glass plate (3) is accurately installed, the glass plate (3) is fixed by a pressing plate; after the glass plate (3) is completely installed, the flatness of the whole vertical surface is checked;
9) injecting weather-resistant glue into the glass plate: continuously and uniformly injecting glue, namely injecting a transverse seam and then injecting a vertical seam; the vertical glue seam is preferably carried out from top to bottom, after the glue is fully filled, whether bubbles, voids, broken joints and impurities exist in the glue seam or not is checked, if the bubbles, voids, broken joints and impurities exist in the glue seam, the glue seam is processed in time, when glue is injected every other day, a punched glue head is cleaned at the joint of the glue seam, and a glue tail injected in the previous time is cut off to ensure that the connection of the two times of glue injection is tight;
10) aluminum alloy connection base fixed mounting: accurately fixing the vertical aluminum alloy connecting base on the T-shaped aluminum alloy connecting piece by using a bolt according to the paying-off position, detecting the elevation and the center line position at any time during installation, and correcting the position to ensure that the vertical aluminum alloy connecting base is vertical and flat and meets the design requirements of a drawing; spring bolts at two ends of the transverse aluminum alloy connecting base are arranged at preset positions of the vertical aluminum alloy connecting base, and are firmly arranged, and the joint seam is tight; the installation elevation deviation of the vertical aluminum alloy connection base is less than or equal to 3 mm, the axis front and back deviation is less than or equal to 2mm, and the left and right deviation is less than or equal to 3 mm; the elevation deviation of two adjacent vertical aluminum alloy connecting bases is less than or equal to 3 mm, and the maximum elevation deviation of the vertical aluminum alloy connecting base on the same layer is less than or equal to 5 mm; the vertical aluminum alloy connecting base is encrypted according to the width and height modulus of the hollow aluminum plate at the bottom, the top and the corner of the wall body; the horizontal deviation of two adjacent transverse aluminum alloy connecting bases is less than or equal to 1 mm, and the contact positions of different metal materials are isolated by adopting an anticorrosive material to prevent electrostatic corrosion;
11) mounting the hollowed-out aluminum veneer: the hollow aluminum veneer and the aluminum alloy connecting base are fixed through self-tapping screws, and arrangement lines are arranged according to the elastic plate blocks during installation and are sequentially installed from one direction;
12) and (3) cleaning and gluing the hollowed-out aluminum veneer: and (3) filling a gasket (12) at the joint of the hollow aluminum veneer, coating sealant on the gasket, and finally removing the protective film of the hollow aluminum veneer.
2. The method for installing the hollowed-out aluminum plate and glass composite curtain wall structure according to claim 1, wherein the elevation deviation of the embedded part (9) in the step 4) is less than or equal to 10mm, and the deviation between the position of the embedded part (9) and the design position is less than or equal to 20 mm; if the rear embedded part is adopted, the chemical anchor bolt is required to be subjected to drawing test after the installation is finished, and the drawing force is required to meet the design requirement.

The method for installing the hollowed-out aluminum plate and glass composite curtain wall structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the aluminum alloy cross beam (2) is installed in the step 6), it should be noted that if a drainage system exists in the design, a condensed water discharge pipe and accessories of the drainage system should be tightly connected with a preformed hole of the aluminum alloy cross beam (2), and a rubber sealing strip should be arranged at a connection position with a water outlet hole of the lining plate.

The method for installing the hollowed-out aluminum plate and glass composite curtain wall structure according to claim 1, wherein before the step 12) of glue injection, a cleaning agent is used for cleaning gaps of the hollowed-out aluminum veneer and the surface of the aluminum alloy connecting base, and the cleaned gaps are sealed within 1 hour; when injecting the sealing glue, the adhesive tape paper is used to protect the materials at the two sides of the glue seam from being polluted,
the sealant is required to be filled with no gap or bubble, and the thickness of the sealant is 3-4 mm.
